I've come here several times, and every visit has been a good experience with both the food and service. One thing I really love is their rewards program in the app. I've received several perks over time, from free shakes during their business anniversary celebration to a birthday treat. I even randomly received a free entrée coupon and used it toward the Sunrise Burger. It was delicious! It comes with two patties, so I ended up sharing it with my husband since I'm more of a one patty girl myself. Saving money while still enjoying a good meal is always a win, and I really appreciate how they reward loyal customers in this way. I've dined inside a few times and have never had any issues. They have a family friendly ambiance, and during the holidays they decorate like during Christmas with trees and holiday lighting. There's plenty of seating available, including outdoor seating, which is really nice when the weather is good. Their kids meal is also a solid option. Stopped in and tried this establishment. Marcia really enjoyed the fries and ate all of them. Normally she eats a few and gives me the rest. The burgers were good, nothing to rave about. This is my second time at a Jaggers and at a second different location. I think the indoor dining area here is much larger here than the new Avon location. There was plenty of empty tables available at the lunch hour on this Thursday. Service was fast! As soon as I sat down with my table number the food arrived within one minute. This time I was aware all of their burgers are doubles so I ordered a single BBQ Cheddar Burger. Please be aware that the pickles are the Bread & Butter variety and not the usual hamburger dill type. I like their barbecue burger. It needs onions though. I ordered fries this time instead of the tots. The fries are the shoestring type but have other "stuff" added to them. They're okay but I'll go back to tots next time. I don't know why places have to add things to fries; they are better when plain in my opinion. The restroom was clean. My husband loves this place and their green Chile burger almost as much as he loves me so every once in a while, I'll get a wild hare and just go get it. Today I went because I'm pregnant and CRAVING their gravy. I'm not really sure what they put in there...love? magic? crack? Either way it's my favorite. So as I'm ordering my food I tell the sweet man that I'd like 6 of their gravies (they're small, it's not a lot in the grand scheme of things...) and apologized, told him I was pregnant and craving it and he just laughed with me and said he wasn't judging not one bit. Jaggers is one of those places that we would drive by and just never seemed to stop. We finally decided to finally check it out. From a price point perspective, it's in between a sit down burger place and fast food. It's similar to Culver's in that you order at the counter and then they bring the food to the table. We ordered a cheeseburger, sunrise burger (fried egg on top), tots to share, and side salads. Their burgers are 2 thinner burgers (but not smash burgers), which was nice. I'm not a fan of a lot of pink in my burger (food safety!) so the thinner patties were great. Hubby said the sunrise burger was fine. The balance of ham, egg, and burger was a little off. Tots were crispy and hot. We were pleasantly surprised by the side salads. So many are just iceberg and croutons, but these had spring mix and they were inexpensive for side salads. My son and I had dinner at Jaggers tonight, and as always, it was a great experience. It's one of his favorite spots since he's a bit of a picky eater, and he swears by their kids' macaroni and cheese--he says it's the best around. I tried a bite, and I have to admit, it's really good! The portion size is generous, and you get a choice of a side, which is a nice touch. Tonight, I decided to switch it up and ordered the six-piece chicken fingers, and they were fantastic--crispy, flavorful, and definitely worth trying. I usually go for their cheeseburger, which is always a solid choice, so it's nice to know their other menu items are just as good. The service was great, as it always is. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The portions are generous for the price, making it a great value. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with no tomato and pickles and a side of fries. Both the sandwich and fries are not something I would order again. The fries were extremely salty and had a lot of black pepper. The chicken breast itself was good but the sandwich put together wasn't what I expected. Our food was good and we also tried the Jaggers sauce which has a BBQ flavor which was nice. Overall decent food though I'm not a fan of shoestring fries. The sandwich I got is definitely filling with the bacon and avocado on it. I will say the young lady who was at the register was not very friendly. The chicken strips were breaded nicely and the meat tender & tasty. The shoestring fries were seasoned well & hot. The sweet tea was good as well. My partner had tater tots which she thought was okay, macaroni & cheese which she found pretty good & a fruit cup which she found tasty but the portion size very meager. Went to Jaggers after a late night shopping in Greenwood . The atmosphere was amazing everyone was very nice and friendly . The menu was very affordable . My husband fed our family of 4 for less the 30 bucks . I got a crispy chicken sandwich that's was verity tasty . I have never been to a Jaggers before. It wasn't what I expected. However it ended up being perfect for what we needed out of this dinning experience. Jaggers is more of an "upscale" fast food experience. When you come in the door you will order at the counter. The food will be delivered to your table by a friendly face. The menu is a bit broader than just fast food burgers. It includes chicken dishes as well as salads. The dinning area is well decorated and welcoming. It has the open fast food feel but decorated in more of an upscale feel. Lots of wood and deep dark colors to go along with sturdy furniture and booths. On this occasion we needed to seat 9 people. It was easy to pull together another table and comfortably seat our party. You probably couldn't do that at a fast food place. Jaggers also has lots of sports programming TV's playing around the dinning room. This worked out really well for a college football Saturday lunch! We found the team here to be very friendly and helpful. You have to get your own plastic ware and napkins. They bring you your food on very nice trays - not plastic. You have to go back to the counter for refills. This can be a challenge if the checkout lines are longer. For lunch I had the Cobb salad. The salad was very fresh! The avocado and egg were excellent. All the side veggies were great. The salad came in a hardened plastic bowl that had an attractive appearance. The sides of tater tots were good. Nice tender potato insides with a slight amount of crunch. Not too greasy. The shoe string fries are a bit unique as not many places serve these. They were very thin and kind of short in length. They did a nice job of. It over cooking the thin fry or getting them too greasy. You will find ketchup packets at the counter. Over all the service was pretty fast. Prices were in line with a Wendy's style restaurant. The atmosphere, service and dinning area give Jaggers a notch above the normal fast food places. read more

My favorite thing about Jaggers is that they have a second full menu board that you can read while waiting in the drive-thru. I always get a little drive-thru anxiety if I'm in a new place trying to read the menu in the .3 seconds before they ask for my order. I had the green chile cheeseburger which was stuffed full of toppings like garlic mayo and hatch green chilies. It was more sweet than spicy but still delicious. My mom had the country fried pork chop sandwich which smelled amazing as soon as I unwrapped it. It had pickles and was served with a side of country gravy. I will definitely try that next time. I'm going to start off this review saying that if you like honey mustard Jaggers has really good honey mustard. :-) The fries are shoestring cut and are crispy and seasoned with a great mix of seasoning. They have a nice menu salads, burgers, chicken sandwiches as well as chicken strips they even have grilled chicken strips, desserts and milkshakes to name a few of the items. The hamburger buns hold up and aren't like the standard sesame buns. The buns are baked daily as well as all the sauces are made from scratch. They offer edamame as one of the side options! They offer black bean veggie burgers, country fried pork, and fish sandwich options as well. All of the food I've personally had at Jagger's has been good. I wish we had more around. They have a drive-thru as well as a dine in option and an area outside to eat. It's located right off of US 31 on the south side. read more

I have driven past this one and the Fishers location many times but never got a chance to stop in before today. I have to say, I am quite impressed! The food was really tasty and came out very quickly. They had several menu items that were appealing, but as soon as I saw the Country Fried Chicken sandwich, I was immediately sold... it was a fried chicken sandwich topped with cheese, gravy, and a fried egg. This really hit the spot... and - hot take incoming - I have to say that their chicken sandwich beats all the others in the whole chicken sandwich war going on between restaurant chains. If you don't believe me, give it a try for yourself. The other items I had were also good. The mac & cheese side was good, though much of the sauce was at the bottom of the container - giving it a shake remedies this. I think they make their sauce with a bit of mustard... not unheard of, but still unusual and it was refreshingly different. The cookies look like they are baked in a muffin tin or something similar, and they were a nice, sweet ending. Oh, and the sweet tea is really good too! The other menu items I intend to come back to try are the black bean burger, the fish sandwich, and the Sunrise Burger (can't go wrong with a fried egg!).
