Ten cuts was a 10/10! This was our first experience with Ten Cuts and I must say everyone in my group was very impressed. One of my personal opinions is that the mark of quality and attention to detail in any restaurant that moves large volumes of food is cleanliness - and the salad bar was pristine! From the charcuterie to the fresh vegetables, everything looked fresh and delicious. The fact that there was not one speck of food or debris littering the floor or the areas surrounding the bowls was clear indication that someone was monitoring that area with meticulous detail. The meat options brought to our table were diverse, well prepared, and brought to the table slightly faster than we could eat them! We never found ourselves waiting for anything as the service was incredibly attentive. A very nice and much appreciated personal touch was added by a couple of check in visits during dinner from Gabriel, the sales manager and Sebastian, the general manager - both of whom showed genuine interest in how our experience was. Add to this outstanding service from our server, Jessica. We learned that this is a family owned and operated restaurant which explains the pride that was clearly apparent in every aspect of this dining experience. It's not often we eat such large volumes of food - but as soon as we're ready for another truly indulgent dining experience, we will be going back to Ten Cuts - even over some of the more popular and well known Brazilian steakhouses! read more

A lovely dining experience with my family last night! The restaurant has warm lighting with clean and comfortable dining. The decor was all Brazilian themed. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our waitress was funny, sweet, and helpful. We opted in for the Devour Indy menu which included select meats & salad bar. The food was delicious and incredibly filling. My top items were the deviled eggs, Caesar salad, honey & melted cheese, sirloin, grilled pineapple, Parmesan pork, and the garlic bread! My family made a reservation for my Mom's birthday. Our server explained everything and was coming over to ask if we had any special requests. They brought some cheese bread and potato cake. We went to the salad bar/hot bar first. There were lots of options. I really enjoyed the mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables. What a great and comfortable experience. You get the Brazilian Steakhouse experience without the stuffy steakhouse feeling. We were quickly greeted by the hostess and shown to our table. Our server quickly explained the experience options and took our drink order. I had possibly the best old fashioned ever. My wife enjoyed her sangria as well. We both started with the salad/sides bar. Soon after the meat angels added us to the rotation. We had several different cuts of meat. My favorite was a rib option. He added such a level to our experience, I would request for him every time!! They have about 15 cuts in hand a day including lamb, lamb chops, filet , prime rib ,sirloin top and bottom sides , garlic beef, chicken wings, beef and bacon, etc. In addition to the meats on the skewer, they had grilled pineapple with cinnamon on a grill skewer too! Also they had warm cheese with honey, and garlic bread. The salad bar was awesome. Lots of options, that I personally think were more crowd favorites or things people would be more willing to try (vs other Brazilian steak houses with off the wall things on their salad bar that many don't venture to try). I took a lot of picture of this since it stood out to me. There are also some meat/protein choices on the salad bar- beans, rice, paella, shrimp cocktail, salmon, etc. Salad bar is like $30 I think, then if you do both it's $55. Mon-Thurs is like $5/10 cheaper than Fri/sat/sun. (If a holiday falls on a Mon-Thurs they'd Said it would be the higher price.) They are on open table for reservations! Get those points!! Staff said they have been open for about 1.5 month so far. Right now they are only doing dinner but they believe over the next few weeks they will eventually offer lunch. They also have outdoor seating which will be interesting to see if that is utilized this summer and how cool it would be to have that experience and be able to enjoy a nice summer night outside. They have a full dessert menu (not included)- mouse cake, cannoli, cheesecake, and more! They have a full bar with lq, wine, beer, etc. they also have fun international glass bottle sodas (along with fountain sodas). I'm not a huge meat eater like the ones I went with, so the Best suggestion if you are like me is to ask for THIN slices when they come around, as it allowed me to try a lot more options and not get so full so quickly. This place made me gag. I had went with my mom and we spent around $170 dollars (we did the Kebab thing). All of the meat made me gag and was hard to stomach. The sides were very subpar. The restaurant is so laid back (in a good way)! The servers are so nice, they do not rush you, and they are great at refilling and clearing unwanted