We went on a Wednesday morning and barely anyone was here. It's a hidden little gem as it is labeled the Visitor center. Immediately walking in, it smelled delicious. Imagine fresh waffles and syrup. This place is hip with Valentine's Day specials and unique coffee drinks. Personally got the butter beer latte and it did not disappoint. It's not super sweet like butter beer from Harry Potter. It's subtle and hit the spot! Service was fairly quick and staff were nice.

Super chill local coffee shop & cafe in downtown New Market. Stopped in with my brother for coffee and we were both extremely pleased. Our coffee drinks were made perfectly and service was prompt and friendly. They have an extensive coffee menu with lots of seasonal offerings, baked goods, scones and their cafe menu has everything from breakfast sandwiches to lunch specials. Would happily come back next time I'm visiting the area to sample some of their menu items! Thank you!

We stop by when we're visiting New Market (esp at John Henry's grocery across the street - double the fun). Like most coffee shops, there is array of tempting pastries on display. In addition, they offer creative sandwiches and lunch items. Good ambiance and service - rivals any NoVa coffee shop but reasonable priced.

Snowman passed by to buy himself a.nice hot cup of coffee. Got myself a cup of decaf. We placed our order and got it quickly. Plenty of seating. People inside eating. Ice atmosphere

Delicious Pumpkin Spice Latte. Out of this world lemon Iced Blueberry Scone and hot coffee. They have many bakery items and looks to be over 50 drinks plus regular plates. I loved this place.

The building is super cool! Love the atmosphere. You've gotta try the flatbread! OMG! Must've been 2 days worth of calories and it was worth it. Was pleased there were multiple milk alternatives. The espresso had a smoked flavor. At first I wasn't too sure I liked it. It was a Smokey initial flavor followed by a smooth finish. It paired well with the oat milk. I really liked it. No mask policy for anyone here. This liberal tree hugger may never cross paths with this little town again. But I'd stop for the flatbread if I did.

Simply put, the bodega breakfast sandwich might be the best breakfast sandwich I've ever eaten. I took it to eat on the road and was startled about how delicious it was. The freshly baked (you can tell) brioche bun with everything bagel seasoning on top added a great salty taste to go along with the tasty stuff inside. I think it was because they enjoyed working there. Or, at least it give them a chance to eat some really tasty food. I had their Cubano Tartine. That's kind of like an omelet with the ingredients of a Cubano sandwich, except for the roll, mixed in. (And yes, I get that the cooking process is a bit different.) ' Anyway, this Cubano Tartine shows up on a plate in front of me. I dig in and keep digging. The ingredients, ham, cheese, pickles, etc, were plentiful and delicious. They were sitting on an ample slice of their sourdough bread. That was the first issue. It was IMPOSSIBLE to cut. I guess I could have asked for a steak knife or maybe a power tool. But, there was so much other stuff that I was able to have a very filling meal without it. The other issue was that the lightly dressed side salad was doused in dressing. Again, didn't complain because, for me, it wasn't a problem during this visit. Issues aside, if I come back to Hagerstown, I'll look for an excuse to come back.

I ordered the El Diablo Latte, and it was phenomenal. The cayenne and ancho brought a gentle warmth, the cinnamon and vanilla rounded it out, and the chocolate and espresso tied it all together beautifully. Spiced, smooth, and perfectly balanced. I also had a V60 pour-over of their seasonal Costa Rican single origin, and it was incredibly clean and expressive. I genuinely tasted the pomegranate and hibiscus notes, with a subtle cocoa finish. Bright without being sharp -- just a really well-executed cup. The triple ginger scone was the perfect pairing with the latte -- tender inside, lightly crisp outside, and warmly spiced without overpowering. Service was friendly and knowledgeable, the space was welcoming, and the quality across the board was top-tier. My only suggestion? Stickers. I'd absolutely put one on my laptop. Highly recommend.

The barista gave my drink away so I asked if my drink would be ready soon and she told me that someone must have taken it, she then promptly made the latte. The bagel was cold and dry, even with the cream cheese. The latte however was moderately enjoyable. Overall, I will not be returning.

I wondered streets and alleyways in search of a pour over, Americano, and of course a bag (or three) of beans to take home. And in doing so I stumbled upon Chestnut. At that time they were next door to Magpie (which was where I was headed) so I popped in. Chemex in use, beans being stirred in the back (part of the roasting process), and an aroma that feels like a warm blanket to my soul. Since that first visit they have moved over to Liberty Mercantile (across the street and in the basement) and expanded their space. But their quality remains top notch.
