I had a disappointing experience with this dental office, mainly due to inconsistent information regarding insurance coverage. Before moving forward with treatment for both myself and my son, I asked multiple times about my coverage because I was surprised by how high the costs were. I was assured of the pricing, but at no point was I informed that I may have had the option to receive 100% coverage with a PPO provider. After the fact, I learned from another dental office that my procedures could have been fully covered. When I called this office back for clarification, I was given conflicting information about whether their dentist was a PPO or premier provider. The explanation changed during the same conversation, which only added to the confusion. The issue is not that costs were explained--it's that key information about my insurance options was not. Because of this, I made decisions that resulted in hundreds of dollars in unnecessary out-of-pocket expenses and even delayed my own dental care. If the owner intends to respond, I would truly appreciate more than a general reply stating they will "look into it." I am hoping for an actual review of my account and a meaningful resolution to this situation. Worst experience ever my teeth are worse then when I first came In. They did a bunch of stuff on my teeth also had to get $7,500 loan which now with interest is costing me more than 10k. On teeth that never got fixed!!!! I'm now paying another dentist to fix all the problems because I can barely eat. I went back to them three times to fix it they told me "give it some time your gums need to rise" because they put a crown and it didn't fit correctly and my real tooth is exposed so I feel every sensation hot cold and can barely chew on it. And they made me get a $30 prescription toothpaste for sensitive teeth instead of fixing my tooth. Which mind you didn't help either and I told the dentist it's not improving he kept saying give it time because it was obvious he didn't feel like removing a crown that was already cemented he even told me we need to try everything before doing that because it's not easy instead of looking for the easy way out fix your patients problem so that you don't get sued!!! . HEED MY WARNING!!! STAY AWAY!! UPDATE!!! Ok let me start off by saying I am worse shape then when I came in. First off, I spent a whole year dealing with these crooks, let me tell you this dentist is a scam. I went in a lot of pain and needed a lot of work, and I told them I wanted a regular bill but the pushed me to get the Care Credit. These people were paid omg they got a nice check, they lied because I thought I was just signing up for the Care Credit card but they charged the full amount to the card before the work even started. They were paid by CC and my insurance. They did it to keep the cost high and even worse brought in a dentist they never told me was "Out of Network" they even used this dentist name on a day he wasn't working on me but they did it to charge me more. This office is all friendly then when they collect their money they ghost you. I dealt with this office for a year trying to get the bill corrected they kept lying to me on who to talk too. The Biller than this person and that person, I even emailed the owner Dr. Kathy I got her personal email and she wrote back telling me not to contact her, unbelievable. I sent letters I had legal advisors talk to them. They are sneaky they try and scam you in a legal way, even though I cleared that they were "In Network" But the highest charges were "Out of Network" the root canals, how convenient. My advisor even proved they purposely overcharged by 1300 which they did credit me so proving they lied. But they in the end still over charged me by at least 400 and gave me crap work. My teeth still hurt even in the same places, I have bleeding and sensitivity issues in places they weren't, and I may have an infection. The root canal has a bad odor. I asked for a refund even on the grounds of them not doing the work properly. And they ceased all contact with me not that I want them working on me again. But Im a need the money to see a new dentist to correct this bad work. And btw Dr. Kathy is related to some of the people in the office so, there is a scam here. From the billing issues, they dragged this for a year expecting me to pay this ridiculous amount. They should refund me for the mental and physical stress I've had to deal with. They took advantage of a working man who they tricked to signing the CC, they did lie and said the charges were gonna change. And watch out for that 5,000 I wasn't the only one who they tried it with. I should have check the reviews but someone else they charged the same amount for different work. So they sign you for the CC then you're on the hook because CC will never take it off, I proved over and over and even went to the Dental Board. Because they charged me two different ones from my insurance and the CC, and they overbilled my insurance which I proved. I say to you Dr. Kathy your business is a shame and so are you, how dare you let this go on but she knew. This is how you run your business? I wanted every detail to be in this review to warn others to stay away and this is all true. I left her office broke, in pain and in worse shape then I left. Mentally and phsically I am messed up, I wasted a year in stress and time I couldve seen a new dentist but I didn't want anymore bills but I never knew a year later I'd be fighting. So 1st Choice this review will stay here, if you decide to refund me some of that money for the mental and pain you caused everyone will know all of this. But do not trust this place go somewhere else! They will do everything they can to increase the costs and stick you with a huge bill and you get third world doctors working on you. And DO NOT believe the reviews, these people had me write a review for them in the chair while they watched, of course I did change it now but they coheres you into it. I was in so much pain I stupidly signed the CC but they did lie because I never heard of them charging everything upfront. They are pushers and are all nice, then you call them up they put you on hold. Especially Rosie or whatever her name is, I don't care she was nasty, her attitude changed. My advisor proved her wrong every single time but she still wouldn't change the bill. They double dipped and they know it, the total cost was only supposed to be 8,000 they got close to 13,000 because of the CC and they lied to my insurance. Trust me they probably have scammed so many patients, I looked at my bill a lot and they did me so wrong. Stay away from this place, they deserve to fail if this is how they treat anyone. They took a year from me and left me in more pain, and I regret going. Don't be fooled by the smiles it's all fake until they get the money. These people made my life miserable all through 2025, and what else can I say? Don't go to them, listen to the bad reviews there is nothing good about this place. They do not care about you or your pain, once they get the money they treat you like a leper. read more

The staff took sure care of me during the whole experience and always made sure to update me on any changes and made sure I knew what was to be expected. The staff really make sure to do their best when connecting with you and your dental hygiene. 10/10 recommend to come here.
