Absolutely the slowest and most inefficient Jacks for the past two weeks. Staff unfriendly and under motivated. You will run out off gas waiting to make an order in the drive through window. Ordered a drink and biscuit via Uber eats and paid $19.00 for one ham and biscuit and never received my drink. So don't order through Uber Eats. It's really gone to hell in a hand basket which is sad cause they use to make great biscuits. read more

There's new management at this location. Seemed like at first it was so much better than it was, but recently it's been so much worse than it ever has been. I have been to this location three times this month and I have yet to receive food or even a drink for that matter. The wait is absolutely insane. I asked for a drink and it took 20 minutes to get me a cup. I've had to walk away from this location three times in a row because of no service or the wait being longer than 10 minutes per car. It's unfortunate because I used to come here frequently before going to work. read more

I have to say this is by far one of the better Jack's restaurants in the city. We came Friday evening to grab a quick bite. The had a 2 for $6 deal and I got 2 Big Jack's. One with just cheese and ketchup and the other everything except onions. I was kinda nervous that they were gonna mess up the order. I was wrong! We got to the car and the burgers were fresh, hot and made the correct way! The inside was clean and the the workers were nice and had good attitudes. The only thing that bothered me was one of the females was not wearing a hair net working behind the counter. All the other females had on hair nets but she didn't. All in all, if your in this area be sure to stop at this location. I'm sure you'll have the same great service and food as I did. read more

This review is the opposite of my previous one. The restaurant was extremely clean, organized and managed. The kitchen crew were singing to the background music. I had to stand at the counter to hear them. Stand and watching them was amazing. They worked as a team, were very respectful to customers and each other, all while softly singing as the prepared orders, stocked and cleaned. It was not the normal subpar performance I've come to expect in fast food restaurants. Kudus to manager. My food was as I ordered, hot and my dogs only got a bite each because of the excellent quality of my order. I would go out my way to drive to this establishment again. read more

Food was good. Service was garbage. Food was handed to me pretty aggressively. I got a massive straw for a small drink, large chunk of ice in the cup so the massive straw I had could get in the cup. After I did get the straw I the cup, there was a massive hole in the bottom of the cup due to the straw going through said bottom. I got coke all over the console and cup holders of my car. First and last time coming to this restaurant. I had always seen them and finally found an excuse to go today. For starters the customer service was trash. Then, I ordered the big bacon and not only did they NOT put bacon on my sandwich which I paid EXTRA for but then the sandwich was sloppily made. I will never go to another Jacks again. I realized it coronavirus time so it's all dr. ive through. But, I ordered the fried chicken dinner, with all three pieces of chicken to be legs. Everything was perfect. The yellow salt you put on the fries taste awful do something else to season with. Saddest, sorriest food I've ever had. I guess we got last weeks burgers and the chicken sandwich tasted like they lost it a while back but luckily found it while I was in the drive thru. I have lived in Bessemer all my life & only went to Jacks for Lemon ice cream! But today I tried the Deluxe Breakfast & it was awesome! The drive thru was wrapped around the building! The inside was crowded as well and they only had one register open.... I have no idea why because that was crazy! Surprised there's no reviews yet. This is a great Jacks. They are usually very busy.! The burgers are average and the fries are just crinkles with seasoned salt. However , the chicken is GREAT. Tenders are very good. A great place when you just need to eat and not scroll through all the reviews. So today, 3-13-17, went through the drive thru and ordered a 40 piece chicken fingers. Order taker said we don't have a 40 piece. I said then give me 2 twenty pieces. She said ok. I guess that picture was not on the register. WOW.....REALLY?????? The Jacks at 2575 Morgan Road stole $31.24 from my debit card on June 4! After 2 trips thru the drive-thru, I noticed this extra debit from my checking account the next day. Went to the store and talked to the Manager, David Falkner and showed him the debit on my phone. He said, "That's funny because you're about the 3rd person this happened to." I said, "No, it's not funny and I want my money that you stole." He said I would have to wait for his corporate office to refund it back to my checking account and it would take 2 days. It's been 4 days and NO REFUND. And neither he or anyone else from Jacks will return my calls. I live on social security and can't get my prescription because of this. This is disgusting!! read more

Yay! They are open again. Had the double cheeseburger - my "go to" and the flavor is not the same as it was before the tear down. Tasted like it needed pepper and that it needed to be cooked longer, the middle was definitely not as warm as the outside. Stopped in for lunch today and the clerk was so rude. The business was dirty and there was no customer service. When I informed the clerk that she had given me a chicken breast and wing instead two breast, like I had ordered, she was very rude, dropped another breast on my plate and said she could not take the wing back. Worst service ever!! The ice machine was broken in the dining room so the employees had to put ice 8n your cup for you. When I got my drink, it was flat. All the drinks were flat. They have the best breakfast, but it could be pretty busy when you go. If you get there around 6-6:30 am your ok, but anytime after that the drive through is around the building. The group of ladies that is there In the morning have been there along time and are always nice. I have been grabbing a biscuit from there on my way to work for about seven years now. Food 4/5. Customer service 1/5. I go to two different jacks locations a week Woodstock and the other Bessemer location. The food is generally pretty great with great customer service inside or at the drive thru window. This was my first time coming to this location since they rebuilt. As usual great food. Great coffee. Except one thing. A rude drive thru attendant that wants the customer to pay for her mistakes with errors on the total. I would advise anyone wanting jacks and in a hurry without errors to drive a mile or two further to the jacks location by the ford dealer or stay on the interstate and go to the one in Woodstock. read more
