Wow. I wish I would've read the reviews before I used this location. I'm a member at another quick service where I get an exterior wash done every week and it's just as good for me as a full service. The interior "clean" which I understand isn't the same as a detail, but IMO should not leave dust on the dash, a dribble of something on the glovebox that I wiped off after with a little handiwipe I had. I was the last car of the day, but if quitting time was before you could properly wash my car, then tell me you're closed! read more

They half ass everything they do and have lazy workers (especially the bald lady) who refuses to do quality work and gives attitude when you aren't satisfied with the way your car is cleaned. I went in for a car wash in February 2024 and then I found that my credit card was getting charged $21 a month. I called them to find out what the problem was, and I was told I had signed up for a monthly Car Wash program, which I had not!! The person I talked to on the phone told me they would extend my so-called subscription for five months for free. I told him I didn't want it because I had just bought a new vehicle. I don't take my car to the car wash when it's new. Watch out. Quality of the Ultra Wash was terrible. I had mentioned to service writer there was many bugs on grille and hood that needed cleaned off. When I was notified truck was ready, bugs were still on grille and hood. I addressed this with the supervisor, who then retrieved a scrubbing sponge and started scrubbing paint finish vigorously to remove bugs. I immediately asked him to stop as to not ruin the finish of the paint. I asked him to not bother anymore. Tires were dripping with tire shine which sprayed all over sides of truck. All glass on truck was still dirty. Water was not completely blown from hood and mirrors which ended up on windows. Paying full price of $39 for the Ultra Wash should have left my truck spotless. Attention to detail was absent in my case. There was a time in the past this location did a very good job. Therefore I do not recommend this location if you're looking to wash your pride & joy. read more

I have been here three times now and it was an unpleasant experience today. My car was still dirty with bugs and dirt when I left. My window tint had new scratches from towels (which I saw being picked up from the ground and likely collecting rocks). My front bumper still had bugs and dirt all over as well as mud on the side which the guy who detailed my car managed to wipe all over and then wipe off only creating more scratches since it wasn't removed in the first place. One of my wheels was missing tire shine as well. I asked the guy if he would rectify some of the issues started above and he did two quick things and then promptly moved into drying the car behind me with his earplugs in using the rags he just wiped mud off my car with. Ontop of this my mats were not secured back to the floor as they were when I came in and my gas pedal was obstructed upon my leaving and my wheel wells were still extremely muddy. Absolute worst car wash location. I have gone to several others and this one just hits rock bottom. Everyone has an attitude and hates their lives, while taking it out on the customers driving through. They create their own policies regarding the stickers that need to go on windows and can't even get on the same page for those policies internally. For how pushy they are with the monthly pass, you'd expect them to have it together once people actually sign up. Cancelled my account and going with a different wash for myself and my family. Also, the wash was terrible with excessive spots missed. There isn't a single facet of the car wash experience that I can say was even okay. They're literally just horrible at all of it. I've gone in to get a full-service $21.99 car wash a total of three times, all three times the interior isn't vacuumed correctly, and nothing is wiped down. It's as if they only vacuum what is visible to the eye, they don't move the seats around so if there's anything under the seat it's staying there despite the wash including a "full vacuum". My front windshield had some lettering that needed to be removed, I was told by the front sales guy this would be removed when my car was done the lettering was still there and a different attendant said I needed to pay for a detail for that to be removed. Windex and a wipe down remove that type lettering. Extremely disappointed at the services provided. I'm done giving this car wash any more chances. read more

Absolutely the worst car wash in the entire valley. The managers are rude, standoffish and simply do not understand the meaning of customer service. I brought my car in to have the interior cleaned and was told it would be quick. I am on oxygen due to a medical complication with my lungs and I sat in the lobby for an hour and nearly ran out of oxygen waiting.( I literally had to call my wife at work to ask her to come get me because I was going to run out of air. )When I asked how long it would be, I was told 3 more hours! No time frame was ever given to me when I purchased the cleaning because if I was told that it would take 4.5 hours I never would have done it. Yep, you read that right. 4.5 hours. Dropped the car off at 11:30 and picked it up at 4. Here's the best part. I tried to have a civil conversation with management and explained to them that I nearly ran out of oxygen because their employees did not communicate how long it was going to take. I explained that this lack of communication caused me personal danger and also caused me to lose 3 showings for work (I'm in realty) because they took up half of my day. All I asked for was "A little help with the bill". The manager and some minion with him actually raised their voices at me, saying they could offer me a wax next time I come in and it's not their problem if I don't want to accept what they're offering. Seriously? You're gonna raise your voice and consequently, the heart rate of someone on oxygen?! Rather than just doing the right thing and compensating an upset customer for half a wasted day? I paid them for the cleaning and cancelled my monthly membership. Oh and get this.. I get in my car and it doesn't even smell clean. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my entire life and to treat me in such a way when I'm strapped to an oxygen tank is below human. These clowns are the worst kind of despicable. I turned my car off, paid for a wash, dry and vacuum, and returned to find that whoever turned the car on and drove through the car wash didn't bother to make sure that the antenna wasn't up or that the radio wasn't on. This is their job. I left it with the antenna down and the radio off and the car off, and they should have checked, since they're in the business of washing cars, and making sure that they return them to the owners in the same condition that they were left in. When I spoke to the manager, he couldn't have cared less, and wouldn't even give me a refund of my $20. Do not come here - - they are terrible. read more

