Update (9/26/2017): Matthew and I met at the Jacksons Car Wash where the damage occurred. It quickly became obvious that he wasn't interested in resolving the issue of the damage. Instead, he wanted my husband and me to tour the facilities so he could prove to us Jacksons could not have caused the damage. He told me that Titan, the facility manager, reviewed the video of my car entering the car wash. He clearly did not see any scratches as the car entered. Since I stayed on site the entire time and found the scratches when I approached my car, clearly the damage occurred some time between my car entering the car wash and me walking from the waiting area to my car. Matthew insisted no employee was permitted to wear watches, pins, or rings, to avoid scratching the cars. Well, as we drove away in frustration, guess what we saw? An employee drying a car wearing both a watch and a pin. Ultimately, my experience with Jacksons Car Wash was awful at every level. If you want your car damaged and for the company to refuse to make it right, by all means use them. If you want a professional job done, look elsewhere. read more

They were way too pushy on the up sale! No means no! Car was fairly clean but the forgot the air freshener.

I haven't been to this car wash in a long time but I've had some bad experiences at nearby competitors so I thought I would give it a try. I have to say I am extremely pleased with the experience! I wasn't sure what to expect with the VIP package as there are more expensive options but I definitely take my hat off to the attention to detail that was put into the final stages of the process including the drying and cleaning of the trim. The interior was done great and they were doing things like wiping the inside of the door frames and cleaning the dark plastic trim which isn't always done. Not to mention I drive a lifted truck with oversized tires and it fit through their washing system just fine! Their cleaning machine was also extremely clean itself and I got a superior wash than I was expecting. My truck needed a good wash as I've been taking it to a pull through self cleaning wash and after this experience I will definitely be back! read more

Despicable. It baffles me in 2016 how companies can give such terrible service to their customers. Long story short, I came in on August 20th and got an express wash. It rained 30 minutes later. So I went back the same day to ask if I could run my car back through. Josh Music said they only have a rain policy on non-express washes. So I left. I was on there website a couple days ago and it says, "Jacksons has one of the best rain check policies in Arizona and it is simple: In case of rain, simply return to Jacksons within the 72 hours following your paid wash, and we will re-wash the exterior for free. (There are no rain checks on Rain Check Washes.) Please bring your receipt with you as proof of purchase. If you don't have it, we can look it up for you, but it must be for the same vehicle. You may upgrade from your Rain Check Wash at any time (e.g., add tire dressing for $2)." Nowhere does it say does NOT include express washes. How is it the best rain policy when they don't honor it? I spoke with Josh Music and his manager Anthony Fraiser who both told me it does not apply to express washes. I even pulled up the page on the website and he said it doesn't apply because he can't look up my wash, even though I have my receipt? That makes no sense. Besides, what's it to him to run my car through one more time? It's not about the money, it's about the principal of taking care of your customers. Now I know why this car wash has 1.5 stars out of 64 reviews. When I mentioned they have horrible reviews on Yelp, Anthony says, "Yelp tends to be full of negative reviews." No actually it is only negative on companies who provide terrible customer service. This place deserves 0 stars. Go somewhere else. Not worth the hassle here. read more

Went there and they asked if i wanted a hand wash. I said sure. Went and waited and waited and waited after an hour i went back to clerk as i could not see my car anywhere. She told me they were just about to start it as they had three electricity utility trucks they had been hand washing. I told her if they knew that why did they offer me a hand wash and at least told me about the wait time I told her i wanted a refund. She had to call a manager over. The manager stated they dont do refunds. I told her they didnt do the work and i wanted my refunds and i would get it done elsewhere. She was rude and even threatened me that she would do it but not to use the word damn in front if her. Yes i said i want the damn money back now as she was not going to do it. DONT GO HERE. I went in for a simple car wash a couple months ago, then that same day I found my interior car door handle broken. At the time I really thought it was them but gave them the benefit of the doubt and paid $120 to get it fixed. Then I went back there simply because I was low on time and it was the most convenient place to go to, and less than an hour after leaving another interior door handle breaks! When I went back there and told them they said theyd take care of it. I went home to drop off my family and when I came back 10 minutes later a new manager came and said that I would not get any money but instead $75 in car washes?? Why the heck would I go back there so they break more of my door handles which cost $120 each? Anyway they also are pushy upsellers and never do a complete job. Buyer beware. read more

