My 5 Takeaways (in under 60 seconds) Location: Conveniently located in a strip mall off 135 in Greenwood, IN. Plenty of parking all around.   Vibe: Cozy atmosphere with a nice ambiance. Smaller than expected, but it didn't take away from the overall experience.   Service: Excellent customer service. From the hostess to the servers, everyone was gracious and welcoming.   Food: DELICIOUS! Meats were all prepared and seasoned perfectly! Anytime our card was on green, our plates were never empty. All of the sides we tried were amazing - great quality, good selection, and fresh ingredients.   Quick Tip: Make a reservation. And if available, try the deviled eggs!

Place was really really good! The service was top tier. Huge shout out to Gabriel who was our waiter- extremely knowledgable, sweet, and charismatic. He added such a level to our experience, I would request for him every time!! They have about 15 cuts in hand a day including lamb, lamb chops, filet , prime rib ,sirloin top and bottom sides , garlic beef, chicken wings, beef and bacon, etc. In addition to the meats on the skewer, they had grilled pineapple with cinnamon on a grill skewer too! Also they had warm cheese with honey, and garlic bread. The salad bar was awesome. Lots of options, that I personally think were more crowd favorites or things people would be more willing to try (vs other Brazilian steak houses with off the wall things on their salad bar that many don't venture to try). I took a lot of picture of this since it stood out to me. There are also some meat/protein choices on the salad bar- beans, rice, paella, shrimp cocktail, salmon, etc. Salad bar is like $30 I think, then if you do both it's $55. Mon-Thurs is like $5/10 cheaper than Fri/sat/sun. (If a holiday falls on a Mon-Thurs they'd Said it would be the higher price.) They are on open table for reservations! Get those points!! Staff said they have been open for about 1.5 month so far. Right now they are only doing dinner but they believe over the next few weeks they will eventually offer lunch. They also have outdoor seating which will be interesting to see if that is utilized this summer and how cool it would be to have that experience and be able to enjoy a nice summer night outside. They have a full dessert menu (not included)- mouse cake, cannoli, cheesecake, and more! They have a full bar with lq, wine, beer, etc. they also have fun international glass bottle sodas (along with fountain sodas). I'm not a huge meat eater like the ones I went with, so the Best suggestion if you are like me is to ask for THIN slices when they come around, as it allowed me to try a lot more options and not get so full so quickly. We will be back- amazing all around service.

Luckily I searched "new restaurants" for the first time ever in the Yelp app. Guess what popped up? Ten Cuts! I couldn't believe my eyes that the Southside of Indy has a Brazilian restaurant. Exciting! We were able to snag a reservation for 15 from the time we'd be there. We got there and were seated right away. Customer service is A++ the whole way. Naomi had us taken care of with drinks, crispy polenta, cheese rolls, and cheese empanadas faster than you can say churrasco. Carlos kept the meats coming the whole time. The salad bar has dishes like frijoles, rice, and macaroni and cheese among at least a dozen salads. The one single tiny thing I would change is more variety to the salad bar. I wish they would have had more meats and cheese and fresh fruits. After we came back from the salad bar and turned the coaster to green it was like a meat storm! It just kept coming. All the sirloin, beef ribs, parm pork and steak, bacon wrapped chicken, cinnamon pineapple, bread cheese and so much more! I saw a bone in beef rib come out that would fill up Fred Flintstone. Everything was clean and had white table clothes. Soda is cheap and free refills unlike other places. We will for sure be coming here again.

Wow!!! Ten Cuts Brazilian steakhouse here in Greenwood, Indiana I've been to several Brazilian steakhouses I'm so happy we have one now here in Greenwood! It's a smaller place, but all the workers were very attentive and seemed all happy. They have a very large salad bar and obviously at least 10 different cuts of meat. The star of the show was the girl to pineapple it melted in your mouth. We highly recommend it will be coming back.

