The first time I stopped by, I needed an alignment and oil change, which was done very quickly! I needed to head out of town for the week, so Alex was mindful about my limited time in the area. Very reasonable prices! The second time, I came back to get my brakes changed. Per the advice of my friend, he recommended coated rotors since I usually keep my car outside through all the seasons. Alex was able to order those parts the same day, so I was able to decide that when I dropped off my car. Overall, great experience getting car work done! Then in the afternoon my husband reached out to the garage again and was told it was not in the garage yet. So, my husband waited all day from 7am to 4:45pm with no vehicle. When we got to the garage we were told it had just got in the garage and they were beginning to look at the vehicle. The guy in the office was a complete jerk and very disrespectful. He said to us "what do you want me to do call you every 5 minutes". I then reminded him that he hadn't even called us once. He said I don't know what you expect me to do we had 6 appointments that specific day. I asked him if he rather us go somewhere else. His reply was go someplace else. That is exactly what we did. Our vehicle needed brakes, tire sensors, rotate tires and a new reflector on the bumper. We will not go back there or recommend this place. Never had this issue in past with this garage.
