Jacksons continues to fail to impress, no matter which location. First they told me my car was ready. Went looking for it and couldn't find it. Went back to the register and she couldn't care less that I told her my car was nowhere to be found. Then someone else found out it wasn't even started. It was just being vacuumed. They did a terrible job with the windows and at the end, for the touch ups, it sat there for a while until someone came and did half of it, then left, did a little more, left, someone else came and did a little more. Overall took 3x the normal time for a mediocre service with bad communication. Also nobody is wearing mask when it's mandatory (regardless of weather you believe or not, it's mandatory) and they are allowing a person to smoke in the waiting, non smoking area. Bliss read more

Car wash is only good for the express lane. I paid $29.99 for the VIP wash and all I got was a drive through the automatic wash and the fastest/poorest job of wiping down the interior. They told me my car was finished. When I walked around the exterior, the bird poop (4 inches of mess) and bug splatters were all still on the front of the car. They were nice when I asked them to remove it but it's unfortunate I had to ask for that. My back door panels were still dirty. Don't waste your money on full service. read more

I went here last Saturday and the reason why it took so long for me to write a post was that I filled out their customer service survey online and figured someone might say something about the "deal" I got through that so I wouldn't have to leave a poor review. I went last Saturday thinking I would just get whatever the best car wash was that wasn't a detail as I didn't have that much time. I pulled up told the guy what I wanted and he kept trying to upsale me (this guy really should sell cars or something he does not give up). I kept saying "no" ..."no thank you", "I don't have a lot of time and I know a detail will take hours"...etc etc. He finally talked me up to some "special hand wax" that they can have done in 30mins but it's going to give my car some special spectacular shine. I mean I saw no difference from when I go through the drive thru car wash on Dobson/Broadway. No special shine...just kinda clean. We had gone on a road trip the week before to Laughlin well, the bugs were still all stuck to the front of my car. Nothing to do with the car wash itself but when I went to pay I had my 3 year old granddaughter with me and she picked out a couple toys where it said 50% off and JUST NOW I noticed that I didn't get that off either =/ This was the first time I ever came there and it is for sure the last. My more than weekly stop for gas, and the as needed car wash. They offer a nice discount on gas with the purchase of a car wash. Per usual I filled up my tank of gas and went to go to the car wash. Unlike other times, the lane for the car wash was blocked off by an associate where he preceded to move the cone further into the lane as I drove up. The associate then looked at me, then hid behind a pillar. I pulled forward and with both hands in his pockets he walked away again. Before I could ask any questions to another associate about my already purchased wash, recommendations and a upgrade menu was flashed my way. I understand if you're trying to upsell, but I had already purchased my wash. I went in to talk to whoever was behind the front counter of the main area, and although I received my cash back the associate was sure to make his tone as if this were my fault. I have met some really awesome associates at this location, but I will not return. read more

This is usually my go to car wash, but now days there is no store to go in and pay and buy a treat while you wait, they said that I can go in the other convenient store but the door is locked, which is ok also, at least I don't have to worry about going in and buying something to get cash back for a tip for the people washing my car. This is a solid Car Wash. i've developed a working relationship with some if their "wash advisors" at both the Tempe Marketplace and Phoenix-Highland locations. I do have issues with this establishment: -At times they miss parts of your dash, or a window, but the'll happily address it once you bring it to their attention. -Their non-car wash services (Glass repair/replacement; Oil Changes) are pitched repeatedly and aggressively by some sleazy ass people every time I visit. I honestly wish management changes the way they have these clowns sell these services... better yet get rid of them! When I got my glass done through Jackson's, I didn't need their Glass advisors. -Got a Oil change here once. It went well, but they wanted me to bring my car back in for another one much sooner than I needed to. I got 8k on that oil change (I only change when my Honda's "Mantainence Minder" tells me to) versus the 3k Jackson's wanted me to bring my car back Get your oil change and car services done at Pepboys, or elsewhere.. unless if it's Sunday of course. Spent $100 on the worst car detail ever, they didn't vacuum any of my floor mats, they didn't even vacuum my back seats. Someone even left crumbs in my car that