I had seen these flowers on instagram and thought WOW. What a simple yet beautiful and classy arrangement. I was so shocked when my boyfriend surprised me with a gorgeous white box of 50 bright red roses for my 25th birthday. It was really all I wanted. I can only comment on the aftermath of having received them but Thank you J'adore Les Fleurs nonetheless for creating these breathtaking arrangements. They are so unique! read more

What a great service! Called in in the day of event and they were able to accommodate and arrange a beautiful flower composition within an hour! Flowers were beautiful and looked very close to the one pictured on their yelp. The only thing is the lid of the box takes some space, so flowers are not filling the box completely, which is fine but just know what to expect. I loved the composition and the price was decent. I paid $270 for this beautiful box. Lady on the phone was very professional. Overall happy,and the birthday girl loved it. read more

I'm so disappointed at the service at such a so called "high-end" flower shop. I called to see where my order is and when it will be delivered, the girl who answered my call had NO manners whatsoever. She was so rude and unprofessional. These people do not care how much money you have spent and how much business you're giving them, they have no customer service at all. I've been a customer for a long time but I'm done giving these people my business. J'Adore needs to invest in finding customer service representatives who actually have experience and manners. Always on the top compared to other florists. Couple of years i buy and receive my flowers from J'Adore Les Fleurs - Studio City location. Never disappoints, excellent customer service, timely deliveries and the most important fresh gorgeous blooms that make everyone happy. Last time i ordered online and no one was home the delivery guy called me asked me what to do i told him to leave near the door. He was so nice he took a photo of flowers near the door and texted me. Highly recommend whoever is looking classic chic flowers. I am absolutely positively obsessed with this place! I was at my laser appointment and saw a gorgeous arrangement, and couldn't tell if it was real or fake, so I asked. The initial person said fake, but a nurse overheard and was like "girl, not only are they real and last freaking pretty much last forever!" I was flabbergasted. Really great florist! I stopped in thinking they might have arrangements pre-made, but they didn't. The woman apologized and let me know that I would need to order in advance as they make their arrangements fresh and to order. She was very nice. I left because I needed the arrangement within an hour, but I couldn't get their gorgeous arrangements out of my head. So, as I was running a few more errands, I called and asked if they could make me an arrangement still and that I would wait. They told me they could do it in 40 minutes. The arrangement was stunning and they listened to everything I asked for perfectly. They were for my godmother after her hip replacement surgery and as I was walking through the hospital, everyone was stopping me to tell me how beautiful the flowers were. read more

Disappointed from this business. I am in catering business I use lots of florists in LA. By far JAdore is not the best or one of the best. To me this is a new trend of Business in LA who gets to your door through social media they start peneterating to social media accounts such as instagram and make their own name important ,anyway this part is mom of my business I need to tell you a true story, be careful with their quality of their flowers I called Sunday morning to order flower receptionist who picked up the phone told me with honest words let me go to the back to see if we have any flower since it is Sunday and we do not get delivery on weekends she came back told me I can make your arrangement she sent the arrangement but gush I had to put the Arrangement in garbage because it was all rotten the day after delivery I took picture I was upset I paid 230$ for rotten roses I called them so many people talked to me acsuing other one that she did not what she was talking about someone who pretended to be the owner started texting me she sent me a video of my arrangement but they are bunch of fake people and lier since it was not my arrangement. At all I sent my picture she felt ashamed and she said please do not dispute the charge we apologize we send you a new arrangement again today the. I picked my flower and sent her picture she confirmed it gets delivered today with fresh flowers then 10 min after someone else from another phone number called me introduced herself and told me she is the owner she started with racism comments about what race I am and said whoever you were texting with did not know what is doing and we do lot sent you anything and we had to hang up the phone because she was yelling at me and commenting about my race , just be careful these people at one point they are rude could you guys believe what they did to me !!!!!! Also I have all my documentation through text even fake video they sent me from another fresh arrange by and my flower picture thanks God I kept my communication with them through text called my back and successfully disputed my charge to teach them the lesson not to do in community, I have referred them so many customer before I hope they do not stand well in community unless they change their mannerism and they way how they run their shady business read more

I have spotted this cute little flower shop since the day it opened. I've always wanted to go in and I finally did. The owner Alyssa, was a beautiful young lady who informed me that this is a family business owned by her husbands side. As soon as I stepped through the door she greeted me with a beautiful smile and so much positive energy. What a great aura this young lady had! I have only met a few people that I sensed were genuine human beings and she just became one of the few. Immediately I sensed that she wasn't just about making money but more about welcoming customers and becoming a part of their business. I was informed about pricing and how their arrangements are delivered. I didn't purchase the beautiful arrangements that day but I can't wait for a special occasion to do so. This is my second time ordering from them. This time a wonderful lady helped me out and her name was Hannah. She's very accomodating and friendly. I ordered through texts and same delivery too . Ordering from Arizona it wasn't easy to find a local florist. Thanks to IG I was able to find this lovely business. They responded quickly, answered all my questions and what makes them great is that they have a number to text pictures to make sure you know exactly what you are getting. horrible customer service ... the lady on the phone could not even answer my questions properly ! They seem to be hiring the wrong people. Also when we received our flowers they where already wilted all the roses petals started to fall off after 2 days of purchase fro my girlfriend horrible experience such rip off !! read more

I've ordered from them from years because their arrangements are gorgeous. They send an image of your arrangement before delivered, they sent a pic of the card that went with it and checked to make sure everything was right.