plates. I love how on top of their service they are without hovering. The salad bar was fine, it's not super big, they have so many option including soup (I didn't see any bowls to try it ). They did a good job at keeping it clean and stocked up. The meats were pretty good, I do not recommend the garlic beef, it was cooked all the way, chewy, and lacking flavor. This was our first time at Ten Cuts. From the time we walked in the staff made us feel welcome, the service was very good. We went to the bar and Brian the Bartender made us some house specialty drinks and talked with us. The drinks were excellent. The salad bar is rather remarkable, something for everyone, salads, rice shrimp, cheese cold cuts, chick pea salad, beets and plenty of other salads. The meats, chicken, pork and the various steaks from sirloin to filet Mignon were excellent. The restaurant was clean as were the rest rooms. Prices were fair considering the cost of food today. Luckily I searched "new restaurants" for the first time ever in the Yelp app. Guess what popped up? Ten Cuts! I couldn't believe my eyes that the Southside of Indy has a Brazilian restaurant. Exciting! We were able to snag a reservation for 15 from the time we'd be there. We got there and were seated right away. Customer service is A++ the whole way. Naomi had us taken care of with drinks, crispy polenta, cheese rolls, and cheese empanadas faster than you can say churrasco. Carlos kept the meats coming the whole time. The salad bar has dishes like frijoles, rice, and macaroni and cheese among at least a dozen salads. The one single tiny thing I would change is more variety to the salad bar. I wish they would have had more meats and cheese and fresh fruits. After we came back from the salad bar and turned the coaster to green it was like a meat storm! It just kept coming. All the sirloin, beef ribs, parm pork and steak, bacon wrapped chicken, cinnamon pineapple, bread cheese and so much more! I saw a bone in beef rib come out that would fill up Fred Flintstone. Everything was clean and had white table clothes. Soda is cheap and free refills unlike other places. We will for sure be coming here again. read more

It's a smaller place, but all the workers were very attentive and seemed all happy. They have a very large salad bar and obviously at least 10 different cuts of meat. From the owners of the infamous Gaucho's Fire..... Think Fogo de Chao, but make it local...and better. This place is great for those that want to try tons of options - think salad bar, plus many types of proteins, plus dessert and cocktails/beer/wine if that tickles your fancy. I absolutely loved the salad bar. It came with your typical salad, but it also had rice and beans, pasta salads, melon, fresh veggies, Mac and cheese, and so much more. I also tried the chicken and the spices were phenomenal. *chefs kiss* I also tried the cheesecake and the topping was delicious. Service was excellent and I loved what they did with the interior - modern and nice, but not pretentious at all. Oof .... Budget version of Terra Gaucha and without budget price which would of atleast been a reason to try again .... We were greeted promptly and seated. Unfortunately our table had to be changed because the table was extremely wobbly. We were fine with that and excited to get the ball rolling since we first heard this Brazilian steakhouse was coming to our side of Indy. There were some good things, some bad things and so-so things that I need to share. One of the good things is prompt hostess service yet the bad was where is our waitress after all this time? After we figured that out we ordered drinks and headed to the salad bar. It was good but not anything amazing. Terra gaucha salad bar is beyond better in selection and quality. Ten cuts has about 1/3 of their selection for comparison purposes but I'll get to why I'm comparing soon. For the food .... We started by having to ask if we were supposed to get sides like rolls and our waitress realized she completely forgot and went to get them. The steaks are EXTREMELY salty. Not salted .... I said SALTY. More than 'seasoned' or the good kind of salty. I drank 1/2 my glass of water to choke my very first bite down. From then on I went for the way more inside cuts of my medium temp. They also don't understand the temps of meat and where to cut. They look for the instructions on your face and hands basically. Beyond that if they didn't have my temp they said they'd come right back and never did until I later asked them if they could get it finally. We were offered sausage no less than 8 times tonight before I lost count. The reason that IS important is besides that we were offered bacon wrapped chicken and lamb quite a few times, pineapple twice yet never saw the beef ribs come by our table. They were out by the time it got to us. Picanha only came once and they didn't have enough for the whole table and again they never came back so we gave that up. THIS IS WHEN we finally realized we were sitting on 'the wrong side'. By that I mean if you