weren't there before. Also didn't clean any of my doors, left dirt and bugs all over my car. Never going there again. Also when I told them they didn't vacuum the backseats they didn't even bat an eye. My last experience with the car wash (not automotive services) was unsatisfactory. We watched our car air dry while we wait foe someone to come and dry it and clean the inside. By the time they came and dried the car it was too late. There are observable spots that not cleaned nor wiped down, along with placing someone else's shoes and pants into our car. This is overdue review from last veterans day. This place bait and switches veterans on veterans day. Came in for the free car wash they offered for veterans. Told the guy out front who greeted me that that's what I came for and showed my ID. This guy does the whole "Thank you for your service" line and then begins talking really fast like a stereotypical con-man to list off (very quickly) what they can do and a price of $40. After a while I said I don't need all that and didn't come to pay that much for a car wash so asked for just vacuuming the interior. He said he can do that and said it'll be $20. I got tired of it at the point and had other errands to run at the market place so just took it. Paid $150 dollars for a basic outside wash and inside only detail- guy said it'd be an hour and a half, 2 hours tops because I was the only one there at the moment. Dropped it off at 2:30, left there at almost 6 pm with a half ass job done, when I was talking to one of the detailers, he said sorry about the wait, his boss wanted a bimmer and some other fancy car done, I was like well tell them that sucks because I've been waiting over 3 hours....there's still dog hair in various places, the seats aren't super cleaned, things were missed and there's still stuff behind my kids car seat. If I wanted a half ass job I wouldve taken it somewhere and paid half the price and it would've come out about the same. Disappointed for sure. This place is absolutely awful. If you have anything more than a little bit of dust on your vehicle, they will tell you the you need a complete detail with clay bar. My car when "done" according to them, it had water spots everywhere, dirt and dust on doors and console that simply needed to be wiped down, only 1 of the 4 wheels was actually wiped off, and the windows were still filthy. Went yesterday to get a car wash, ended up getting a detailing. I told him that I had a lot of stuff in my car like dog toys and sweatshirts but they said they would move it and it wasn't a problem. I walked around downtown for about an hour came back and they still weren't done. This our long service took about an hour 45, and when I had a chance to really look at my car, it truly didn't look like they had done anything. $79 for this? No thanks. If I could give zero stars, I would. I've been here multiple times, usually with my husband. Today, I bought a VIP was, paid at 12:11. I walked out and the VERY first thing that happened was one of the men working walked past and looked at me and said "Damm, girl!" The blatant disrespect set the tone for the rest of the time I was there. My car came out around 12:20 and sat there with multiple other cars coming up, getting wiped down, and sent off with the owners. I didn't leave till 1:05. 1:05!! Are you serious? People came and went as I sat there. So when they did finally do my car, I walked it twice with the guys showing them spots that were missed or gross dried water spots. I even got so annoyed, that I asked the guy to give me the rag and I'd just do it. If I wanted a shitty car wash, I'll go and just do a drive-through and if you ladies want to feel uncomfortable, I'll go there. Never again. This was my first time at Jackson's Car wash at Tempe Market Place and lets just say I'll never return. I called ahead to see if I needed an appointment they said no just come in, the oil change & wash will be about 30-45 minutes long. No biggie I thought I'll come in during my lunch break. Well it was well over an hour (almost 90 minutes) that I waited. Not to mention their shop/lobby was warm because all the windows they have including sky lights. They should really think about turning down their coolers so customers can keep cool during these summer months! So finally when my car is done I head out the door the cashier told me to and walk down the path like she says, telling me my car would be right there. It wasn't. I walk around looking for my car and spot it, no workers ever asked if I needed help or anything. So I walk up to them as they're wiping windows & let them know. Okay all is good get my keys and go. I get to my car and there is writing on the windows (so they know who's car it is) and I'm baffled because obviously I got a car wash so my car could be clean and then them to go and write on just makes no sense to me. They could at least wipe it off before I leave the lot. I proceed to open the door and notice how crappy of a job they did vacuuming. So I got the vacuum myself and finished their half a$& job. DO NOT GO HERE!! My husband took my car to get an oil change and asked to have headlights restored. Big mistake. They