He showed some good photo examples of his work, and answered my questions well. Also chose him because his pricing was in the middle. His work speed is very fast and the quality of the wood he brought was overall great high quality, not perfect, but great. After completion my neighbor and I did point out a couple things we either wanted changed or fixed. Humberto stayed a few more hours to make those changes. The fence is fantastic and Humberto did a great job at a fair price. If you have any specific design needs, it's best to have it typed out with photos in messenger, and also review in person when the work starts. My neighbor and I went through 5 different contractor bids, and it's best to review carefully if you expect something specific such as "visible concrete vs hidden concrete", "panels touching ground vs not", "pressure treated vs cedar", "distance between posts", "amount of gap between panels", etc. Humberto Mora is Highly recommended!

They were professional, highly skilled, efficient, and incredibly fast without any loss on workmanship. I had other contractors at the house and they took notice as well. I found myself giving their contact info to several people, including a close friend. I highly recommend.

He cut corners and did it as cheap as possible. I also paid him to repair my front gate to prevent my dogs from getting out of the yard. He messed that up also as the gate hangs crooked leaving a gap my dogs can get through. I have photos as evidence and would not recommend his services as he does not keep his word. I will be following up with a complaint filed with the BBB of Washington. I have the texts he sent saying he would correct the failures and make the repairs although he never kept his promises. I have the texts and photos as evidence. It's been over a year now.

Also, while they originally installed a gate of the wrong size (4ft instead of 5) without measuring first, I appreciate that these guys came back to put in a gate of the correct size. That was the biggest issue and it's now fixed. Cons: The installation wasn't very professional. The top bar that was cut to make room for the gate is just kind of hanging, unsupported. It's pressed against the post, but it won't support much weight if someone ever tries to jump the fence. The post they put in was supposed to have cement per the contract, but they never poured any. The gate latch isn't tight--the gate can be pushed open even when latched closed. Hopefully they'll fix these at some point and I can update the review in the future. Overall, I do have a gate, but I wish I had spent more money and gone with a more experienced contractor.

We're so pleased with our beautiful new covered deck space! It brightens the backyard and added so much space to our outdoor living fun. They also redid our fence and garbage-bin enclosure. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and communication throughout the project were exceptional. The finished result exceeded our expectations -- this outdoor living space has truly been a blessing for our family. Rain or shine, there's not a day we don't use it. We've hosted countless family game nights and gatherings here, and I'm genuinely grateful for this space every single day. I don't usually write reviews, but I'm taking the time because of what happened recently -- more than four years after the project was completed. We noticed a small leak where the deck cover connects to the house, water was dripping from the soffit boards. Naturally, we were stressed about potential water damage and repairs, but when I reached out to Tim, he responded within minutes and sent his team the very next morning! They inspected the area, found a likely source, sealed it and performed the necessary repairs, then advised us to observe it again when the rain returns and call them if further repairs is needed. This experience speaks volumes about the company's integrity and dedication to their customers. Even years later, they stood behind their work without hesitation. It's rare these days to find honest, hardworking, and caring contractors like Tim and his crew. We are very satisfied customers and highly recommend Sky Mountain Contractors to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and genuine professionalism. (Photos attached of our project!)

Kevin showed up on the day and time he said he would (which is such a frustrating battle in and of itself with so many contractors these days), asked a ton of questions to really understand the intricacies of the project, and provided a fair and timely estimate for the work. You could tell from the first conversation that they're a professional group of people who take their work seriously and are passionate about showing up in the right way and letting the work speak for itself. It really boils down to consistent, clear and timely communication when you're paying for such a large project. You want to know that you're on the same page, provided with timely and consistent updates, consulted with, etc. This is where A.K. really shines. Dave and the entire deck crew were fantastic as well. They showed up every day when they said they would, were always extremely clear and concise with updates, suggestions and any questions they ran into where I needed to consult. Those consistent behaviors are just so critical in providing an excellent customer service experience, and it's rare to find BOTH high quality craftsmanship and work AND consistently great customer service. They just get it, and if you're reading these reviews right now, that's precisely what you want to read because you know how frustrating that can be when you're trying to find a contractor who will even simply respond to your inquiry and questions. I'm proud to recommend and refer them. I couldn't be happier with the final result.

