Their customer service is obviously some remote person answering contact forms from their website every day or two. The chat on their site: 400 Error, doesn't work. Call in and you'll get disconnected, or told it's a minimum 1/2 hour wait. In a hostage situation with this company and cannot get these jerks to pick up their equipment and bottles out of our condo hallway for over a month. Communication is garbage. Absolutely unreal, incompetence.
