The guys that led me through the tunnel wash are nice, but get to the full service people, and it's a different attitude. Although they stole cash out of my grandmother's wallet before, I had time to waste and a filthy car, so I went to see if service had gotten better there (surely, I thought, mistakenly, it not have gotten worse). I arrived at 8:49a on Thursday, Jan 29 2026. There were 8 employees standing around, gossiping and squawking as though they were in some sort of Sex and the City episode (though with even worse aesthetics, if you can believe that). After about 10 minutes, a nasty man who told me his name was Carlos, but I don't trust he was being honest with me, was so rude and defamatory, while aggressively trying to upsell me, that I was given no choice but to leave. As I left, due to my having self-worth, "Carlos" (who maybe was hungover? cuz he looked like he had just rolled out of bed, assuming he has a home) shouted "I hate customers like him!" Nasty, low-quality customer service with a product that is overpriced while being treated like I was doing a grave disservice to the establishment just by being there, not to mention the theft of my grandmother's money, is reason enough to take some time out of my busy day to write this unfortunate review. I appreciate the hustle and understand this is a business, so upselling itself isn't an issue. That said, it felt like there were almost more people at the front of the car wash focused on adding services than there were staff actually doing the hands-on work. I paid extra to have the mats power washed, yet only the back seat mats appeared to be somewhat cleaned, while the others were largely untouched. Overall, the service felt rushed. It seems the team may be understaffed in the areas that matter most, with more pressure on speed and volume than on attention to detail. I don't doubt the hard work of the employees, but the end result didn't quite match the level of service I was expecting. On July 8, I went to this Jackson car wash. There were still seat marks on the dash the back of my second row was not vacuumed and my tires were not completely detailed. I paid $150 for full detail. There was still dirt on the area around my License plate I sat in the sun for two hours before I wouldn't ask where my car was 104° and they said that they hadn't touched it and it would be another three hours so if this is the results After, which ended up only taking four hours I'm giving you a bad review and I had more service that I was planning on bringing had they did a good job and I told that to the gentleman when I purchased read more

Horrible place !!! Let me start by saying they charge me $230 for poor quality service and called me to offer me another service for free then I realize my Apple headphones are missing. When trying to deal with this issue, I am considered to be the problem and there is a blind eye to the obvious, suggesting that I haven't tried to end it which is how they justify continuing to charge me. Never AGAIN! I use to frequent this location when it was Danny's family carwash but I have moved far away and it's no longer convenient for me. I happen to be in the area and needed a carwash really bad after all of the monsoon action. They didn't go over all of the options with me but told me they had a special going for $49.99 and it sounds great. Got the car back and it was not cleaned in the inside AT ALL. They said it was for the shine on the outside and wiping out the inside... anything else is considered a detail. Not even a vacuum was not. Why the heck would I pay for that and still have stuff all over the seats and floor but shiny dash boards. What a rip off! My mother was with me and also go get car done... wake service. We arrived at 11:45am... it is currently 1:38pm and we are barely leaving from them working on her car. Update: As I was writing this review, I had to stop to strap the baby in the car and the manager came and said, "I heard that you were not happy. I will personally do it myself right now. If you have an infant, you know it is a whole task getting them in and out which he noticed and offered for me to come back and get a wash free of charge. What a nice gesture and I feel like he really redeemed his guys dropping the ball. I really appreciate it. I gave 2 stars just based off the manager. I go in know that I am getting a car wash, not a full detail service and find that they do a great job! I was there today and my car looks fantastic, inside and outside. This is on behalf of my friend, I recommended Jackson's to her as the location I go to has a great deal on Wednesdays which is 1/2 off of a full service wash, usually ends up being around $15-20 depending on the wash I choose. She went to this location based on my recommendation and the employee told her that the full service wash that was half off was an interior detail, wax, and express wash and it was $75. She was confused but paid for it. She waited over an hour for her car and it was not even wiped down properly. When she expressed her frustration, the employee told her that a wash wasn't included with her purchase and that it would be $400 to do the outside too. $400!! He told her that since she was