Ripoff! $135 for nothing! $15.49 for two small Mac n cheese? Won't be ordering from you again. Very disappointing.

    Ribs, pulled pork

This establishment has the worst bbq I've ever had. Overcooked, definitely not presentable absolutely no taste. Ordered sauce on the side and as you can see the sauce is in the meat, and the taste is horrible. The greens were salty and inedible. The pulled pork was extremely dry and tasteless. The cole slaw was spoiled. We ended throwing all of the food in the garbage and ordered from another establishment. My advice stay away from this restaurant.

A 4 if you stay away from the pasta specials. The good. Wonderful service. Updated decor. Surrounded by locals. Yummy breakfast and a hell-of-a-good burger. I am not going to try the BBQ again. I'm just too home sick for North Carolina style. And Texas. I've seen others enjoy their BBQ. each their own. The bad. Sometimes a home made dessert in the case goes VERY old and dry. Never....I warned you... never order any pasta special. They over cook the pasta. Found myself explaining al dente to the waitress. Not my finest moment. What I can rave about is the burger. Cooked to order and served with thick fresh toppings. The best toasted bun I've had in a year. The patty is also seared to perfection. Even when you order medium. Again. I try this local spot every month or so. Specials always let me down. Always take my out of town guests here for a big breakfast. Support Local.

With the loss of an entire dining room, on a busy Saturday Winter morning, no waiting room at the front door, it was stress immediately because everyone was shoulder to shoulder and even the tables are really close together. Other patrons mentioned the same feeling as we were basically sitting at the waiting area. I don't pretend to know why this change was made. Perhaps it was a business necessity or a temporary situation. What I do know is that it isn't working for atmospheres. I truly enjoyed the feel of it. I have places I brunch where that togetherness dining works so it isn't a crowd issue for me. The Junction in Charleston is a great example of close dining that works. My breakfast was good but husband's scrambled eggs were too scrambled and dry. It only appeared as one egg also. Their grits had a great creaminess and my sourdough was awesome. Service was awesome and the food arrived extremely quick. Very hard workers and we appreciate them!

Considering it was a Saturday around 11 AM and the restaurant was already packed, the wait was understandable. For brunch, we ordered the French Toast Breakfast Sandwich, and it absolutely hit the spot! Adding jelly took it to another level. It was so good that I wanted to keep eating, but I had to stop at half because I didn't want to be too full for the drive. It was truly sensational. Despite the busy brunch crowd, the atmosphere and service was great, and we had no trouble finding street parking nearby. Overall, a delicious brunch experience, and I'm already looking forward to coming back!

Food: catfish & grits (both were too salty), fried green tomatoes were over cooked so they were too crunchy, the devil eggs (which were only TWO that were split in half) had way too much relish and the chicken sausage on my French toast sandwich was undercooked (I didn't bother telling my server). Atmosphere: Everything was pink, the photo backdrop options were cute and they had a Barbie case outside and that was cute too. Overall, I am quite disappointed with my experience and I'm 95% sure I won't return.

I counted three servers, a bartender and a host and the inside was full. I could see guests at tables waiting for food as we were waiting to be greeted. It took a while before a waitress came over to greet us and take drink orders. When she did, she mentioned that our assigned server was a bit overwhelmed and that she would be taking the table for us. We opted to just have water and put in our food order in. We ordered the whole chicken wings with a red velvet waffle with the icing on the side, a side of grits, a side of whole wings, biscuits and turkey gravy and a cinnamon roll pancake (per the server's recommendation). Note that the side of grits and biscuits & gravy were not on the paper menu, but an option to order. Around noon, a djay began to set up and play r&b music, prior to that there was gospel playing. Twenty five minutes or so later, I overheard another server state that there were only two chefs cooking, and some guests were upset because of timing. This made me nervous and I asked our waitress if our food had been started because we could cancel and return when they were less busy. However, she assured me that the cooks started our food and it ended up coming out less than ten minutes later. This is when an okay visit turned into a good one. The food did not miss. There was not really anything that I disliked. The cinnamon roll pancake was the star & I would recommend it and get it next time. The chicken wings were seasoned well and crispy. The turkey gravy on the biscuit was unlike any I've tried but delicious. The red velvet waffle was good with and without the icing. The grits were good once I added a little salt.
