Ok so heads up, this is a long review. My lips were never even. They were kinda dark and it didn't help that when I was a kid, I used to bite my lip a lot. One day, I was running in the park and fell forward. I ended up bitting my lip so hard that it left a mark. Fast forward 15 years and theres still a scar lining of my top tooth. I followed Christine on Instagram, she was one of the few I found who looked super legit and was super open and honest on her page. My first appointment was in October 2020 I went to get my lashes done and it was super last minute decision of mine but she got me in! Off the bat, she was super nice and super honest with me. Going into this, I knew I had sensitive eyes and I let her know in advance. She warned me that tearing can impact the results and I agreed because I wanted to give it a try. I teared a bit but the results were so worth it. The lashes lasted me sooo long and gave me so much life, I knew I couldn't go anywhere else. Fast forward a bit, I became a student model for two ladies that were learning from Christine. As a student model, listening in on how detailed and specific she was made me feel less worried. They were able to conceal my scar, they did a great job with Christine's help. Fast forward a few months later I had my touch up and lashes done as I knew my birthday was coming up the next month. Christine did my touch up with a brighter a bolder color which I loved and my lashes came out amazing as usual. Fair warning, I don't suggest doing two services at once if you can't lay flat for a long time. Christine was very accommodating and allowed me to stretch between sessions. She evened out my Cupid's bow and concealed the scar even more so it wasn't noticeable anymore. The healing process was pretty quick. I started peeling within the 3rd day and was fully peeled by the 6th day. My lips looked amazing, as a girl that is shy with pictures because of my lip insecurity, it felt GREAT! I went to Disney after they healed. A lady had complimented me and wanted to know my trick on how my lipstick stayed so perfect as I was eating. I was so in shock as that's never happened. I really had very little expectations for the lash lift and tint and not because I didn't trust Christine. My eyelashes are very thin and sad looking and I was pretty sure we were not going to get much lift. I've watched countless videos of women getting the Yumi lash lift that I just had to get it myself to see the effects. I couldn't believe the results. Christine is so amazing at what she does and she was extremely careful and meticulous about the entire procedure. At full disclosure, the beginning of the process is uncomfortable and does sting. Christine will mention all of that in the beginning. It is also a very long process, about 2 hours. Therefore, if you are in rush or don't have a free evening, this is not for you. My natural lashes are barely noticeable so if I've had thicker natural lashes I know this would have turned out even better. Christine's office has only one table so you must book an appointment in advance. The ambience is amazing with music playing in the background and friendly conversation. My lashes felt completely light after the procedure. You do want to take your time getting up or else you will be dizzy. The lashes do get clumped after wetting your face after the 24 hr grace period. Since my lashes are super light and thin, I have to be careful while wiping my face and sleeping because I don't want to bend any of my lashes. Overall, I'm really glad I did this. Wow... what a gem! I don't think that Christine needs any additional reviews on top of her perfect 5-star track record, but here's another one just in case. I called Christine asking for info on SMP/scalp micro pigmentation. She explained to me that, because I'm interested in doing the full scalp, and because she usually prefers to do only smaller/targeted sections of the scalp, she probably wouldn't be the best fit for the job... but she proceeded to spend over a half hour on the phone answering my questions about the process and advising me on how to choose the right SMP artist. Not only did she turn away business; she also spent a big chunk of time helping a strangers, and with nothing to gain by it. Christine is passionate and knowledgeable about aesthetics and also has the great integrity to care about doing the right thing. She'll be the first to tell you if she's not the right person for the job, or if you don't need the job at all.... But if she can do it, it's clear she'll do a great job. I went to New Face for saline removal of my old eyebrow tattoo. Christine is very knowledgeable and you can ask her any question and she'll respond to you within 5 minutes. It's my first week after saline removal. The crusted skin has been fallen and what you've seen in the picture is the new skin. It's without any scar. I was first worried if saline removal will leave me any scar, especially right after 2-3 days when you see it in the mirror. If you could tolerate the pain, I do suggest you to go to Christine to get old tattoo removed. It's actually not that bad when I did it. The only star I took if off is for the office. I literally feel like I have a New Face!! Let me explain...I am 37 years old, my first eyebrow tattoo was when I was about 25 years old which marked the rest of my terribly wrong eye brows life...in those 12 years I must have gone to almost 7 different "tattoo artists" to try to fix each and every other job done wrong, but each and every time I came out worse, it got so bad that I just accepted the fact that I would be drawing my eyebrows on for the rest of my life. That all changed once I found Christine! She was very straight forward with me, she explained in detail that my eyebrows COULD be fixed but could take a couple of sessions. I also had to get some of the old tattoo removed. Right on the first visit I just KNEW she was not like the others, she drew my eyebrows in (something that was never done because they refused to do so and the reason was "you already have your shape). She also uses the "dry method" which I never did and that really does make a huge difference in the outcome! I will be going today for my final touch up and I can finally say that after 12 years I am so proud of the way my eyebrows look. This is probably the best experience I've ever had in my entire life and it is all because of Christine. I was terrified of even considering trusting someone else with my eyebrows but after simply just talking to Christine she was so reassuring and compassionate.
