I have been going here for almost two years now to get our vehicles washed and the CarWash service is horrible. Employees literally drag their feet with whatever task they have. Every employee on their phones when they are supposed to be working. Their vacuums do not ever work, either. Improvements could be, teach your employees what customer service is and how to communicate professionally. The cashier ladies and guys in the gas station are awesome and always friendly and provide excellent customer service. Stay away from the car wash, they are rude and it's a ripoff read more

5/21/25 1:30 pm. Jackson Carwash Tempe guy upsells me from 1/2 price Wednesday car wash deal (VIP Works) to a specially priced detail . When the guy handed me my keys he pointed out that the front passenger tire was soft. I drove directly to Discount Tires. They found a nail in the tire as well as a screw lodged in the tread of rear passenger tire. Being distracted by that, it was only when I finally made it home about 5 pm that I realized that there were a number of dirty places, stick shift, cupholder, ignition, between seats, etc. Worse, whatever they used to clean the driver side door stained the finish permanently. What had been a uniform dark gray now has blotches of a lighter color. l haven't been back since. I might settle for a refund and a monthly VIP Works for a year a sincere apology from the crew working that day. Think that it'll happen? And, yes, I got the name of the guy who handed me my keys. No accountability or help in 104 degree heat. Don't ever go to this place. Not only did they charge me an arm and a leg to shampoo my car but when I went to leave there was a huge bolt in my tire. I didn't even leave the parking lot and they refused to fix it and told me that it was my fault. The manager refused to look at the tire. Said they are closed now and there was nothing he would do. Told me to call corporate and file a complaint. Then proceeded to tell me there was no way this was their fault because they don't even have blots in their parking lot or service tires. read more

I've been coming to this car wash for 6 years when it was Danny's Car Wash. I bring my GTR, Lambo, R8 and AMG through here all the time. The guys there know me really well. They just got a new sales manager in that I've never seen and as soon as I pull up and see my car and get out he starts saying that it's $70 hand wash for a truck when I'm obviously in my car than I told him it's not a truck and he goes "oh your right" it's a car and than proceeds to tell me that it's $60 for a hand wash. I told him something sort right and to look my plates up in their system before he does he starts drawing on my window before we agree to anything. I told him I usually pay $40 and tip the guys $10-$20. He's than proceeds to tell me that all the other guys aren't charging me right. Crazy when I've been going there as long as I have. I tell him I'm just going to take my business elsewhere and as I'm getting in the car he goes "OKAAYYYY I'll do it for $50. I said no thank you, you rubbed me the wrong way I'll be going somewhere else from now on. I ask him to wash the stuff he wrote on my window off. I went today to get my car washed, and the check-in service was terrible. I arrived with 2 lanes open and 3 men working. Two were in a discussion when I arrived, which they continued for another full minute at the rear of my car. When one eventually came to my window, he told me that his tablet was frozen and immediately walked away. After waiting over 5 additional minutes, I got out of the car so I could ask him if one of the other workers could assist me, as I had a meeting I needed to get to. He finally returned to my window, told me again that his tablet was frozen and that I could pull up to the front of the lane where another person was standing who could check me in. This guy confirmed that his tablet was working, but immediately went back to the care behind me in line. I left and will get my car washed elsewhere, where the employees actually know what customer service should be. Whether it was because I declined the offer of detailing my car, the bumper stickers I have on my car, or just rudeness does not matter. Jackson's, at least at that location, has permanently lost my business! read more

Took my car here this morning for a full service wash. Was upsold a quick spray wax for an additional fee. Total of about $50. The wash was okay at best, they missed several spots. When they told me it was done I asked about the wax as it didn't seem like it had been done, and they said they'd take care of it. Five minutes later they said it was done again, but it clearly wasn't. At this point, I didn't feel like arguing so I left and did it myself at home. I should've read the reviews first. I prepaid for the top level detail, and when I got my car back, after pointing out twice that they hadn't wiped down the dash or console, I had to re-vacuum the driver seat and floor, and wipe down the dash and console myself. On top of that, whatever they sprayed on my touchscreen radio, rendered it unusable. It's no longer reacting to touch. Which is frustrating because they clearly cleaned my touch screen but not the rest of my dash, when anyone familiar with cars knows your clean the dash and avoid touch screens with any cleaner. In the end I wasted $40, given that I had to re clean the car myself and now have to call the dealer to fix my touchscreen that they broke. Oh and another note, the external car wash is good, but ONLY if you pay to have them hand wash it after. Otherwise the back of my car doesn't get clean. I have pictures, but worry about sharing my license plates or personal info so I won't post those. read more

