Dr Golian explained things very well and it turns out she needed a crown and a filling since she won't get the adult molars until about 10 or 11. Dr Golian and his team made the procedure so comfortable for our daughter and us as parents. Most adults wouldn't have handled it as well as our baby - she's tough, but the team was so caring and professional She got through it without fuss! This was one of the worst experiences I've had with any healthcare provider. The level of professionalism from both the doctor and staff was shockingly low, especially for an office managing long-term treatment. Communication was inconsistent, and interactions often felt dismissive, careless, and at times outright disrespectful. The office staff were particularly unpleasant to deal with--rude, unhelpful, and clearly more focused on money than patient care. It felt like concerns were brushed aside rather than addressed, which made the entire experience frustrating and uncomfortable.
