We had our bathroom remodel done this passed July. We had consulted with 4 other companies before deciding to go with Jacuzzi. Pady O'Brian was the consultant that came out for the initial consult and we enjoyed working with him. We reached out to each other a couple of different times with different questions and he always got right back to me and if he didn't have the answer he would find out. I guess the biggest reason we went with Jacuzzi was the quality of the materials and the warranty. The 2 men that came to put it in were also very helpful. One was learning but was very eager to step in where he felt he had the knowledge. The house was a construction zone for 10 hours but we couldn't be happier with the results. They pretty much cleaned up all the debris in the house. Outside, the one learning to a leaf blower and blew all the sawdust up along the house and the garbage cans I would just suggest asking if it's ok to use a leaf blower or a broom. The job hasn't even started and I'm already unhappy. They kept calling and emailing asking if I had any questions and then when I finally had a question they ghosted me. So bizarre. Under NO circumstances should you do business with JBRS, our one-day installation has now turned into a lawsuit. We were left without a shower for 72 days, had to have a new contractor come out and install what they failed too due. The damage they did is still not fixed. The communication is NONE. They did extensive damage to the adjoining bedroom by using a sledgehammer to break up the existing tile during demo, put a huge gauge in the wall next to the toilet, popped nails out on the exterior wall again from sledgehammer, cut through the vent pipe and more. Now we are trying to serve paperwork to them at the address the JUDGE told us to, and they say JBRS is not a registered with the Secretary of State, for WA. They don't even have their own Contractors license number correct on the contract we signed. You call all the phone numbers affiliated with the L & I, UBI #604-750-064 and not one of the phone numbers are right. We have called 33 phone #'s and spoke to 33 People (some multiple times). I DON'T recommend them. They don't have Integrity, Honesty and communication. I agreed to have them do the project when they assure us the framing are good , but when we open it, the framing are rotten and need major repairs. After fixing the repairs, I informed them that it is ready for installation, when they start installation, the pan is too small, they measure it wrong. We have to wait for weeks. Been calling them, it's hard to get somebody to update us. Finally they are ready. When they have finished installing, we noticed that it is leaking from the drain, shower heads installed was not the brand I bought, Curtain rod is not right. Our shower head is from home depot, When we agreed on the project, I said that I will just use our shower head, they said it will void the warranty , I have to pay a branded "Aperto" shower head. They also didn't honor a gift card that was given to me because they have given me the lowest price. Its a gift card, it has nothing to do we discounts. My project is still not completed, still waiting from them. It is almost a year when I signed my contract! read more

Worse install in my life. Taking over a month now to finish a shower install only. I wrote a letter to Jacuzzi corporate offices and the certified letter was returned stating the company offices did not exist. Found a new address and sending them another letter to that address. They tore up my tiles have not fixed them, had to come back several times for a shower door install and it is not the door they told me it was to be and they had to reposition the shower head it was too high, had to remove the seat and install another one. Had to remove two walls and redo the fixtures and the shower is still not finished. I paid very good money for this and it is the worse install and company I can imagine. Anyone want to go together for a class action lawsuit? I have tried to call managers, company service line etc. and no one ever returns calls - NO ONE. Was enticed to call because of a promo ad. The call center called back immediately. First they warn you that all decision makers and home owners have to be present when the sales rep is on site. That's normal. Then she says "so that's you and who else". When I responded to the female "that's me" she goes "ohhhh okay". Then when I said not available this coming Monday instead of offering me another day she offered me as additional $300 off the job if I would meet starting at seven pm on the same day. (Red flag that they can already drop $300.) I said no what about on Thursday after next week. She instead came back with questions about is it because I won't be home on Monday, what does am I at home. When I said I'm not telling you when my house sits empty can I please book for 12 days from now she claimed they don't take bookings that far out and she would have to have someone called me then brought up the Monday yet again... Monday is a holiday! I'll take my business elsewhere because she was rude and anyone who can cut $300 without even seeing the job. read more

I went on their website to get a quote. I left my phone number and before I could close out the webpage I was on, they were calling me. I could tell right away from all the background noise they were using a call center. The call center background noise was so loud I couldn't understand the lady who had called me. Red flags went up in my mind and I did a quick search on customer reviews right then and there. As the lady was talking away I said, you know I changed my mind and don't plan on doing business with you. In the past two months or so, they have called me dozens of times. At first I told them politely "no" and to not call me again. I started blocking their phone numbers as they all have the same prefix. They evidently have more phone numbers than I have patience in blocking them. Finally the last 4 times I have been raging at them and they still call. So I have filed a formal complaint with the State Attorney Generals Office. I think these people are nothing more than used car salesmen but with showers. Don't bother with them. read more

