I called numerous other TMJ specialist who said there was nothing they could do with it, but offered to make me a new kind of mouth piece. I finally gave in and had a new mouth piece made and it didn't help at all. I feel blessed to have found Dr. Kurowski who was willing to work on my old splint. He fixed it and went above and beyond to make sure it was adjusted correctly. I highly recommend him.

His drill/filling was zero pain. As it turned out he also restored my old tooth's irregular shape to give it more bite functionality. What a deal! I began to realize that Dr. Frank is no ordinary dentist.. He's also an experienced, oral surgeon and a bite specialist. With all that, he took the time to go over some effective dental hygiene practices that were economical and new to me. This dryness would cause a choking situation sensation, and an involuntarily response to chomp down. I can't help it. I asked if I could the have bite block, the most basic, common tool a dentist has in his arsenal be placed in my mouth to prevent damage from this involuntary reflex. A few minutes later he angrily had his assistant jerk it out of my and told me just to swallow, which I couldn't. This put me in an extremely dangerous situation. She is also friendly and informative. The office is very clean. I plan to continue coming here as long as I can. I am a Medicaid patient and I am thankful for them accepting me here as many places don't. I see other people have claimed they have had negative experiences being on Medicaid. I was dr Tran's patient since then she started this office, she was used to be more concerned with…read morethe patient's satisfaction and being on top of any issues but since last few years she hardly comes in and check the concerns and care about quality of work. She hardly stays in the room for a minute and make her staff to work the rest and by herself start working on the other client. Everyone needs more money but not giving proper attention to patient is not acceptable. Well recently I had the service done by her, I have crowned my teeth my front teeth have a bridge that came off I got appointment with her to get fixed she hardly works 5 minutes on me , didn't clean the bridge or my teeth and just glue it back and charged $440 for less than five minutes service. Apparently that was a mistake she had done and after a month that bridge came off again I came to get it checked then she said because of some gaps in between the bridge and natural tooth some bacterial infection happened so my tooth had been broken and have a big cavity underneath. She told her assistant to put that bridge back and give me estimate for the repair of $5000 as soon but since she has vacation and none working days so they gave me 3 weeks later appointment. The bridge when assistant put it back it was not even sitting on my teeth because of broken piece in then assistant told the Dr about it but didn't even give a second look and tried to fix properly with temporary bond she told me might be it will come off in a day but something from over the counter I can buy and use in the meantime and Waite for my appointment in 3 weeks. The next day it came off as she knew that it would be well I called the office if she can accommodate me in because it is emergency and can't wait for that long since I have been her patient since last 15 plus years and spent a lot of money every year including my whole family but Katelin replied back so rudely and said that she can't accommodate at all regardless. The worst worsted experience I had from her and by her staff. It was very frustrating and very unprofessional by her. I will never going back to her and neither my family. Very rude and unprofessional by her staff and by herself. I wish I could star her in minus 5

One of the worst dental experiences I've ever had. The numbing injections were extremely painful,…read moreand then the dentist left the room and allowed his hygienist to trim the filling. Isn't that outside the scope of practice for a hygienist? While she was working, she got too close to my gum line. Even though I was numbed, I felt sharp pain and involuntarily jerked three times. I also felt the tool hit another tooth but didn't think much of it at the moment. When I got home and checked in the mirror, I saw a chip in that tooth! I called the office to report what happened, and they asked for a photo. After I sent it in, Dr. Kall claimed that based on my previous X-rays, the divot was already there. But I had never noticed anything wrong with that tooth before the procedure. To top it off, I'm still experiencing pain at the injection sites. I really hated to write this review, but I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this kind of discomfort and frustration.

His care is skillful and treatments, while not pleasant, are very tolerable. I'm a "highly sensitive Person" and they accept me with care. They always put numbing gel on my gums before cleaning treatment and put on soft relaxing music. He has been advocating for mercury free dentistry for decades and also has a wealth of knowledge about supplements that help support dental health.
