My experience with Rowley White RV has been extremely disappointing, particularly regarding the…read moreworkmanship on my shower and the way the service manager handled my concerns. Rowley White was paid to repair and reseal the shower after a significant water leak. However, the shower began leaking again. After reviewing the caulking more closely, the workmanship appeared unacceptable. Areas had little or no caulk, there were large gaps, and it appeared that old, yellowed caulk had not been properly removed before new caulk was applied over it. See attached photos Instead of taking responsibility and professionally addressing these concerns, the service manager, Jeremy Solaro, became rude and dismissive. During a recorded conversation, he stated that he was "done with me" and was "not going to do this anymore." When I requested that the repair be handled at their Phoenix location because of the travel burden and my increasingly negative interactions with him, I was told, "It has to be done here." I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the work that had already been paid for to be completed correctly and the recurring leak properly investigated. Rather than focusing on resolving the workmanship issues, management appeared more concerned with defending the repair and blaming maintenance. Most concerning, after I called the dealership out regarding the poor workmanship and continued to request accountability, I was informed that I was banned from returning as a customer. A dealership should stand behind its work, treat customers respectfully, and correct legitimate workmanship concerns. Customers should not be punished or banned for questioning repairs that appear incomplete or improperly performed. Based on my experience with both the shower repair and the treatment I received from management, I cannot recommend Rowley White RV.

Mind you that had 90 days that I consigned it to them and everything was in perfect operating condition! Brought to my home 2 miles away. Got in it this morning went to start it and nothing. I called and spoke to Brittany and she tells me that they had trouble starting the rig! She never tells me when I picked it up so I could get it right to someone to charge or change batteries! Bad business people! Stay away from these people if you know what's good for you! My bad getting this on consignment with these people! If I could give the a zero I would!! Now waiting on a tow truck, I called Brittany this morning 10/18/2025 and she was basically whatever!! Terrible people to deal with!!

Zaq then helped us through the entire process. We drove over to Mesa and met Zaq at RVAZ. He was very informative and there was no pressure. It was like visiting with a friend! UNLIKE our prior experiences at a dealership! We ended up making an offer and Zaq took a deposit. He had to contact the seller and said he would get back to us. Within an hour Zaq sent a text message saying he had a counter offer from the seller. It was fair and we immediately accepted it. Now Zaq has the RV scheduled in the service department where she will go through a 3 page inspection to make sure all systems and components are operating as designed. Then we will pick it up! From start to finish this has been an awesome experience and we would highly recommend RVAZ and ZAQ!

We had already figured out which camper we wanted and Tom's had one in stock here in Mesa and…read moreanother in their Prescott location so we stopped in to check it out. We worked with John R in sales and found him to be very good at communicating with us as well as negotiating a fair price to match the price of an out of state dealer. We knew we wanted to stay close to home because something is certain to go wrong and we know that you get priority service if you need repairs when you buy local. We scheduled a pick up date and they had the trailer ready, and even helped us choose and set up our new hitch and gave us some advice on towing. Gabe and his guys in service have also been great. We have had to take it in twice and they got us in and back out quickly. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that the floor was impossibly dirty when we picked it up. I have mopped it at least 20 times at the time of this writing and we may finally have it all clean. (The trailer was on the back lot and no doubt had a lot of dirty and greasy shoes walking in an out while it was out for sale).

A/C recharged. Couple months later, dash air again not cold. No warranty but system should not lose charge if repaired properly. Diagnosed by a Prescott Valley A/C shop. Repair to cracked fitting of an a/c hose, total just over $800. Wrote owner of Power RV, including narrative and receipts, suggesting that they cover one-half of this. Just received a check for the entire repair cost! This speaks volumes about the owner and Power RV. Great integrity!