are sitting on the left side of the restaurant and all their fresh food comes from the right apparently YOU ARE DOOMED! By the time the meat gets to you it's been in rotation soooo long it has very few temps (if any) you'd prefer, colder and just not as fresh. We ended up just asking for specific meats to hit our table first and that worked just fine. I'll say on the server end they 100 % aren't attentive unless flagged down. Price .... Well I'll say for expecting almost the same price as Terra gaucha you HAVE to step it up. I'll pay the extra $5 and head north or even to FOGO first. The meat quality needs improved as well. Even the rib eye was good but not great! Terra gaucha and FOGO offer filet, bacon wrapped filet, lamb chops and Parmesan pork. Yes the latter two aren't a must BUT for the price of I don't at least get filet why would I come here? Who doesn't want filet at a steakhouse? Never had this unfortunate type of experience with a Brazilian steakhouse when they first opened (TG) or they've been around for decades (FOGO). All in all it was our first time being there, food was good, they are brand new and learning soooo some grace was given to this review. Someone did pop by our table at the end just to ask how we thought they did with everything and we did give him a fair and honest review. He did take $10 off per person at our table and gave us a free dessert to share. Side note they likely need sharper knives. Sometimes servers were having quite a bit of difficulty cutting through the meat. I really think corners were cut from tables, silverware to food read more

Our first visit here. My husband and I had an amazing time. The food was excellent, seasoning was perfect. The picanha and the ribeye were my favorites and my husband loved the lamb. Everyone that worked there was so welcoming and friendly from the lovely hostess to our awesome server Noemi. The managers were present and working alongside the other employees talking to tables and making sure everyone was having a good time. Went out of their way to make sure we had the cuts of meat we said we enjoyed and the pineapple was the perfect ending. Best meal out we've had in awhile. First time at Ten Cuts Brazilian Steakhouse, and it was a great intro to the Brazilian steakhouse experience. The staff was kind, attentive, and made everything feel easy and welcoming. I chose the single meat option and was really happy with it--flavorful and plenty of food. My boyfriend ordered an old fashioned, which was the one miss of the night: extremely strong and not very balanced. He barely made it through it. The surprise standout was the pineapple--warm, sweet, caramelized, and honestly the best bite of the meal. My boyfriend got the full meat experience and enjoyed the cuts he tried, even though he didn't make it through all of them. Meat was decent, if you could get any. Asked for several different meats but kept being offered the same meats that we had already turned down. Waited over 30 minutes for filet and beef ribs, after asking for it several times. Waitress and servers would disappear for long periods of time. However once they brought the check the waitress stood at the counter waiting for us to place our card in the sleeve. We've been wanting to try Ten Cuts since it opened, and finally made it in for Mother's Day. Although we weren't able to secure a reservation online, we arrived about 10 minutes before they opened, hoping to get lucky, and we did. Sebastian, the manager, greeted us with genuine hospitality and was able to seat us right away. That first impression set the tone for the rest of the experience. From the moment we sat down, the service was excellent. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. The atmosphere is upscale but comfortable, very much in line with fine dining standards. While the dress code is listed as business casual, I did notice a range in attire, including guests in shorts and t-shirts. We started with drinks and then headed to the salad bar. This isn't your typical "pile on the iceberg" setup. It's well curated with a wide selection of fresh options. My only suggestion would be to include clearer labeling, as a few items weren't immediately identifiable. Still, everything we tried was fresh and flavorful. Next came the cheese bread and a few small bites. Again, no complaints. Then came the main event: the meats. You control the pace using the red and green card system (green means go!), and once you flip that card, you're in for a true feast. The variety was impressive. So many cuts that I lost count. Our table favorites included the bottom sirloin, which was absolutely fantastic, and the filet mignon, which we requested specifically. Not every cut was our personal favorite, but that's to be expected with this kind of experience. Nothing missed the mark completely. It really comes down to personal taste. Pricing is right in line with other Brazilian steakhouses. It's not cheap, but it's fair given the quality, selection, and level of service. We'll absolutely be back.
