My experience with JacksSons has been a disaster. When I bought my trailer the salesman was very friendly, but made many small mistakes: -Forgot to have me pay -Forgot to give me the paperwork after the purchase so I had to drive back and get it -Kept spelling my name wrong on the paperwork so we had to keep redoing it -Forgot to return my license, but offered to drop it off at my house. He didn't come by that night and it wasn't until I texted him late in the night that he said he would drop it off the next day. -When we were hitching up I noticed a huge sharp split in the wood. I asked him about it he he said I could buy wood and they would replace it. No discount, no accountability, nothing. You would think dropping $3k would get you a little more customer service. -I noticed there wasn't a pin for the hitch, he told me I could just go buy one. How is that not provided?? All small understandable mistakes, but still a lot! The trailer is of high quality and I've been mostly happy with it. My only complaint is a large pin at the bottom of the gate slides a lot, so when you drop the gate metal grinds on metal. It's a little annoying and requires a little more extra attention. I took it in today to have it looked at and see if there's a way to prevent it. I also accidentally smashed the pins on the lights adapter, so while I was there I asked if they could replace it. They didn't really do anything to resolve the gate issue and when the girl who I assume is the service manager saw the employee was helping replace my adapter she was visibly upset. The guy had put on the wrong adapter so the final product was them giving me an adapter to try and wire myself later (see the pic below). Had I known they would do such a botched job I would've gladly just kept my smashed one that still worked I asked about the split wood and they deferred back to the guy who sold it to me, so really no help. I'm giving them two stars because the trailer really is of high quality, but everything else about my experience has been a disaster. I'm still stuck with the split wood, my gate issue, and now no trailer lights until I wire it myself. Incredibly disappointing service, I won't be back until they rectify these mistakes. read more

Fast forward...... I left a Google review 2 or 3 weeks ago when I bought my new aluminum utility trailer from Ryan. I got home to Prescott and quickly realized that I should have purchased a 16' instead of a 14'. The 14' worked I just had ZERO extra room and didn't feel like I wanted to feel like I had to "stuff" my Can-AM on the trailer every time. I humbled myself(not easy)lol, and called Ryan. He got with his General Manager and they gave me 100% of my money back. They have upfitted a new one the way I had the old one done and I will pick it up later this week or next week. Will, in the service dept., has been great as well. He bent over backwards to try to get parts and get the trailer done for me so I can have as quick of a delivery as possible. Amazing Service! I realized I disparately needed my travel trailer wheel bearings replaced on Sunday afternoon, and left a message for JacksSons whether they would be able to do the work during the week since I had a camping trip planned the following weekend. First thing Monday morning, Mike called said they could without a problem, and that they had the required parts in stock. He said I could bring it in that day, and they would have it done within two days. By 10am, I had it at JacksSons, and William wrote up the invoice. At about 3pm, I got a call back and the work was done. Headed back and picked up the trailer. Tommy, the technician that did the work helped up hook to our pickup. By 4pm, we were back home. Went to JackSons after visiting almost all other trailer businesses in the valley. I have had PJ Trailers in the past and wanted to see how the other brands compared. So going in I was well aware of what else was out there, comparable quality and pricing on the style of trailer I wanted. Upon arrival I met with Ben who had a no nonsense and knowledgeable approach and attitude. We talked about options for the size trailer I wanted and then went over pricing.