frustrated he could offer it for $100 which she obviously declined. I have never experienced this type of upselling at any Jackson's location I've been to, I don't know what is wrong with this location. I paid for a car wash and detailing service at Jackson's and experienced vehicle damage, incomplete service, and unprofessional handling afterward. During the service, my windshield wipers were broken and removed without any disclosure, later found placed on the seat. When I raised this issue, staff attempted to place blame on me, stating that I should have been told to turn the wipers off before entering the car wash. This is not accurate -- I left my vehicle and keys with staff, was never given any instructions, and had clearly stated multiple times that I had never been to a Jackson's car wash before. The service itself was inadequate. The exterior was not properly cleaned, with bird droppings and visible smudges remaining, and the interior still had visible dirt, despite paying for a detailing service. Additionally, a button on my A/C was damaged, and my seat stopped functioning for several days following the service. I also found a vape left inside my car, which does not belong to me and raises concerns about carelessness and professionalism while my vehicle was in their possession. When I brought these issues to their attention, I was told the matter needed to be escalated to corporate and that I would receive a call the following day before 3:00 PM. That follow-up never occurred. It has now been weeks, and repeated attempts to contact the business have gone unanswered. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability and communication, and I am hoping for a response and appropriate refund or resolution. I would have never gone or used their service (or lack of) I can't even explain just the overall attitude and culture after purchasing a detail package for 2 cars. I brought the first car in the next day for a detail and no one seemed to know what was going on. Talk to this person, NO, talk to this person, who was your salesman yesterday. Finally, they agreed to detail the car and I asked if they could please get the pine sap off of the windshield. The salesman was so set on getting me to get a chip fixed on my window, (because I am sure he gets commission on that and nothing for removing the sap) that he ignored the request. When I came back to pick the car up, the pine sap was still on the windshield. I had to wait while they got someone to come over and get it off, which should have been done long before I arrived. Fast forward, now I have driven home and I can't find any of the 2 garage remotes that were in the front middle of the car within the driver's reach and am unable to get into my garage. So, I had to drive back to the car wash and have them search my car. They ended up finding one in the back tailgate of my SUV and one in the bottom of the passenger door. This makes NO COMMON SENSE to me. I ask for a refund on the second car that I have asked them to detail and they said that there are no refunds, even if their customer service and attention to detail is horrific. The "discontinue my monthly" plan tab requires you in put a Membership Number in from a barcode on your car which I can confirm is nonexistent. When you finally are able to call a number on Google for Jackson's, you talk to a robot. They gave it back to me with 2 cracks in the windshield and the hood all scratched up. Of course they denied doing it and tried to blame me in every way they could. They even went as far as to blame the heat (it was 72 degrees outreally?) And they were just real jerks about the whole thing. My insurance company told me that this kind of thing is very common with places that don't clean their brushes. They half ass everything they do and have lazy workers (especially the bald lady) who refuses to do quality work and gives attitude when you aren't satisfied with the way your car is cleaned. The interior "clean" which I understand isn't the same as a detail, but IMO should not leave dust on the dash, a dribble of something on the glovebox that I wiped off after with a little handiwipe I had. I was the last car of the day, but if quitting time was before you could properly wash my car, then tell me you're closed! read more

Quality of the Ultra Wash was terrible. I had mentioned to service writer there was many bugs on grille and hood that needed cleaned off. When I was notified truck was ready, bugs were still on grille and hood. I addressed this with the supervisor, who then retrieved a scrubbing sponge and started scrubbing paint finish vigorously to remove bugs. I immediately asked him to stop as to not ruin the finish of the paint. I asked him to not bother anymore. Tires were dripping with tire shine which sprayed all over sides of truck. All glass on truck was still dirty. Water was not completely blown from hood and mirrors which ended up on windows. Paying full price of $39 for the Ultra Wash should have left my truck spotless. Attention to detail was absent in my case. There was a time in the past this location did a very good job. Therefore I do not recommend this location if you're looking to wash your pride & joy. read more