They are blowing any sales by the constant, repetitive cold sales calls they are doing. I'm getting 5 to 6 calls every week, sometimes as early as 7am trying to sell me on a remodel job. Here's the thing: when I first called them, I wanted to know if they can remodel my basement bathroom by tearing out my 2 person jacuzzi tub, my corner fiberglass shower and sink and make the tub area a 2 person shower, installing a double sink where the corner shower was located as well as install a ceiling light above the sinks. Jacuzzi told me they don't do that extensive of a job and referred me to other remodeling companies. Ok. So why are they calling me back constantly asking the same question? After discussing with one of the agents, he assured me thar it is a mistake and he'll take me off the call list. That was 2 weeks ago and am still getting calls, everyone of which I block and report to xfinity mobile. Why would ANYBODY buy from an insistent sales force like this. April 6 different installer came out and said the whole shower except the pan needed to be replaced, that he had never seen such a mess. He stated he could not repair the underneath of the house that Jacuzzi would have to hire someone to do that. This is July 28 2025 and still not repaired, called several times and were told it was approved and someone would be contacted me well NOPE. Have contacted them several times and never a call back. I signed up for two (2) bath remodels to take advantage of their 12 month no interest/no payments promotion. At first, there was a lot of communication to set up/coordinate the installations. As advertised, both bathrooms were completed in one day. That's where the good news stops. There were a number of concerning issues I outlined in a "Punchlist" letter sent to JBRS's listed addresses in both Kent & Pacific. Since no email was furnished, I sent a copy to the salesperson requesting that he forward to the appropriate manager. I have fill out three (3) of JBRS's customer feedback surveys all referencing my Punchlist...and after three weeks, not a single reply from anyone! As a result, I put a hold on the 50% balance still owing, and still no response. Unbelievable! Here's my Punchlist: - My water pressure has declined, perhaps due to the use of smaller diameter PEX piping and the cheap Jacuzzi shower head provided. -The Jacuzzi/Vazia mixing valves provided have very small range adjustment for hot water. -The four (4) plastic corner shelves are hollow and cheap. Even if prefilled with foam would have helped. One shelf was left with a visible yellow steek that needs t/b removed. -Both the tub and shower drains have issues. The tub drain was installed with unnecessary caulking the trapped debris and would not fully drain. I had the plumber correct while still on site. The shower drain has an 1/8" open gap where water/debris simply cannot drain. This needs t/b corrected. (FYI: The shower pan is same type available at Home Depot w/o the Jacuzzi logo.) -The shower pan feels spongy/bouncy around the drain. This is because a large hole was cut in the subfloor in order provide enough room for the plumber to hook up the drainpipes. This large hole was never re-covered, so now the shower pan has no subfloor supporting it! Requires a crawl space correction. -I pre-warned the installer that both bathroom walls were not plumb/square, and to adjust accordingly. The did not. One tub/shower wall has a grout line that's 1/4" off, and the grout lines in the shower are ~ 1/4" out of alignment. Furthermore, there is 3/4" width difference between top & bottom of one shower wall. It is no surprise that Jacuzzi BRS does not sell shower doors! I kick myself for not doing more due diligence before signing up with JBRS. Their end product is grossly overpriced with zero post sale customer support. I cringe every time I see their TV ads!! I would not recommend Jacuzzi Bath to anyone! I recently had a tub and wall replacement completed by Jacuzzi Bath Remodel and was extremely disappointed in the workmanship and lack of clean up after they completed the project. I also had other issues with them. While installing the bathtub, the installers cracked and broke several pieces of my floor tile. Fortunately, I had extra tile pieces. However, what if I didn't have the extra tile? When they installed the floor tile, the grout work was horribly done. Additionally, the grout work around the bathtub was also horribly done and about a week later, Jacuzzi sent a different technician to redo the grout work around the tub. Also the installers left a large white mark in my driveway and I asked them to clean it up. Well they used my hose to clean the white mark. However, prior to them using my hose, the hose was detached from the outlet and the outlet was covered to avoid freezing. When the technician used the hose, he did not leave it the way he found it. The hose was attached to the outlet and the outlet was not re-covered. Fortunately, I discovered it in a couple of days and detached the hose and covered the outlet. I was also very disappointed that the technicians did not clean anything after they completed the project. I had dust and other debris everywhere in my bathroom. Also worth noting, I had a substantial decline in my water pressure. Additionally, they left the lights on in my bathroom when they were away....Costing me money. Also worth noting, I completed the Jacuzzi survey and mentioned everything I'm writing about. I tried calling Jacuzzi Customer Care to discuss my concerns, but to no avail. I was on hold for 15 minutes, when the automated system replied "no one is available, try calling again". This happened twice. The only concession Jacuzzi Bath Remodel offered was to regrout my bathtub. I would not recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel to anyone!! BTW, I have photos...Buyer beware! read more

