We were very happy with our experience! I had bought a vintage wedding ring on Etsy to match my engagement ring and it needed to be resized from a 7 to a 4.75. We were referred to Jacob Matthews Jewelers by my husband's friend who knows the owner, Tammy Haggerty, personally. She was very friendly and highly professional. When she examined my wedding ring, she noted that the prongs were offset, which could create difficulty in securing the stones when that part of the ring was stretched during the process. However, she reassured us that after they resized the ring, they would go back and tighten up the prongs. Normally it would take a couple of days to complete the work, but the job was expedited and ready for pickup later that same day. If you need jewelry, this is the place to go! About a month ago, the band on my weddding ring broke. After talking to several jewelers, we decided it was best to take the main diamond and put it in a new setting. As much as I loved the new ring, it was sad that so many of the diamonds from our original band were going to waste. After all, Those were the diamonds we said our vows with. Also, around the same time, my neice Sinnegam Tristan tells us she's getting married in Vegas, so I'm was on the hunt for the perfect, but timely wedding gift. If you're looking for a wedding ring/band etc. then look no further. This place is awesome! Tammy, the owner, is often there and she and the rest of her staff are amazing (I also worked with Alyssa). While looking for wedding rings we looked at several places but decided on this one and I really couldn't be happier. I wanted to use my Great Aunt's diamond and they were able to do so. They walked me through the entire process of picking and choosing a ring and they truly felt genuine throughout the whole process. Since purchasing the ring our experience with Jacob Matthews has continued to be stellar. Recently my fiancee and I came in to buy wedding bands and they helped us pick them out and also cleaned her ring while we shopped for free. I purchased a bracelet from Jacob Matthew Jewelers less than a year ago. The clasp on the bracelet recently broke. I knew it was a quick easy fix so I took it in and expected to pay at most $10.00. The bracelet is an inexpensive Pandora. I was informed it would take a week to repair and cost $21.00. I was taken aback and said as much. The salesperson confirmed with the gentlemen doing repairs that it would in fact be $21.00. I left without having my bracelet repaired. I took it to my regular jeweler, Star Jewelry. They replaced two watch batteries and repaired my bracelet for $20.00. I highly recommend Star Jewelry. They are honest, fairly priced, and committed to customer service. I could not be more pleased with my experience of using Jacob Matthew Jewelers. They have a very wonderful selection and competitive pricing but what far and away stands out is their customer service. I worked primarily with Tammy and Bryan, but the whole staff is amazing. I am pretty young and definitely did not know what I was doing when I first walked in the store. But they so patiently worked with me and I was able to propose to my fiancée with a beautiful ring that suited her perfectly. Already they've been great in maintaining a relationship with us and ensuring we are continuing to be happy, from fixing a minor problem to cleaning the ring anytime. Very nice staff. Took multiple items in for repair work and have not been satisfied. My husband's Watch was not "sealed" properly, so even though it did not go into water, his sweat caused it to show condensation under the crystal, and rust inside. I had a ring resized, and I wore it a half dozen times and the band became misshapen and I was told I was "too rough" on it. I'm retired- how hard can I be! The prints on the ring became loose. My husband and I got all of our wedding rings from here. They were so helpful and patient with us as we made our decisions. My wedding band was custom, which I was nervous about doing. However, they did drawings and 3D print outs of what it would look like. Even after we had everything, if we needed to come back for a resizing or a tweak I wanted to make, they were always helpful and accommodating. Every time we walked in, it was like everyone who worked there knew us and were so friendly; a true small business/family feel. We worked with Alyssa, and she is the absolute sweetest and knowledgeable about everything. They were going through owner changes, but she stayed with us the whole way. I had a great experience here and will definitely recommend anyone that needs to get customized jewelry made. I customized a 5 year anniversary band to fit my customized engagement ring that I had done in a another state. It is of rose gold with diamond pave and has a small pink sapphire accent stone. They really saw my vision, which was to have the band curl on top of my engagement ring, and was able to finalize my design to fit the existing ring shape. The execution and craftsmanship is superb, it's actually better crafted than my engagement ring. The rings fit together so well that it feels like they were made together, and not years apart. I wish I had known about this place for my engagement ring! The customer service is also very good. Their welcome, their input during the design process, the process of making the drawings and wax models and the final finishing process were all very professional and fast.
