This is the best place for all your beauty needs! I seriously highly recommend this place if your looking for a clean, good place to get your lashes, lash lift & tint, hair cuts, hair colors, facials and so much more! Check their Instagram for many before and afters! I personally have been here twice to get their Lash lift & tint and have truly fell in love, seriously thank you so much Lily and staff! My lashes look so great and natural, I really can't keep up with the maintenance of lash extensions which is why I enjoy doing the lash lift. The procedure takes about 45 minutes, you wash your lashes with the lash cleansing foam they give you when you get there, when they are done they will also give you instructions and a small kit that explains the maintenance to keep your lashes looking great with a serum and lash brushes. I have had my lashes done by two different staff members and both were excellent. It's very easy to book online, you will also be able to check the prices on their website and for the service the price is reasonable. The establishment itself is very cozy, pink and gold decor that looks really great! I unfortunately don't live in the state anymore but rest assured when I come back to visit I'll be making an appointment to get my lashes done! read more

The level of terrible customer service just keeps on giving. I would not usually stoop to this level of what might be seen as petty, but I'm leaving another review bc the owner of this business has had the audacity to attack me and put all the blame and focus on me for her shortcomings, she takes zeros accountability and expects a first time customer to own the experience in her business. When you have a business like this your only product isn't the lashes you place on someone but the overall experience from the moment the customer walks in the door, it would seem like she understands that as she's getting custom scents pumped into the salon. She clearly remembered who I was and could have called to me to clear everything up but instead took the opportunity to attack me and make it seems like it was my fault, she and her team didn't deliver a good product or experience. She should take it on the chin and do everything in her power from preventing this from happening again. Here is my response to her poorly written and ill intended comments: 1. As I said, I didn't mention anything bc it did not seem concerning, I mentioned it when I opened my eyes and it became very uncomfortable. I have never had a reaction or sensitivity in 5 years of getting lashes or after this appt when I continued to get them done elsewhere. 2. It's none of your business why I chose to change and it has no bearing on the service you and your team provided which is what I reviewed. 3. I did mention that you told me to keep you posted but after my experience I had no intention of returning and the damage was done, would taking them off and switching to clear have healed my eyes? No, of course not, so why would I subject myself to this a second time. And again no bearing on my overall experience as a first time client which is what I left a review about. 4. As a first time client I should have been advised that the person I requested was not available - how am I supposed to read your mind and know how you do things? Also, I requested her based on reviews and had no clue what she even looked like. You could have called or texted prior to my appointment to let me know in case I didn't want to go to some one else, but I had made the drive and no one mentioned a word about my artist being someone different, by time I noticed I was laying down chatting with her while she prepped me. There seems to be no accountability on the business, the customer needs to figure it all out. 5. How am I supposed to know what pillows you have or that you have them if I am a first time customer, my eyes are literally closed and I was never offered one of any kind.. Again, your team should offer them, it should not be up to the customer to figure it out, as I said I only saw them when the appointment was over. 6. That's great that "5,0000" love it, I'm obviously offering my review, so others who are sensitive to strong scents are aware. 7. There was like 2-3 other people in the salon, it wasn't a busy day with lots of people, activity and/or conversations. Your website literally says "RELAX while being pampered" with that in mind you could have had a private and quiet conversation, it's great that you have that type of relationship but you should be considerate of the experience of your customers. It's already a shared space so the shouting and constant talking played a part in my bad experience. 8. I would disagree that it's a small place, especially if you have to shout loudly from one end to the other, and again I'm trying to RELAX for the hour plus it takes not listen to you shouting across the salon. That's why bothered me, the shouting. Your team can text about appointments or they can walk over to the front desk. 9. Ok, my rentention wasn't good bc of the irritation but again after such a terrible experience and now this reply why would I ever want to set foot in your salon, you apologize but then try to shift the blame - gaslighting through diversion at its finest. Lastly, that is just plain false, I have a some reviews, some positive and some negative, I was actually on here to leave a positive review when I saw this but again take the focus off... I really hope you read this and realize that people are sharing their honest experience and it encourages you to make