Yall, I paid FORTY DOLLARS for the "VIP" clean... I was told it would be a complete wipe down, vacuum, and exterior wash. So explain this to me? I noticed the cabin wasn't clean to my expectations the day after & three days later I open my trunk... Yall, I explicitly told the fella I'd been to the beach & needed the sand gone. Additionally!!!! The interior or my windshield isn't cleaned all the way to the edges, I can still see a border of grime & they used a *shiney* conditioning treatment on my dashboard...... While usually I get above average customer service at many Jackson Car washes, this particular location left a sour taste. The Good: I left my car for a wax and detail after the sales guy gave me a discount valued to similar services in the area - he did a good job and never got his name. He had the usual energy you would expect from the "face" of Jackson's. Convinced me to get my work done here vs. leaving and going to a competitor. The Bad: Everything following this interaction. Without going into minor details, I'm going to focus on a few larger concerning issues. 1) after 5 hours of waiting, I called the front to see if the job had been completed. Apparently it was done within an hour and a half, but I never received a call letting me know. 2) when coming to pickup my car, there was no direction who I needed to talk to. After walking around asking 5 different people I finally found the folks holding my keys. 3) The actual service done to my vehicle was VERY poor. The interior "detailing" was nothing more than a quick wipe down, vaccum, and minor upholstery cleaning. The inside of all windows were not wiped down and still had dust covering. There were crumbs still in the buttons, side doors, and steering wheel (apparently I'm a messy eater). There is residue leftover throughout the dash and streaks from the cleaner are left behind. 4) management did nothing to resolve these issues and had someone due another quick wipe down. Pictures attached of what was left AFTER his additional cleaning. Very disappointed with the service and will not be coming back to Jackson's. I took my car here once and they did a crummy job, but I thought I would come back and give them another chance... it was a mistake. They will not be getting another chance from me. Got there at the end of the day, pre paid for a detail and scheduled a time with the manager to come back because it was the end of the day. Showed up at the time we agreed, and no one was ready for me. The manager (Daniel) said "he was in a meeting"... well, Daniel, that is no excuse. Don't make appointments when you know you can't make it or when you know you won't have staff there. I told them I had limited time (and I told them this when I made the appointment) but they insisted they could have it done in time for me despite the late start. They lied; they didn't get it done and I missed a client. After waiting 20 minutes beyond the time they promised they would be done I walked to my car and said I needed to leave before I missed my next client. When I walked out to where my car was and I found my power cable from my car on the ground and they were basically throwing wet mats in on the floor so I could leave. I had paid to have them remove pet hair... that was the wholes reason I was taking the car in. The seats are still covered in dog hair. They also promised to clean my headlights.... Yeah that didn't happened either. Complete waste of my time and money. They promised me a free wash for the trouble but I won't even go to this place for that. Don't waste your money. Find another place for your washes and details. If I could give it less than one star I would. Update: manager (Daniel) gave me a refund for my trouble after I called, but was super rude in the process. Won't be going back. read more

Left my car at the car wash tonight being told I can pick up my car after my appointments. Show up at 10:30p and Amber the "manager" tells me she doesn't have my keys & I can not get my car until morning & that it's not her problem. She works for Jackson's gas station not the car wash so it's not her responsibility & she doesn't care! Both stores say Jackson's on the door & you are on the same land. The workers are all beyond nice. I was still disappointed in the quality of the car wash service. I paid for the $21.99 car wash plus tip and my car which is brand new and wasn't very dirty to begin with looks untouched on the inside and the windows weren't cleaned other than the initial wipe down after coming through the machine. My dogs nose prints are still on the inside of the window and my mirrors have water spots on them. Inside dash was also not wiped or cleaned. I do a better job getting a basic wash for $8 down the street and cleaning it myself. I feel like I wasted money unfortunately. :( read more

If could give them a 0/5 I would. Every time I come here I ask myself why bc I leave mad every.single.time. Today I went in with a coupon for an express wash and oil change like I get every time. They rang me up and said the price was actually $50 and not $26 as advertised. The coupon is front and center on their website and in multiple places, not to mention I called to confirm before I came in. When they rang me up it took FIVE employees to finally give me the advertised price. No joke FIVE. When I finally get to my car the inside barely looks touched. There was straw wrappers on the ground, a mat flipped on the seat & dog hair everywhere. Don't get me wrong I know it's not going to be detailed but this was on another level. I almost went back in and said something but was so fed up with them already. Anyways, don't go there. Pay the extra money and go literally anywhere else. I went here to get my ABS/Speed sensor replaced. when I pulled up, one of the mechanics told me that my car doesn't have rear wheel speed sensors and that he's worked with them before. Turns out, when he read the code, it was a rear wheel speed sensor issue which they didn't even attempt to fix because he cleared the error code and told me it was fixed so I ended up fixing it myself afterward (the sensor was broken out of the socket, pretty obvious issue). I also came in to get an oil change which took about an hour and a half. Not to mention that when he lifted my hood he said that the dust was an indicator of mice in my car (No, it's not, it's just dust which builds up overtime) and also tried to charge me 500$ to replace spark plugs which, I didn't even ask for nor did I want (I work on my car for most things, spark plugs are at most a 50$ repair) TLDR: Mechanic shop was terrible and tried to upcharge me, gave me false information, and overall did more bad than good. read more

Pretty good car wash company! I'm thankful we live right next door to them. They do an express exterior wash for $8, which is so quick and useful for those who don't have a dirty interior. Service is friendly, too. Sometimes, they do tend to be quite slow, which can be frustrating. We've gotten full car washes that have ended up taking an hour from start to finish, so be mindful of that when you go. They've also missed a few spots here and there, so just check it out before you leave. Overall, decent car wash business with reasonable prices! read more

