They always have someone wanting to convince you a small scratch or chip on your windshield needs to be repaired and it's completely free with your insurance. Don't listen to them. 2 years ago, I fell for it and received a letter that my rates will be going up because the cost was more than $1k which allows them to call it a comp instead (clean driving record and credit report my entire life so it wasn't anything else). When I tried to shop for new insurance, 4 refused to quote me because of the windshield. Yet every time they try to sell me again and I tell them this, they basically call me a liar even though none of them have law degrees. They're just told by management that as part of their $15 an hour job that it's ok to tell people all about insurance law. They even tell me to call the AG who confirmed for me that they are not being trained properly, but that doesn't stop them for continuing to peddle this myth for the sake of revenue and commission. That said, it felt like there were almost more people at the front of the car wash focused on adding services than there were staff actually doing the hands-on work. I paid extra to have the mats power washed, yet only the back seat mats appeared to be somewhat cleaned, while the others were largely untouched. Overall, the service felt rushed. It seems the team may be understaffed in the areas that matter most, with more pressure on speed and volume than on attention to detail. I don't doubt the hard work of the employees, but the end result didn't quite match the level of service I was expecting. On July 8, I went to this Jackson car wash. There were still seat marks on the dash the back of my second row was not vacuumed and my tires were not completely detailed. I paid $150 for full detail. Thank you to Jackson's car wash for being dishonest as well as disrespectful. My wife drove our 2022 black dodge ram through the car wash on 08/01/2026 at 11:49am. While going through the wash tunnel both front tire stem caps were ripped off as well as a back tire. This led to both front tires going completely flat and causing my wife to be stuck in the car wash. The three managers including the facility manager Ivan Carillo accused my wife of already having flat tires before entering the car wash and proceeded to make her drive out of the car wash off of the property and into the parking lot and advised her to call a tow truck. After arguing and being disrespected by the facility manager and other two managers on staff they shut down the car wash and indeed found one of the three stem caps that were torn off by the car wash tracks and gave it back to my wife which we have in our possession. They refused to go over the video footage of the inside of the tunnel and filed and incident report and refused to give us any insurance information on their side and advised us to call our insurance company and corporate on Monday morning. After continuing to blame my wife and say they were not liable and stated that we drove our truck through the car wash with tires already flat we are now out a vehicle. After making my wife move the truck off of their property into a parking lot to be towed the tires were completely demolished as well as the rims to our vehicle as the tires came off of the rims due to her having to drive on them. We are now down a vehicle and have to have two brand new tires installed on our truck and a valve also replaced on a third tire. We are out over 800 dollars for new tires and a valve on top of a 125 dollar tow cost. After calling corporate I came to find it's an automated system that you cannot bypass and they state that they have another 48 hours to get back to me in regard to the damage of my vehicle. I also tried filing a complaint with the BBB and come to find they have another F rating at this location and are not accredited. So the only thing I can do is write a review. I am also in the process of filing a complaint with the Attorney generals office and have put in a claim with my insurance company. I find it very disheartening and unprofessional that three men at a car wash failed to take accountability for the damage done to my vehicle and instead tried to blame my wife, they even went to the extent of saying "someone could have messed with our vehicle the previous night at the complex we live in". Anything to avoid taking responsibility. To say I'm dissatisfied is a vast understatement as we are members of Jackson's and have taken our truck through the car wash multiple times and have never had an issue. The way this facility treated my wife and I and the managers blatant disregard and lack of respect for the customer was uncalled for and completely unprofessional. Never AGAIN! I use to frequent this location when it was Danny's family carwash but I have moved far away and it's no longer convenient for me. I happen to be in the area and needed a carwash really bad after all of the monsoon action. They didn't go over all of the options with me but told me they had a special going for $49.99 and it sounds great. Got the car back and it was not cleaned in the inside AT ALL. They said it was for the shine on the outside and wiping out the inside... anything else is considered a detail. Not even a vacuum was not. Why the heck would I pay for that and still have stuff all over the seats and floor but shiny dash boards. What a rip off! My mother was with me and also go get car done... wake service. We arrived at 11:45am... it is currently 1:38pm and we are barely leaving from them working on her car. Update: As I was writing this review, I had to stop to strap the baby in the car and the manager came and said, "I heard that you were not happy. I will personally do it myself right now. If you have an infant, you know it is a whole task getting them in and out which he noticed and offered for me to come back and get a wash free of charge. I go in know that I am getting a car wash, not a full detail service and find that they do a great job! I was there today and my car looks fantastic, inside and outside. I believe one of the reasons that the quality of work in the past year has been so good is that Darian joined the team. He works in the drying area and attention to detail is off the charts good. I paid for a car wash and detailing service at Jackson's and experienced vehicle damage, incomplete service, and unprofessional handling afterward. During the service, my windshield wipers were broken and removed without any disclosure, later found placed on the seat. When I raised this issue, staff attempted to place blame on me, stating that I should have been told to turn the wipers off before entering the car wash. This is not accurate -- I left my vehicle and keys with staff, was never given any instructions, and had clearly stated multiple times that I had never been to a Jackson's car wash before. The service itself was inadequate. The exterior was not properly cleaned, with bird droppings and visible smudges remaining, and the interior still had visible dirt, despite paying for a detailing service. Additionally, a button on my A/C was damaged, and my seat stopped functioning for several days following the service. I also found a vape left inside my car, which does not belong to me and raises concerns about carelessness and professionalism while my vehicle was in their possession. When I brought these issues to their attention, I was told the matter needed to be escalated to corporate and that I would receive a call the following day before 3:00 PM. That follow-up never occurred. It has now been weeks, and repeated attempts to contact the business have gone unanswered. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability and communication, and I am hoping for a response and appropriate refund or resolution. This is on behalf of my friend, I recommended Jackson's to her as the location I go to has a great deal on Wednesdays which is 1/2 off of a full service wash, usually ends up being around $15-20 depending on the wash I choose. She went to this location based on my recommendation and the employee told her that the full service wash that was half off was an interior detail, wax, and express wash and it was $75. She was confused but paid for it. She waited over an hour for her car and it was not even wiped down properly. When she expressed her frustration, the employee told her that a wash wasn't included with her purchase and that it would be $400 to do the outside too. $400!! He told her that since she was frustrated he could offer it for $100 which she obviously declined. I have never experienced this type of upselling at any Jackson's location I've been to, I don't know what is wrong with this location. I guess this whole catastrophe is my fault, because I did not check that they had a 1.5 star rating!!!! I would have never gone or used their service (or lack of) I can't even explain just the overall attitude and culture after purchasing a detail package for 2 cars. I brought the first car in the next day for a detail and no one seemed to know what was going on. Talk to this person, NO, talk to this person, who was your salesman yesterday. Finally, they agreed to detail the car and I asked if they could please get the pine sap off of the windshield. The salesman was so set on getting me to get a chip fixed on my window, (because I am sure he gets commission on that and nothing for removing the sap) that he ignored the request. When I came back to pick the car up, the pine sap was still on the windshield. I had to wait while they got someone to come over and get it off, which should have been done long before I arrived. Fast forward, now I have driven home and I can't find any of the 2 garage remotes that were in the front middle of the car within the driver's reach and am unable to get into my garage. So, I had to drive back to the car wash and have them search my car. They ended up finding one in the back tailgate of my SUV and one in the bottom of the passenger door. This makes NO COMMON SENSE to me. I ask for a refund on the second car that I have asked them to detail and they said that there are no refunds, even if their customer service and attention to detail is horrific.
