I came across Jae from researching other companies and their microblading processes. After emailing a few different places, the only quick and professional response I received was from Jae. She explained to me the process after receiving a picture from me of what to work with, (or lack there of). I have had trichotillomania most of my life, (about 15 years now), and was trying to find any solution besides drawing in my eyebrows. Upon my first visit, Jae was professional, clean, super friendly, and understanding about everything. She took her time explaining all the steps, and took time making sure my eyebrows in which she drew were up to par, and was open to change even the slightest of concern I had. After the first procedure, she left me with thorough instructions for care, and set up my next follow up appointment which was included. During the first healing process, she was extremely responsive and quick to any questions or concerns I emailed her about. I stumbled upon microblading by chance while on Groupon. After researching the procedure, I decided to get my first tattoo. I contacted Janine and she responded very promptly and was willing to accept me on a Sunday, which is unfortunately my only day off!!! I am afraid of needles and she was very understanding of that. I'm obsessed with how well Jae did my eyebrows for my first microblading treatment. She was extremely warm, professional, and knowledgeable throughout my treatment. She is very easy to talk to and takes the time to design/shape your perfect brow and was very detailed in making sure it was exactly what I was imagining. I LOVE the definition my brows have now after micro blading. I already have nearly black colored brows so I don't need tinting but all the years of pencil thin plucking (1990's ) left them sparse and me wanting my " pre plucked " brows back.