My husband and I took both vehicles up for a wash Oct 4. Mine a Subaru Outback and his a Chevy Silverado PU. The first contact by a greeter was to see if I wanted an oil change, then a windshield and finally the last person to see what wash I wanted. Just a basic was all I wanted. Instead I got a hard sell to detail the car and buy a wash package. She was even leaning on my driver's window and opened my car door to point out what they would do. I politely said no several times. I just wanted the 13.99 basic. When I was allowed to pull up for the vacuuming, I didn't have a ticket. She had walked away. When I did get the ticket, I had an additional $2.00 added for an Oversize XL Suv. Really! That was removed at the cashier. My husband had a similar experience with another greeter, but his ticket had only $1 added for an oversize vehicle. I can see that on a truck. But my little Subaru is not larger than his truck. My thinking was that the additional $2 was a spiteful addition from the hard sell greeter. I sent an email to management and have not heard anything back, not even an apology. We have come to this location for years, but no more. read more

I took my wife's vehicle here on 1/14/18 because we had just moved to the area and the vehicle was filthy and smelled since our move. We had to transport a couple of our dogs in the move, so it was necessary to really get a good vacuuming done and plus a scent added after the wash and wax. I paid $39.99 plus tax for the Ultimate VIP package. After the guy called me up to take the car, I ended up having to still vacuum because there still was a lot of dog hair especially in the back seats. I contacted a manager and told him that I was very clear when I decided on this package to have the car thoroughly vacuumed and also was asked what scent I wanted, but didn't get that either. The manager met me by the vacuums and begin to re-vacuum the car with me, sprayed a little scent throughout which has since faded dramatically and then walked away. DAMAGE DONE TO MY VEHICLE AND NOTHING DONE TO COMPENSATE. I've been coming to this Jackson's location ever since it was Danny's back in the day. Generally speaking, the prices are competitive, and the work is reasonably fair. I came here today at around 1:45 looking for an exterior wash and to get my interior carpets and mats cleaned. As I pulled up, I got haggled several times to purchase or upgrade the services I was looking to have done. Politely declining their offers for $150 and $200 services, they agreed to give me a VIP wash and clean the interior carpets and mats for a total of $39.99. Aside from the haggling, I had to deal with their inappropriate staff asking how I could afford the car that I drive, and inquiring about my employment situation. Absolutely unacceptable, just as a side note. Anyhow, I got an estimate on the time it would take (from an employee named Caleb) to complete and they told me 30 minutes. I started getting a little antsy after 45 minutes had passed of me waiting in their indoor lobby. So I went outside to wait, thinking it might already be done and waiting for me. Nope. I waited another 15 minutes, just watching my car sitting in the detailing area not being tended to. Then I started to get frustrated. I sent my boyfriend over to the gentleman who sold us the $39.99 wash and interior combo to see when the car would be done and that we waited over a half an hour more than we should have. In the meantime, I went over to the car itself to tell the serviceman who was "working" on it to forget about the rest of the mats and that I needed to leave. Upon walking up to my Jeep, I noticed a quarter-sized ding and scratch right above the door handle on the driver's side door. Something that WAS NOT there when I dropped the car off. Upon looking at it, it looked as if someone had tried to wipe away the scratch, as there were small horizontal scrapes in the clear coat of paint. I alerted the person working on my car and he came over with an armorall rag, rubbed it over the damaged area of my door, shrugged as it didn't rub right off, and practically walked away. That's when I started to get furious. He radioed a manager to come to the detail area. A few minutes had passed, and finally the "manager" or whoever he was arrived. For anyone's reference, his name was Spencer. He looked at the damage on my vehicle and told me that there "wasn't anything he could do" and that I needed to return on Tuesday to talk with another manager who can access security cameras. Basically, long story short, he told me that he didn't believe his staff was at fault. Excuse me. But if you're a so-called "manager on duty" then you need to be able to have access to security tape in case these problems arise. Spencer was absolutely rude and unprofessional, and didn't do so much as apologize for the damage. This is when I started to lose my shit. He gave me the card of another manager and told me to call him another day. The card didn't have a phone number on it. So he wrote the phone number of this specific Jackson's location. Helpful, huh? Absolutely not. I tried to call the corporate office, but to my knowledge they are not open on Sundays. I sent a "contact us" form through their website, but let's be real, we all know how well those usually work out. I left infuriated. I may be young, but I have worked too damn hard for my $55,000+ car. I put time, energy, and love into every aspect of my "baby," just to come to the car wash and have it F'd up by unaccountable employees who will not admit to a mistake that was made. Aside from the fact that my door is now all messed up, the wash was terrible, also. For $20 to clean my car, there were still splattered bugs on my windshield, a fresh streak of armorall on my driver's side door (thanks to the greatly incompetent worker who tried to erase the ding and scratch that they made), dirt galore on the interior that was not vacuumed out, and all of my cleaned mats thrown into the trunk of my car instead of being replaced in their respective areas. Are you kidding me? Before I left, I told them about how even the simple task of a car wash was messed up, and that many things were left unattended to. They didn't fix those problems, nor did they offer to compensate me for the wash. Needless to say, I will NEVER return to this Jackson's location. NEVER. Oh, and you can all bet your asses that the corporate office will be hearing from me first thing tomorrow morning. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHADY BUSINESS. read more

