My reason for 4 stars is because the second time I called and ordered a box arrangement, it was supposed to be ready at 4:30 pm so I could show up to my wife's baby shower and surprise her at 5 pm. I got to J'Adore Les Fleurs (Studio City location) at exactly 4:30 pm - the lady had JUST started to make the arrangement. I waited for 35 minutes until about 5:05 pm and was late to arrive to the shower. I will definitely order from here again, but please, if you're going to charge $250+ for a box of flowers, have it ready at the time you promised it would be ready by! Time is money and no customer should have to wait 30 minutes in your store to pick up their flowers that they preordered. read more

I placed a flower order over the phone for Mothers day to be delivered. Love the concept of this flower shop and have followed them on Instagram for a while. The flowers look gorgeous from what I've seen! Service was friendly but not what you would expect after paying over $400 for an arrangement not including the additonal fee to be delivered. Sales tax is added too! The price point here is higher end. The staff was friendly but not overly helpful and accommodating. Similar to other Yelp reviews I searched. I wanted a specific look from the company Instgram page, budget was not an issue. They don' t really offer this service?? I was told I could not select an arrangement from the J'adore Les Fleurs photos. Hoping the arrangement turns out nice or looks similar to what I wanted. I was given an email to send the photo of the arrangement that I wanted mine to be similar too. I got to tell you I was shocked to get no response from this company at all. I called left a message to confirm my order no call back either. You can't be that busy! The flower arrangements are unique and beautiful which was why I had been excited to place an order. Unfortuately I was disappointed with my overall ordering experience! The staff really is lacking in customer service. The friendly helpful attention to details was not provided for me here. Did not get photos of my delivery like a few other yelpers mention. I was provided no description of the flowers that would be used just that I paid for a premium arrangement. The flowers would be red and purple jewel tones. The arrangement size is medium or large. Pick the proprietary box color and round or square shape. I chose a large round black box. I was asked when it should be delivered not sure why they asked since it arrived 2-3 hours after the specified time frame. They probably had lots of deliveries to get out. Had to request a note be attach to the delivery which is something my sales girl never mentioned during my call. Seems like flower 101 though! Be sure to tell them with your order so you don't have anonymous flower delivery. I am sure they will deliver a fresh beautifully unique flower box! Beautiful flower arrangements & friendly staff. They knew I wasn't home when they were making my surprise delivery, so they tried to leave it with a neighbor. When no one was home, they left it on my front door and found something to cover the flowers with and put the box down facing away from the sun.