From the owners of the infamous Gaucho's Fire..... Think Fogo de Chao, but make it local...and better. This place is great for those that want to try tons of options - think salad bar, plus many types of proteins, plus dessert and cocktails/beer/wine if that tickles your fancy. I absolutely loved the salad bar. It came with your typical salad, but it also had rice and beans, pasta salads, melon, fresh veggies, Mac and cheese, and so much more. I also tried the chicken and the spices were phenomenal. *chefs kiss* I also tried the cheesecake and the topping was delicious. Service was excellent and I loved what they did with the interior - modern and nice, but not pretentious at all. Would highly recommend and I'm so excited to have a local option that continuously produces high quality food options.

Oof .... Budget version of Terra Gaucha and without budget price which would of atleast been a reason to try again .... We were greeted promptly and seated. Unfortunately our table had to be changed because the table was extremely wobbly. We were fine with that and excited to get the ball rolling since we first heard this Brazilian steakhouse was coming to our side of Indy. There were some good things, some bad things and so-so things that I need to share. One of the good things is prompt hostess service yet the bad was where is our waitress after all this time? After we figured that out we ordered drinks and headed to the salad bar. It was good but not anything amazing. Terra gaucha salad bar is beyond better in selection and quality. Ten cuts has about 1/3 of their selection for comparison purposes but I'll get to why I'm comparing soon. For the food .... We started by having to ask if we were supposed to get sides like rolls and our waitress realized she completely forgot and went to get them. The steaks are EXTREMELY salty. Not salted .... I said SALTY. More than 'seasoned' or the good kind of salty. I drank 1/2 my glass of water to choke my very first bite down. From then on I went for the way more inside cuts of my medium temp. They also don't understand the temps of meat and where to cut. They look for the instructions on your face and hands basically. Beyond that if they didn't have my temp they said they'd come right back and never did until I later asked them if they could get it finally. We were offered sausage no less than 8 times tonight before I lost count. The reason that IS important is besides that we were offered bacon wrapped chicken and lamb quite a few times, pineapple twice yet never saw the beef ribs come by our table. They were out by the time it got to us. Picanha only came once and they didn't have enough for the whole table and again they never came back so we gave that up. THIS IS WHEN we finally realized we were sitting on 'the wrong side'. By that I mean if you are sitting on the left side of the restaurant and all their fresh food comes from the right apparently YOU ARE DOOMED! By the time the meat gets to you it's been in rotation soooo long it has very few temps (if any) you'd prefer, colder and just not as fresh. We ended up just asking for specific meats to hit our table first and that worked just fine. I'll say on the server end they 100 % aren't attentive unless flagged down. Price .... Well I'll say for expecting almost the same price as Terra gaucha you HAVE to step it up. I'll pay the extra $5 and head north or even to FOGO first. The meat quality needs improved as well. Even the rib eye was good but not great! Terra gaucha and FOGO offer filet, bacon wrapped filet, lamb chops and Parmesan pork. Yes the latter two aren't a must BUT for the price of I don't at least get filet why would I come here? Who doesn't want filet at a steakhouse? Never had this unfortunate type of experience with a Brazilian steakhouse when they first opened (TG) or they've been around for decades (FOGO). All in all it was our first time being there, food was good, they are brand new and learning soooo some grace was given to this review. Someone did pop by our table at the end just to ask how we thought they did with everything and we did give him a fair and honest review. He did take $10 off per person at our table and gave us a free dessert to share. Side note they likely need sharper knives. Sometimes servers were having quite a bit of difficulty cutting through the meat. I really think corners were cut from tables, silverware to food

Great food. Make sure you come hungry. It is nice to have a Brazilian Steakhouse in Greenwood, for those nights when you'd rather not drive Downtown for dinner. Plenty of meats to choose from and a decent sized salad bar. Everyone was so friendly.

I have never had a better dining experience anywhere than I did today. We have been to fugo de chao in downtown Indy but will never go back because this place is that much better. The salad bar is out of this world. The meat is the best I have literally ever had. The staff is so friendly and kind. They said they are going to be opening the patio soon. We will be back for every birthday, anniversary and every special occasion in between. Counting down the days until we can come back.

