He's made three retainers for me that have completely improved my teeth, and is honest and professional with his work. He had to have all but one of his baby teeth pulled because the roots didn't dissolve. Not all of his adult teeth grew in, he had extensive orthodontia to correct this. Our children also inherited these dental issues. Nothing is worse than watching your kids have baby teeth with full roots pulled and the expense of the subsequent orthodontia afterwards. My husbands teeth objectively suck, but he takes good care of them. My husband made an appointment here after his established dentist closed their Louisville location and consolidated in Southern Indiana. He had two teeth with enamel erosion and was interested in getting crowns. He had no cavities. This practice not only refused to give him a cleaning, they spent over an hour berating him trying to convince him that his bad teeth were somehow his fault. Questioning his diet, lifestyle choices, etc. We have no unusual habits. We have good insurance and are very capable of paying for the dental care. The treatment by the staff made my husband further ashamed of a sensitive subject. He was seeking care and they quite literally turned him away. Do not recommend. Thank goodness my kids have a compassionate dentist.

One month I got a bill for $75, then a month later it was adjusted to a new amount I started to question their billing. When I was told my complete set of X-rays would be covered by insurance and I got a bill for $125 I called delta dental and was told they paid it. I called Hannah at Parkside and she said they send those out before insurance pays and was very confrontational about it. After my next cleaning I checked with my insurance and I was overcharged $32.50. Once again I called billing and was told they wouldn't know until it came through on their end. I was supposed to get a call in two weeks about my refund. Over 3 months later I called about my refund and a check was supposed to be mailed out within two weeks. It was not so I called and was told they would refund it to my card by the end of the week. A week later I went to Parkside about my refund. The lady upfront told me she had to check with the director even though she saw my credit in the system. I gave my credit info and am supposed to get a refund in the next two days. I have been getting the runaround over a small amount of money they owe me. It's simple to do a refund. They are all about money. They will charge $75 if you don't cancel within 48 hours, no exceptions. They have constantly called me before appointments often in the same day asking me to move my time for them.

He had his staff fill 3 teeth with composite fillings and the technician kept getting cramps in her hands. 1 week after 1 of the teeth that was filled started hurting I visited an Endodontist at which time needed a root canal. I had received an explanation of benefits in the meantime. I decided to go to a different dentist and get a crown on that tooth. When I showed her the explanation of benefits that show the crowns that Dr Kangs office had submitted , she said that one of those teeth already had a crown and it was fine. She did place a crown on tne tooth that just had a root canal. Which wasn't one of the teeth his office had submitted For a crown. i have been in discomfort from day one and I'm still in the process of getting those other 2 teeth that the silver fillings were drilled out and replaced with composite fillings redone because of constant discomfort. I've known other people who have had botched dental procedures from the technicians in this office.