changes, instead of being defensive and taking it as an opportunity to attack them. I'm sure this business is very important to you, so why wouldn't you want to make every effort to prevent more bad experiences (as I can see from the reviews I'm not the only one). I was a bit nervous coming here because I haven't gotten my lashes done anywhere else except in Fort Lee but due to COVID, the place I used to go to closed. I've searched for other venues but plenty had gotten mixed reviews. I happen to drive by Lashme Lily on my way home from work and I thought to give it a try. First of all, love that I can book online instead of calling! I don't mind the prices because it's your standard (I feel). When you get to your appointment, you get checked in. They make you feel welcomed. The place is super clean and really beautiful. It's literally aesthetically pleasing to the eye. It's safe as I saw someone constantly cleaning and all the employees wore masks. I went for a classic set just to try and my tech (forgot his name) really took the time to show me the difference in the lengths & curve because other places they'd just tell me otherwise (as in low key insult me by saying it could be "too much" for my face...I'm kidding they just don't want me to be too extra). I don't have a lot of eyelashes and they're very light even with mascara it's scarce. I went for a classic look just to try. The tech suggested I do a mix next visit to see how I'd feel about it and if I want a more fuller look. (Which I think I will because why not). I will be booking again since I really liked the service and honestly the fact that it's ok my way home from work just makes things A LOT easier! read more

I wanted to try a new lash place and I'm glad to have found this place. I love the fact that they have packages which is a steal!! I booked the Classic lash set with a Morrocan blowout with whoever was available. LashmeLily is in a shopping complex so there's PLENTY of parking. Upon entering, I was greeted by one of the employees. There's one sofa in the waiting area. The place is absolutely beautiful! I wasn't expecting it to be so pretty. It made me feel comfortable. My lash tech (Nathaly) greeted me, told me she had to clean up her area first, and I waited no longer than 5 minutes. On the website, it does state that if you've had a reaction to lash glue before, to let your tech know. That's exactly what I did. I told her I had several reactions to the glue in the past and she informed me that they do have a sensitive glue if I was willing to try it out for a few minutes to see if I get a reaction. Nathaly consistently asked me if I was okay during the entire process. She's professional & friendly. Even though my left eye did have a mild reaction because it is the sensitive one, it went away after a few hours. For my Morrocan blowout, I was paired up with I believe her name is Larisca. I didn't know what the Morrocan blowout was but it's a mask that they put on after shampooing. I love the fact that their sinks are not lay down flat. You actually sit upright and lay your head back. There was only one thing I didn't like which was that she didn't rinse out all the shampoo completely from the back of my head before she put the Morrocan mask on. My blowout did come out beautiful though. She wrapped my hair in a shower cap because it was raining out. When I got home, I waited a few hours before taking the clips out of my hair. My blowout was still intact. Though it didn't last til the next day as I wished. I expected it because my hair never stays the same even after a few hours. Had my eyebrows done (microblading) April 2017 they can out nicely. I went back for a touch up last week and instead of a microblading touch up Lily did something called shading. I did not agree to it and she did not discuss it with me before the service was performed. The color she applied is already super light and it looks like I drew on my brows not the look I wanted. When I asked for an appointment to correct my brows she was rude and disrespectful. Please be aware of the services you are receiving and paying for. So a little about my natural eyelashes - they don't even grow straight, they tilt DOWN. Eyelash curlers work for 5 minutes. In the past I have gone to other salons to get extensions but I didn't want to go down that path again right now, so I decided to hit up Lash me Lily for an eyelash lift. In a word - wow! I absolutely LOVE my new look - and the best thing is, these are my own lashes. It is so nice to wake up in the morning and look 'awake.' I also had my eyebrows done by Gabriella who is a sweetheart. I am absolutely coming back. My only complaint is that I wish I had found Lily's salon sooner! Lily did a wonderful job on my eyelashes. I went in for an eyelash lift ( I didn't get the tint with it but you can if you want to. It's optional). She takes her time and makes sure everything is perfect. She also gives you a vitamin E oil and eyelash brush for free to take home with you and keep your eyelashes nourished. I found her in Facebook and looked at her work before I msg her. I was pretty sure she was the perfect person to do my eyebrows. When I arrived to the appointment I told her how I liked my eyebrows. She took her time to drew the outline of my eyebrows. She measured the perfect distance for the arch and end taking my eyes, nose and ears as points of reference. She is a perfectionist and would not stop until she was pretty sure they looked amazing, and symmetrical. I am happy and I went back for lashes and still love her work.
