It was crazy standing in a long queue for placing order and in another to pick your order. Later, I picked up my order, a veggie burrito with chips and salsa. The burrito was made of corn tortilla rather than flour tortilla which i liked. It was stuffed with rice, bean, sweet potato and served with spicy salsa and sour cream. The chips were light and crispy and served with spicy salsa. I really liked the salsa. The wait was long but the food was good which covered up for all the pain my feet had to endure.

She had absolutely no issue with it but when I went up to place my order and give them money they told me they wouldn't help me and turned around. The nice thing The Moose Truck has going for it that no other business has: The Moose Truck must have entirely TOO MUCH money. So much money that they don't need to be helpful to new customers. So much money that I heard their accountant told them that if they didn't start turning down money from customers they might have to close the doors for good.

The only downside was that there was supposed to be two lines, one for ordering and the other for pick-up which they didn't really designate so people ended up waiting in the pick-up line when the ordering line was completely empty and staff never said anything as they watched the line grow bigger. The restaurant itself isn't that big but the guy behind the counter was full of life and energy and the place has a nice vibe. You go up to the counter to order and they have several different sausage options including vegan. Since it was my inaugural visit I went with the Old School famous dog and some Sweet Onion Maui chips. The sausage link was really tasty and it had an assortment of toppings on it along with it being in a fancy hot dog shaped dish. My only complaint is The serving dish. it's A substantial sized entree and difficult to pick up so you have to eat it with a knife and fork and it's difficult to maneuver in the hot dog shaped tray. Someone In our group got the wagyu jerky and shared with us. And as a side note I don't think that was very successful as it didn't really taste like much of anything. And when I think of wagyu, I want a nice fatty piece of meat, not a dried out chunk of shoe leather.

I ordered the Bourbon Glaze burger and upgraded the fries to add bacon and queso. My husband ordered the spicy avocado burger and also upgraded the fries. My burger was well cooked and seasoned and the bourbon glaze added a hit of sweetness. My only complaint is that the glaze is on the thinner side so my bun was pretty soggy by the time we got home and the glaze is the only wet condiment on the burger, so I ended up adding some mayo. The fries were crispy and salted well and the bacon and queso were great with them. I didn't get to try my husband's burgers, but he said it was delicious and he really liked the cilantro aioli on it. We'll have to give their brick and mortar location a go soon.