Went in for a simple car wash. Lol. 80 bucks later I left with a clean car oil changed & new filter. That's good selling on their part. I did decline the $199.flush I'm a sucker for good customer service but not a sap. Lol. All the staff was courteous and worked hard in 118° heat. The kid I gave a huge tip to looked shocked and surprised but good work. They did what I didn't have the energy to do. The girl that cashed me out was excellent customer service skills. The inside of the store was well stocked and very cool. I'd say on the cold side but comfortable. Out of my way but I think I'll be back in the future. I've been here several times to get my car washed. Every time has always been fairly average. Nothing very special that sets Jackson's apart from any other place. They do a rather decent job but they take forever. I would think that a regular car wash would take no more than 20 minutes max but this place always takes at least 45 minutes. This is a one-stop car care center. On one hand you have their drive-through car wash that you can do an express on your own or you can turn it over to the professionals and they drive it through and clean it up on the backend. Or you can even drop it off and have it very detailed clean, it takes usually about half a day. They also have a oil changing facility for Oil changes and fluid topped off, plus basic vehicle maintenance. They do windshield replacement and repair. And you can use a gas station or go inside the convenient store for simple groceries. I myself frequently use their full-service car wash. While that is taking place I enjoy my time in their indoor waiting room. Which has at least two TVs a very nice aquarium fish tank and lots of seating. Plus they sell a lot of cars accessories and snacks in that same waiting area. Sometimes I like to sit at the outdoor waiting area if weather permits which by the way has a nice looking and relaxing waterfall feature. Overall as far as car cleaning they do a good job. They have missed things from time to time, do to large volumes of customers or it's closing time. The workers are under pressure to push me through faster and may overlooked some small details. Every single employee I interacted with was helpful and kind. I felt very welcomed. I got the VIP wash and was very pleased with the results. I was lost happy to see that my vents had been cleaned, as other places have missed that. I had to ask them to touch up a few things that had been overlooked (driver door panel wasn't cleaned, forgot to vacuum under front mats), but they were happy to fix it and make sure it was done well before I left. I called and let them know I wanted a detail on the inside of my car. I spoke with John who told me if I came right then he would give me a really good deal. And they did interior and exterior deals. I bought a used car from a private seller. I really didn't care much about the outside. I needed the inside cleaned and detailed and I let him know that on the phone.. I arrived and told them that I specifically needed the inside cleaned and detailed. I wanted the dirt and grime out of the cup holder, walls, the crevices and off the seats. They explained that they could not do the ceiling which was fine. I agreed to the $215 including the outside. The interior would have only been a hundred and nineteen. (I figured John probably had sales goals and up sale requirements he was trying to meet and as long as the inside lookwd like what was asking I'd pay the extra and get the outside done to help them out.) But I did remind him again my only concern was really the interior. When I touched the steering wheel my hands feel dirty. When me and the three young children with me walked back 4 hours later, after they called, to pick up the car, the inside of the cup holders were filthy the seats didn't even look like they had been wiped down at all. The armrest was sticky. The steering wheel hadn't been touched. I pointed it out to the person who was presenting our car to us. It was clearly not the salesman. They took our minivan back. The children and I waited over another hour and a half with them growing restless and crazy inside the car wash location. It finally look like they were winding down and finishing up on the inside. Today I was thoroughly disgusted as I started looking around the car at what I paid for that was not even done at all. I think some of these pictures speak for themselves. I gave it two stars because the kid that did take it back got in there and did the best he could after he wasn't informed. But I spent an extra $100 I didn't care to spend that honestly I was paying and hopes that the inside would have been done the way I was asking. And here I am 24 hours later sitting in the backseat looking at the spills on the door that were here when I got the car that was part of what I paid somebody $200 to wipe off for me. read more

My partner and I have been regulars at this car wash for years. They usually do a great job and keep a clean place of business which I love. As of July 1st, however, I refuse to recommend this car wash to anybody that asks. I took my car to get washed on the 1st like I do every month. When my car was delivered back to me I noticed deep scratches along the side of my wheel, which has never happened before here. When I talked to the staff to bring it to their attention, they called their manager. I received just every excuse in the book as how I brought it in like that. I haven't had my rims powder coated for much longer than a few months and drive very carefully to make sure not to mess them up. After assuming I brought my own car in like that they offered to look at camera. Then...what do you know? "The footage is not clear enough to see the damage." When I asked to look at it they refused to let me see it due to company policy...again putting the blame back on me. I don't care that it happened but what I do care about is the manager and the staff putting the blame back on me. They tried telling me that it was curb rash that was there beforehand. If you have every curb checked, you know this is not what normal curb rash looks like. It was obviously ruined by their machine. Let me also add I pay a lot of attention to my vehicle's aesthetic and I am not such a low person that I need to blame someone else for something that happened to my vehicle. Nowhere did I get an apology or any type of accountability from this place and it completely makes me rethink why I brought my business here in the first place. Don't wash your car here.