I love Fogo de Chao, but had never been to this location in Indianapolis. Of all the FdC that I have visited, I have to say this place had the best service by far. The waitstaff and the person whom I assume was the manager were always asking if we needed anything, and if everything was ok. I got nice thick cuts of meat every time. Unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures because I was so hungry and excited to eat, but my friend got the salmon and enjoyed it (pictured below). The meats were grilled really well. The hostesses, all four of them, were rude and condescending. They tried ignoring my party of four. When we did get seated our server was bizarre, I don't know if they were on drugs or what. Like, notably strange. The churrasco was okay. The salad bar seemed like someone was making sure it didn't run empty. There was nothing really fun or relaxing, my friend wanted filet and had to ask 4 times before a pretty grumpy guy brought it around. We weren't even sure it was the proper cut because of the amount of fat on it. Maybe something else they were trying to pass off. After the first few carvers came by there was a good 15 minute lull where we saw nobody but the bussers, with empty drinks sitting at our table. Took forever to have our waitress come back to cash us out, after we had basically just given up on trying to eat anymore. We just wanted to leave. I might go to another Fogo de Chao in like, another location. All of my complaints here seem to stem from incompetent manager and deficient training. In my opinion this place is only open because it's a stone's throw from several hotels. You can spend your time and money better at any of the nearby steakhouses.

The place itself is actually classy and well-decorated inside with rich wood and leather textures. The unobtrusive Brazilian music sets a nice thematic tone inside. Other reviewer report super fast food times but our experience was much slower as it seemed they made everything to order although it was admittedly pretty empty when we went so I doubt they were churning out large batches of stuff. Food: We got the Beef Chimichurri fries and Ultimate Brazilian Sandwich and enjoyed both. These guys have AMAZING breaded fries that come out blazing hot fresh from the fryer. You could very easily have a unhealthy meal of just these addicting fries alone. The chimichurri beef was very savory with the lightly caramelized onions and tender thin-shaved beef. They did cook the beef in the chimichurri which I was less a fan off as it blunts some of the freshness of the chimichurri and blurs the distinction between the beef and the sauce. I would've preferred the chimichurri as a drizzle or side-sauce but this is just personal preference. The Ultimate Sandwich was definitely the star with perfectly seared beef and flavorful sausage, the tortilla strips were a fun throwback to days of putting potato chips in your sandwiches. Overall Gaucho's Fire is a great dining option, it serves very fresh food with authentic flavors. The portion size is very reasonable and with meat and potatoes being the staples, it will be plenty filling. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try!

What used to be thick crispy chunks of beef beef wrapped in cooked bacon is now a sad cubed piece of beef with no char on it and burnt bacon. The chimichurri sauce was still delicious and flavorful, but not enough to save the bacon wrapped meat. My husband felt the exact same about his with the garlic Parmesan sauce. The food is always hot and made to order so that's nice but so is everything else at the garage. This might change our mind about visiting monthly.

We finally took a quick trip/walk through the Garage Food Hall since we were in the area and hadn't…read morebeen. My husband and I are major goodies so the indecisiveness was real, but we opted for a quick bite at Sal & Pimenta's. I love loaded fries and the Chicken Alfredo Fries were what pulled me in and I'm so lucky they did ~ delicious. The perfect amount of chicken, Alfredo, Parmesan you name it ~ present in every bite. You typically find loaded meals with unequal portions or lacking the meat to cover whether it's chips or fries, and these truly were delicious. Can't wait to come back and see what tickles our fancy next time!

We sat upstairs in their covered patio with fans (even cooler, when it began to rain the plastic covering kept us dry). I enjoyed the carriage house margarita with a tahini rim. The guacamole and chips were divine - although we needed more chips for the portion. We gorged ourselves on empanada platters. I loved the corn and chicken, but wasn't too crazy about the steak. Others raved about the queso, lamb, and chorizo. I loved the number of options and all the delicious sauces. Our server was phenomenal. She took great care of us during the evening. We also were visited by the manager and treated kindly for visiting. So happy to experience this restaurant! Reservations recommended. Indoor and patio seating, and can be great for groups.

My daughter treated me and I am now obsessed! I can't begin to describe the flavors. Fresh, authentic and flavorful. I enjoyed everything we tried. We tasted to Cauliflower, Yuka fries, empanadas and Churros. I speechless! Our server Jenna, I believe, was delightful. We sat at the balcony on a perfect evening. I would not change a thing.
