Most of our communication was through facebook and email. She made it very easy to pay, I was able to pay for it from the ease of my computer at home. She offered meeting in person but my schedule was very busy before the wedding. She let me know of the set up time and they were ready to serve even before the wedding started. They had a beautiful set up with black table covers and a lovely buffet serving style. Both her and her husband kept the food stocked and it was always hot and moist. Our meats included: Pulled Pork with Buns, Brisket and Chicken. Our sides: BBQ Beans, Green bean cassrole and Scalloped Potatoes. Heather was preparing plates for both bride and groom (I was the bride) just in case we had no chance to eat. She also offered to take care of the desserts that we had brought, including the option of icing our cookie cake if needed. She transported all our cookies from our containers to serving plates and did everything so sanitary, including wearing gloves. I appreciated every aspect that both Heather and Scott brought. Our guests loved the food and talked about it all through the night, I personally really loved the BBQ beans and the pulled pork. She brought containers for me to take home the leftovers and was very accommodating. My two young nephews were at the wedding and wanted to help the caterers, Heather and Scott were both very kind and patient with them.