I opted in for the 50 dollar wash to have the truck dialed in for a return to my current employer. The cashier and the environment inside of the holding area were really nice. The truck was complete in less than 15 minutes which was concerning, given the amount of attention I was told the truck was going to get. The rims still had dust on them, and the tires themselves had no armor all. The seats had not been wiped down and had smear marks of whatever liquid they used. The front mirror has streaks on them and looked worse than when I had it washed. None of the outside of the truck has armor all as discussed by the guy who took my request upon entering. (He was nice and friendly) I'm dissatisfied with the work that was done for $50 and don't understand how this was missed. The car itself still had dirt and stains on it after I walked around. Another thing I noticed, was the guy who gave my car back, didn't even look at the receipt and I could have been some random guy saying the car was mine. He did ask if I wanted an air freshener. All in all, I wouldn't come back here because the value of the work did not match up with a 50 dollar wash and I'm sure if I paid for the lowest tier wash I would actually be okay with it. Anyways, proceed with low expectations if you are coughing up $50+ dollars or you might end up writing a review like this. Keep in mind this is a 2023 Maverick with less than 13000 miles. First of all... Melissa S the business owner - why are you not fixing your business? You guys constantly get the worst reviews I have ever seen. All you do is reply to bad reviews. You should fix the problems with your quality & staff. I tried you again & this was my experience.... I arranged an interior detail & hand wash with the manager Tre over the phone yesterday for an appointment today. Upon arriving, Tre told a guy with a computer hanging around his neck to run my credit card. As Tre walked away, the guy with the computer refused to ring me up at the quoted price. I was confused as the guy barked at me and told me I could leave the property if I did not like his attitude. Tre walked back up and it turned into an argument between them and Tre enlisted another guy with a computer to ring me up. Our car only has 16k miles and is in pristine condition. It is a $80k car and always garaged. It just needed an extremely light dusting in the vent areas and maybe the leather conditioned as preventative maintenance. It literally still looks & smells like brand new inside and out. When we arrived to pick it up, it was dirtier than when we left it. It was obvious they just ran it through the auto wash. It had streaks, water spots from drip drying and I am not joking, the windows were sprayed and never wiped down. There was mud on the roof from the dust, the body was dirty and they only vacuumed the floor mats. The rear view & side mirrors and the gloss black window frames and door handles were smudged. The interior still had the dust it arrived with. Tre spent 10 minutes wiping the wheels, windows and grill, but we obviously received the fuck you treatment from his crew because of the unprofessional fight the staff was having. Tre apologized and said they did not earn the money we paid and said they were under staffed. I have been a member of Jackson's for years and I know from experience that it was ran through the car wash and left to drip dry was not detailed in any manner. The leather is blotchy from being 1/2 wiped in very few spots. To keep the peace in my house I have to pay for the exact same service at Cobblestone Car Wash tomorrow! BUYER BEWARE!!! Obviously their corporate has lost control of their company. When your reviews are as bad as their's and your staff is blatantly disregarding their manager's direction, your customers are the ones in trouble and get bad services for their money!!! A slow day, lots of workers standing around yet only one at a time working on my car. 120 minutes way too long later they asked me to look it over. It was improved but when you bought the full package I'm hoping for at least a A-. I pointed out a dozen items on the interior and exterior. There were a dozen more-I started working on myself. My mats were just in the back seat, not placed back where they were, they didn't use the air compressed hose to remove the water from the crevices, they didn't clean the inside of my windows of my qx80, except for the front driver and passenger side, not even the front windshield, my dashboard and steering wheel were drenched with the shining oil, all of this is happening while they (2 workers) were on their cell phones taking personal calls. I called the number on the receipt to attempt to get a refund to which I was told to drive back to the place and speak to a manager. This was my first time going there and will be my last. When you pull up the people asking what wash you want are wearing masks but when you go inside there are customers not wearing masks and then when you go to where you car is wiped down, NO ONE including staff is not wearing mask. I don't care if they aren't interacting with you. They are in your vehicle breathing and touching every part of your car. They claim they sanitize your car during but I still had dust marks on the side of my door and my navigation screen still had fingerprints on it. I do believe that places can make an effort to change. I took my car in when the manager offered me a free wash to make up for the unsatisfactory one. They did an awesome job but I felt like it was because it was a redo. Came in today and got the $39.99 wash. Now I hadn't washed my car in a while and it had been months since I did anything besides a quick exterior wash. The inside had lots of dirt and sand from 2 camping trips. They did a great job! Everything looked amazing, they got all the bugs off the front. I even have these black marks on the back bumper from where my trailer cord rubs and they were able to buff almost all of those out.
