When the hibachi finally came, the steak was severely overcooked. To the server's credit, they agreed to replace it. Despite the experience, we paid our bill in full and left a 20% tip. Before leaving, we decided to speak with the manager and give him an opportunity to address our concerns. Unfortunately, that may have been the most disappointing part of the entire evening. While we were explaining what happened, he laughed and joked with the staff, showing absolutely no sense of concern or urgency. There was no apology, no attempt to make things right, and seemingly no acknowledgment that we had just had a terrible experience. After nearly ten years of loyalty, I expected better.
