Unfortunately, the experience completely changed when I came back for the tailoring and final pickup. The buying process that day was subpar at best. Not only was the suit handed to me wrinkled, but the entire interaction felt rushed, like they wanted me out of the store the moment I put it on. For the amount of money being spent, I expected a much higher level of service and attention to detail. The woman assisting me during the pickup process was honestly horrible, and it completely took away from what started as a very positive experience. I'm happy to finally have the suit I wanted, but after this experience, I will not be returning.

The process was great, that touch of undivided attention, being the only one in the showroom was fantastic, allowing me to know that I was going to get exactly what I wanted. I ended up with a pair of slacks and 6 shirts as well. I had an out of town series of meetings of the course of 5 days, so I was able to wear pretty much all of the pieces, and they worked out so well. Daniel and his staff of Justin and Patterson are tremendous, and the new location is fantastic: easy parking and a beautiful showroom. I can't wait to think of another excuse to go back and add more pieces to my wardrobe.

This place has "basics," but obviously nothing more. No slim cut pants. Nothing but basic white shirts with no differing collars. Just standard, run-of-the-mill, single option things. We just left wanting more. Way more. Am I thankful for Devon? YES! He was amazing and deserves a million praises for seeing our vision through. However, in terms of leaving satisfied with a complete look, you won't find that here. Also, after looking at wedding pictures of people who used MW, it really confirmed we made the right choice. There's nothing worse than an ill-fitting suit on your groom and/or groomsmen!

The sales woman then dismissively says to us, "You can look around" as if she was doing us a favor! I looked at my cousin, turned around, and we left. Do NOT waste your time giving this place the benefit of the doubt. It's already overpriced. To have racism and rudeness on autopilot is absurd. I'm not sure how they stay open. The store was void of customers until we walked in, so there was no excuse about anyone being busy. I'll never go here or recommend anyone to go here again.