Absolute worst customer service and follow-up. We are on a second install of a shower, they did 18 months ago, and the technicians left us with an inoperable shower and damage to the walls of our bathroom. We have been trying for 5 days to get a response to get a supervisor and technician out here to at least make it so we can use the shower. We paid $24,000 for this and 18 months later our shower is not working and our remodelled bathroom has a hole in the drywall and cosmetic damages around the new install. We are steps away from taking this to court. read more

Simple 1 day shower stall replacement took Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle 19 months. The shower pan was the wrong size 3 times. The shower door didn't fit 2 times. The first shower pan install was not done right, resulting in a significant leak that flooded our living room ceiling beneath the shower, bubbling the drywall and soaking the joists. Rather than pull the shower out, Jacuzzi cut large holes in our living room ceiling and wall beneath the shower to address the leak and promised that the damage would be professionally repaired. Ever since this flood, we have heard intermittent dripping sounds within our living room wall when the shower above is in use and attempts to identify the source have been unsuccessful. We felt trapped in the contract because any deviation would have voided their warranty and we expected them to make things right, and they kept talking us into proceeding. Throughout the job, the shower caulk cracked and had to be replaced repeatedly. After countless problems, we had to hire and pay for an attorney to ensure our interests were protected. Finally, on month 16 the shower pan and door were installed and functional and all we needed was the living room ceiling fixed to complete the job. To our amazement, Jacuzzi demanded that we pay the balance due in full before they would properly repair the living room ceiling they had purposely damaged. They further claimed the job was done, that we were in default, and that we should be charged late fees. We disagreed and refused to pay before they completed the entire job which included proper ceiling repair. After we said that we would have to go to court, Jacuzzi finally had the living room ceiling professionally repaired on month 19, did their final job inspection (as required by their own contract to signal job completion), and we immediately paid the balance due that same day. Jacuzzi has several departments and communication between them is severely lacking. For example, we received phone calls from Jacuzzi finance saying that the job was done and asking to collect the past-due balance, once before the shower door was even installed, which made us concerned that they would inappropriately damage our credit. The turnover of staff and management was so high that we were continually re-explaining the job history and agreements to new people. Because of all their errors and problems, Jacuzzi did agree to our request for a slight discount, but that did not begin to compensate us for 19 months of stress, living with damage to our home, hours and hours of our time, or the fees we had to pay our attorney. Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle does have a couple of excellent staff persons, so this review is not meant to reflect on their work; however, the company has such significant problems with communication, incompetence, turnover, and poor customer service that the job is by far the worst such experience we have ever had. read more

We had to install a new shower after a long-neglected crack in the poured shower pan caused extensive subfloor damage. We considered reinstalling another tile shower, but found the cost and time required to be daunting, so decided to explore alternatives instead. As our installation required relocating the drain, we were told by one provider that we would have to find our own plumber to do that work. In our area, that's easier said than done, so one reason we chose Jacuzzi Bath is that they agreed to do this work as part of their installation. It took a little longer than expected for the components to be fabricated and the installation to be scheduled, but on the appointed day, the installers, John M and Joe D, arrived promptly at 7:30 AM and completed the job by 2:30 PM. They were fast and efficient. As Johnny made the necessary plumbing modifications, Joe deftly worked around him to template the walls and cut the material. I was fully expecting that I would have to reinstall the insulation and reaffix the subfloor myself, but they took care of it for me even though it was arguably beyond the scope of what I had contracted for. I also appreciated that they didn't mind me standing around and observing their work. The end result is a shower that is much easier to clean and maintain than a tile shower, and a shower pan that is much less likely to fail and damage the subfloor again. After this experience, I will never tile a shower again and wouldn't hesitate to use Jacuzzi Bath again in the future. read more