There are two major scratches on the inside dash board and as far as cleaning there was streaks of product everywhere while my car was dripping. My business was not earned at this place. Wow. By far the worst car wash and oil change experience I've had. First issue was how slow and unorganized this place is. If you've been to one car wash you pretty much know the drill...not here. I pulled up and after about 5 minutes of watching these guys talk and walk around the front cars slowly, someone approached me about my oil change. He wrote the ticket and told me someone will come by to write up my car wash... Never happened. My truck was sitting there while they stared at it. I finally waved a guy down and he said he thought I had been helped. I told him what I wanted and the truck sat there for another 10 minutes while one guy made a vacuuming motion in the front passenger side which was dirtier when I left than it was before the wash. Finally it was off to get the oil change. After about 15 minutes, like clockwork, this guy comes in telling me about the long list of services I desperately need. Thanks but no thanks; the majority of those same services had been done recently and checked afterwards. Another 10 minutes and the truck is driven to get washed. They drive it through and it gets driven out to the front line as I wait for someone to just bring in my paperwork. I'm there for another 10 minutes waiting for this to happen and it finally does. I pay and walk out to the front where one guy is working on my truck. All seems fine and it looks like he might be doing a decent job. After I get the keys I take a glance and it seems like it's decent. I get home and realize I had made the mistake of not walking around the whole truck because bird droppings are still everywhere, the entire body is full of dirty streaks and my wheels were filthy. If this was a $3 car wash I might understand, but it's not. Save your time and money. read more

The actual car wash was fine but the person who I first spoke to irritated me so much that I don't think I will return. He was very pushy "are you sure you don't want an oil change" " we are running a detailing special for a hundred and x dollars", " well you can prepay and use it another time", "if you do you'll get a free car wash" etc etc. it was like he was mad that I only wanted a car wash. I came in for a car wash, thinking along the lines of the ultimate. I was talked into getting a wax, which is fine, I was very interested. Maybe my expectations were too high? I am initially charged $79 and change, but then offered 30 free washes (in 30 days) if I got my windshield replaced, which I needed. When charged, instead of getting the 30 days, I got a $13.99 discount, but was charged a mud charge of $10, which I caught after I got home, which is my fault for not checking. I had ZERO mud on my vehicle, but that's besides the point at this moment. So, I wait for over 45 minutes, and finally ask if my car is ready, since I've seen it sitting against the wall with no one around it for 10 minutes, clearly washed, but I wasn't sure if it had been taken care of inside. I ask the lady at the register who said the wait was because I was getting a detail, so I mentioned it was sitting for 10 minutes untouched. She radios to detail, who said it had been ready. I'm a bit frustrated at this point, but hey, I'm getting a nice, clean, waxed, vehicle. I walk out, no one acknowledges me, so I ask who I should speak to in order to get the key to my car. The guy is nice, asks which one, then hands me my key, checks my receipt, and goes back to what he was doing. I head over to my car, and see a few spots on the plastic around the door mirrors. No biggie initially. I check inside, and see something pushed into the thread in the leather, like crumb or something? Dust on the side of the leather, some smudges on the leather, and my floor mats were dirty. I walked back and asked the guy who gave me my key if they had cleaned my car, pointed out everything I noticed at that time, and initially he asked another guy if they had gotten to my car. The guy said he thought so, so this gentleman started looking again at what I pointed out, and said something like "yeah, that looks right. The smudges will soak in a bit once it cools off, it's normal. The mats were only cleaned in the front, we only do the front." Of course I wasn't told that, but I can't recall what I read, so maybe it was in writing on the sign? When asked about the crumb smudge he said, and I do quote "That can be taken care of probably with blowing air". What??? How is my car dirtier than when I brought it in? I leave, because clearly he didn't care to fix anything and now I had been there over an hour. I pull over to an ATM about a block away, and saw more smudges, red goop, something sticky in my cup holder (which was there when I took it in, but was told it would be cleaned), spots on the outside that I could scratch off, and dirt on my console. As I said, I was very, very excited to get my car taken care of, and I have never been so disappointed in a service like this. For the money I paid, I could have spent another $30 and had someone come to my home and detail everything, including shampooing my carpet. I'm so shocked at the poor job done. I took pictures of all the issues and a video showing I could scrape off a spot (wax? Soap?) off of my hood. I wasn't expecting the friendliest of service, it's hot, I don't expect people to be super friendly while working in the heat, so I'm not shocked that the people weren't friendly, but the service I paid for was poor. read more