We hired Ivan and his company, Work Time Service LLC, for a full-house renovation- and what…read morefollowed was an incredibly distressing, expensive, and traumatic experience. Partway through the project, Ivan issued a surprise $43,000 change order- for installing faucets, drains, vanities, outlets, lights, and other basic finish work that we reasonably expected to be included in our original agreement. These items had already been roughed in, and at no point prior were we told that installation would require additional charges. When we refused to pay this unjustified amount, Ivan threatened to stop work entirely. We attempted to compromise by reducing the scope of work, but Ivan continued to insist on payment for the disputed change order items. The ongoing stress became so severe that I ended up in the ER, where I was diagnosed with migraine with aura. Ultimately, we no longer felt safe or comfortable allowing him or his team into our home. After we formally terminated the contract, Ivan threatened to file a mechanic's lien against our property -despite the fact that we had already paid well above the value of the work completed. We deeply regret hiring him. If you're considering working with Ivan or Work Time, please read every line of the contract carefully, assume nothing is included unless explicitly spelled out, and think twice before trusting this contractor with your home. Reasons We Would Not Recommend Work Time Service: 1. Unjustified, Excessive Change Orders Ivan created a vague contract and ignored multiple clarifications we made during the walkthrough. Initially, the work progressed with acceptable quality and pace. But once he secured the majority of the payment, he began reclassifying almost every remaining task as a change order -including installing faucets, lights, and even basic drainage. For example, the contract clearly included vanity installation in one bathroom, which also required major plumbing changes such as moving the toilet and replacing a shower with a freestanding tub. When it came time to install the vanity, Ivan claimed additional plumbing work was needed and tried to bill it as a new change order -even though vanity installation was explicitly included. The same happened with faucet and drain installation; we weren't told these were extra until after we had already paid 80% of the contract, with only about 50% of the work completed. Many of these items had already been completed by that point. Ivan later claimed they were done "in good faith," yet never communicated any additional cost until after the fact -a clear misuse of the change order process. 2. Threatening Behavior (Both Verbal and Written) We invited Ivan for an in-person meeting to express our concerns and resolve the change order dispute. Instead of working toward a resolution, he threatened to "cut the wires in the house" if we didn't pay the change order amount. The threats didn't stop there - they continued over email, where he warned us multiple times that he would file a mechanic's lien against our property. 3. Poor Communication From the beginning, communication was a challenge. Ivan refuses to take phone calls and insists on texting only - and even then, he often dodges questions and gives vague or no answers. His crew does not speak English, making in-person communication nearly impossible. At the same time, they expected us to be available on-site at all hours to answer questions and make clarifications. Ivan also charged extra to pick up cabinets from our vendor, but his crew failed to bring the full order -- the laundry room cabinets were missing. When we asked about it, they said, "That's all the vendor gave us," and accepted no responsibility for confirming the pickup. We were still billed the full amount. 4. Subpar Quality of Work We are extremely dissatisfied with the tile work. We had specifically requested 1/32" grout lines. While the crew showed us they used the correct spacers, the actual grout lines ended up being over 1/8" in most areas and were noticeably uneven. We provided the grout ourselves and gave clear instructions on how to mix the grout and color. Despite confirming these instructions twice, the grout color on the bathroom walls came out patchy and mismatched -the crew ignored our instructions and mixed it incorrectly on their own. 5. Disrespectful and Unprofessional Behavior One of Ivan's crew members was openly disrespectful toward me on-site. When we brought this to Ivan's attention, he dismissed it as a "communication issue" and refused to take it seriously. We experienced the same lack of accountability when we confronted him about the grout issues. Rather than accepting responsibility, he deflected blame and ignored our concerns. 6. Mishandling of Client Materials We found a crew member loading our flooring into his car during an unannounced site visit. He gave no explanation and claimed not to understand English. Ivan later excused it as a misunderstanding.