The install was a joke. See pictures. The plastic shell they placed over our porcelain tub did not reach the floor and was not sealed next to the existing tub. The calking looks like the installer was wearing mittens when it was done. Damage was done to wall paper and existing tile was chipped during the install. Calls to the company were not providing any assistance. Now they do not return calls. We have received calls from their business office wanting the remainder of the balance for the work done, but not one call for getting the work done correctly. A couple months ago we purchased a shower replacement from Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle. Yesterday and today John M. and Joe D. installed our new shower. We have never had better professionals do anything in our house. The installation should have started a day earlier than it did, but the installer assigned to our job was ill. The dispatcher apologized and told me that they would be sending the "A-Team" the next day. That was an understatement (John has over 30 years in the trade) . Joe and John arrived EXACTLY the time they said they would. Before starting they explained exactly what they would be doing. They worked quickly, were very friendly and answered all question during the install. At the end of each day the work areas were cleaner than when they arrived. At the end they explained in detail, how the new shower worked. True professionals. You could tell that they really loved their jobs. We would hire them anytime. Thanks J & J! The sales rep came out on an appointment I made for the half off installation commercial. I already knew the pricing but wanted the half off installation pricing. They raised the pricing for this fake sale. They wanted roughly $26,000 full price less a discount. It was one of those tacky this day only "sales". This was to replace a shower/tub combination, tub faucet, showerhead and shower door. The man was very pushy. We hired Jacuzzi Bath Fitters of Seattle to redo our Master Bathroom. We had a scheduled day of May 8th and we were assured a couple times that it would be a guaranteed one day job. Project went into two days and they did extensive damge to our bathroom and installed the wrong product. As the installer left he handed my wife the shower curtain bar and said we could install it ourselves. After reaching out to the company they agreed that the install was incorrect and they would have there trainer come remove the work performed early and redo everything to make it right. May 23rd their trainer showed up and replaced the correct tile and left and scheduled for someone to come repair the damage done to the house from the first installer. May 24th the repair guy showed up and informed him the tub makes loud popping noises when walking in it and creaking noises. The repair guy left and said we need tochave the tub fixed before he can continue. After further investigation the 2nd installer didn't redo the 1st job after all and just replaced the tile so now the bathroom has to be gutted out a 2nd time to repair the concerns. This will be the third job by this company and I have lost my faith and trust with this company and would just like their product removed and I will endure the cost to repair the damage done to my house by them and restoring the bathroom to a condition it was before they were involved. The head person Kojo I was in communication with has since called to inform me he is no longer in his position and claims this is a warranty claim. I attended a home show back in October and because I am interested in eventually having my bathroom redone, I gave these people my phone number. NEVER AGAIN. After the Home Show, I decided to pursue another project instead. However, this company calls EVERY SINGLE DAY, sometimes multiple times in a row. Usually I ignore the phone calls, but the other night, I called the number back and told the girl that I was no longer interested. She said that she would make a note of it. And... yep, they are STILL CALLING. I even blocked the incoming number on my phone, yet the calls still come through. I would have thought that after two months, they would have gotten the hint but apparently not. So I guess that I am going to have to put up with this forever. Granted there were more than one booths at the show so it's possible that my number is floating around twice but this has been so annoying. It really turns me off from ever wanting this company to do any work in my home. I spoke to a friend/real estate agent who said he can give me a referral of someone who can do a bath remodel and who hopefully won't call and leave the same message ten times a week. Just ridiculous customer service. At this point I regret even going to the Home Show and I REALLY regret giving out my phone number. read more

Would NOT recommend. Installed shower and tub in Master Bath. Took 6 months from order to install. Tub was not connected properly causing water damage to the ceiling below bathroom AND tub had a crack on the top. Waited another 2 1/2 months for tub replacement. During tub replacement, damage was done to bathroom wall which they tried to cover up with extra paneling. Additionally, the paneling was not flush to wall edge so you can clearly see the rough walling. Finally, their idea of fixing the ceiling water damage was to paint a mismatched color over the stained area only, which then required me to repaint the entire ceiling. While the team was friendly, the workmanship was poor. read more

We had Jacuzzi Bath & Remodel of Seattle replace the tub in the guest bath and the shower in the Master bath. Junior and his apprentice Yaku were sent to do the job. They were here from 7:30am to 11:00pm. They were very professional and worked the whole time except for lunch. They even wrapped the pipes from the previous tub install because they were not properly wrapped. Junior's first concern was for our safety. we were assured by Angus our sales rep that the shower and tub would be non-slip and your feet would suction to it. This was not the case. Junior requested the office to bring out some roll on non-slip coating for both the tub and shower and first they just brought tape that came up after first use; then they only brought enough for one. they were supposed to call me the next day to schedule for the shower to be done and I didn't hear from anyone. I had to call 2 days later and was told they would call me back to schedule. I think they should stop misinforming customers that the tubs and showers are non-slip. It will be 3 visits to get it right, if they show up the 3rd time. We were very unhappy with contacts with the office. Junior and Yaku were terrific installers and the finished project was beautiful! I hired Jaccuzzi to replace my bath & shower with a walk in shower. They cut a electrical wire & I lost power in my home. They sent a " electrician " out immediately to repair it. & this person cut a hole in my office wall(?). Why? Then said he wasn't an electrician & needef a "real" electrician to fix it. Thankfully sent one out that afterminal. & he cut an additional hole in my office - now 2 large holes in the wall. i have had to call jacc several times to get someone to repair these holes. The person they hired canceled & rescheduled so many times. I would NEVER. Recommend Jaccuzzi to anyone I'm still waiting for them to repair my damaged office wall!! read more