Came in for a complimentary wash since they did such a terrible job on the last one. During the last wash my car came out dirty, still with bugs all over the front end. I was told by the manager that I should have asked specifically for the bugs to be cleaned off. Oh well I'm sorry but since I am bringing my car in to be Cleaned/washed I kind of thought that having the car bug and dirt free after I pay for a wash and after it gets "washed" was kind of the intended end point. The manager sees my point and invites me back. The detailing I had paid for was in no way worth it. I came back today AFTER washing the bugs off my car for them. No other cars in sight and my car is done in 15 minutes. It has tar on the side of it still. It's a white car. The tar is noticeable. I point it out to the guy asking if that couldn't come off. His English isn't great- he looks at me like I am satan incarnate and sponges the spot a couple of times. It gets lighter, the spot but is still there. I ask if I should run the car through again. He looks at me blankly. I get in my car. They didn't vacuum the back seat. So after pre-washing my car for them I know have to go wash the spot off of it that they were too lazy to get. I brought my car in to be washed on 5/8/16 and noted the change holder which is kept closed was full of change - about $5 worth. When my car was finished the money was missing. I spoke to the manager who told me the owner would call me on tuesday when he got back in the office. Never happened! He told me the sign says they are not responsible for personal property. Buyer Beware! They are theives and protected by the management. Not very impressed. I say that after having many, many experiences getting my car washed here. I keep hoping it improves, but literally every single time I go to retrieve my car there is dirt and trash that still hasn't been vacuumed, the center consul has not been wiped out and is dirty, etc, etc. This happens without fail (even if I mention it before my car goes through they don't get the message). The employees there are nice, but it doesn't matter if you have to supervise your own car wash because of sloppiness. This place sucks. I just went there for a basic wash and vacuum. When I dropped off the car I was told to wait inside after I pay the cashier. After 40 minutes waiting I decided to go walk around outside because how could this possibly take so long!? Well apparently I was suppose to go outside and check to see if my car was ready which I would have done if anybody had told me that. And if you have been here you know you can't see your car from the waiting area inside. TERRIBLE customer service. Worst carwash ever. Took my Porsche 911 in for a hand wash and the employee tore off my windshield wiper. When I approached the manger and told him what happened he first looked at me like I was lying. Then, told me that he would call me and take care of things. I waited a week and no call. I called the wash twice and still no call back. I ended up fixing the car myself because it was easier than dealing with their broken management. read more

So I actually had a pretty good experience...I was nervous about getting anything done as I've read so many bad reviews but I had a promo for a free ace car wash so gave it a try. The machine was not scanning the promo but an attendant came quickly was super polite and entered it manually. It was the self serve drive through wash which at the end another attendant towel dries the excess water the blower didn't get. The towel dry was soso. They have free vacuums. Another attendant directed me how to remove the vacuum from its case, or whatever you want to call it, after my confused attempt AND he was kind of not not to comment on my idiocy making it seem like a fun normal issue so can't really complain. read more

Hey it's a car wash get your car washed and move on, I get it. I like having a detailed ride most the time. So for first time ever I throw down for the full wax clay bar polish with interior thought I would give myself a break at the price of 250 bucks whatever let's see what pro's can do. I show up 3 hrs later and right away I notice headlights spotted and I knew right then we got some sub-par BS going down. I notice all kinds of missed spots down where it is must have been to much work to bend over and do your job and detail my car. The guy says those are rock chips as I start to scratch them off all around the car. He grabs a clay bar a has to go around the whole lower part of my car again removing any wax or polish that might have been applied to protect. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Brought my brand new SUV here for its first wash - it still had the new car smell from the dealership, so I requested "new car" as the scent for the VIP wash. (After feeling like I was being swooped down on by upselling vultures). Got in my car when they were done and it smells like someone smoked in the car, WTF?! There were wet soapy spots inside still, fingerprints still on the touch screen, residue on the steering wheel and other parts of the interior. How does my car look/smell worse on the inside than it did coming in?!!!! I didn't have the energy or desire to ask for them to make it right because that would mean dealing with the same pushy guys from the front. The car does come out clean every time. First come, first served is not always followed. I have been there 5 times since they bought out Danny's. I now have a place that is the same price and staffed by the better x employees that have left Jackson's. At my new place, I am not asked about oil changes, window repair etc. I am there for a CAR WASH. read more