did a half ass job and tried to say they ran out of sandpaper when my husband called them out on it. Then, they left a big scratch on my bumper and pulled the bumper out of place and had the nerve to say it was already like that. We are filing a claim against them and getting our money back. I come to this car wash once in a while when there's nothing else available because this car wash is pretty average and I expect that it might get better every time I come here but it just stays average. I see that other people aren't too happy with this car wash but to be honest it's just pretty standard and I always use the self-service drive-through because I don't want to be bothered by the people trying to sell me something. But it seems like even though I'm doing self-service someone always tries to come up and sell me something anyway. And you know I just want A simple car wash and I don't want to be bothered or pestered into buying something. This place sucks on so many levels. The wash is mediocre, the detail crew leaves a mess and poorly done. Dirty rags used when they wipe down the vehicle leaving smeared windows. Scratches and Muddy shoe prints left on the running boards after drying. 9xout of 10 times the vacuums arent functioning. Endless excuses from the staff. Nothing has improved at all. I can't believe I have been at the car wash Over 45 minutes. I had to wait in line 20 minutes after they gave me my ticket before I even got to the vacuums. I was the second car in line. They took so many other cars prior to mine. I'm watching all these cars go through and mine still hasn't come out of the car wash bay yet. This is completely unacceptable. If I could withhold all stars, I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS! Yesterday we took my husband's 2014 Nissan Juke into Jackson's at Tempe Marketplace to remove some water that got in the car during the storm on Saturday. He called first,and was quoted $120ish. When we went in they of course tried to up-sell, adding a hand wax for $210 total (again ish). He said no, just the water removal. They then offered an array of services that would normally cost over $400 for $212, and he accepted. The service took approximately 2.5 hours and we picked it up and went straight home. Today when my husband used the car, he went to open the console to put his sun glasses away the entire console fell off! He instantly drove to Jackson's and showed them the damage. They said "it was broken when you brought it in", effectively calling my husband a liar. IT WAS NOT BROKEN. He asked to speak to a manager (identified as Juan), who told him that his staff said it was already broken. Again, no it wasn't. After talking to Juan further, he was told "go get an estimate to fix it, and we will give you the equivalent in gift cards to use for service or gas". My husband verbally repeated this this and was told yes, that is what we will do. He drove to Riverview Nissan (our regular service dealer) and received a quote. The console was snapped, and would have to be replaced. With labor the total was $500+, $254 for the console and the rest for labor. He then went back to Jackson's, and was now told "we will give you two vouchers for a total detail". Juan then left for 20 minutes, and finally returned with two vouchers and a settlement agreement for my husband to sign. He refused, and took all of the paperwork with him and is going to talk to an Ivan (Juan's boss?) tomorrow. This is totally unacceptable from a business. You caused $500 in damage. If that console was already broken, your staff would have noticed it right away when they went through the car with my husband (which I watched them do!), or called us to report it. Instead they tried to hide it and then LIED. We will be pursuing this incident until it is rectified and warn EVERYONE for using any of your establishments. read more

I used to go to this location all the time when it was Danny's, but I hadn't been back in a few years and was surprised to find out it is now Jackson's. I was also surprised that the price of the interior detail service has doubled! An interior detail + exterior wash now sets you back $120. Whatever, my car needed to be cleaned so I bit the bullet. I sure am glad I did! Even though they took longer than they had quoted me, I was extremely pleased with the final result. My car literally looks brand spankin' new! No cigarette smell, no scratches, not one speck of dust. Perfect. Also a big shout out to Danny. He took extra special care of me and my car, and just gave really great customer service overall. He knew it was taking a bit longer than expected and made sure to check in with me multiple times while I was waiting. I just don't know why I keep coming back here. This is my 4th visit and every single time I've had to point out what they've missed. I'm not a super picky person, but I expect the basics to be done like, I don't know, vacuuming? Or wiping a big black grease mark off the outside door? I have a dog that I transport in a carrier in the back, but somehow her hair ends up all over. I completely understand that they can't get all the dog hair, but crumbs? See the attached picture.
