    Service advisor Ivan is a crook! My elderly mother has used Newport Beach Jaguar for a decade and we just decided to use riverside jaguar for her current car. She went in for a general service(oil change, top fluids, tire pressure) on her lease and after waiting a few hours, Ivan told her she will need new tires. She said that the lease is up in December and won't worry about it now. He said he didn't know it was a lease.... As she got on the freeway the low tire pressure light came on. She pulled into a tire shop near her house and they said the tire cap was not put on right. My mom called Ivan back about this issue and he claimed "they did not touch the tires." See the photos attached that show they claim to set the tire pressure to factory specs. So he lied. Jaguar of Riverside - you got a bad apple working for you and it will cost you our family business. If she goes back soon she will ask for her regular good guy Mark but we will most likely lease or buy at another dealer.

    I took my Jaguar F type in for what they lead me to believe was a battery cable and it turned a 34,000 job. they told me I neede a new engine. while it was a part they told me it neede a new clutch. I finaly get the car back after they had it for a couple of months, a month later the thermostat goes out. I finaly get the car back after three weeks and now my top on my convertable wont go down all the way. The people are very nice in the service department . Morgan my service guy is realy a good guy. I don't know if it is bad luck or something funny is going on only time will tell.

    Cosmoline burn out of exhaust which is in cabin of vehicles. (Hazardous inhaled fumes).

    I purchased new Jaguar Xf r-dynamic sport. My warranty on previous jaguar xf supercharged was out of warranty. This new vehicle is equipped w chemicle call Cosmoline which is supposed to keep new vehicles from rust during shipping. Leaving w new car I noticed burning oil smell in cabin of new Jaguar it was late I couldn't call till next day. My drive home I was coughing dizzy headache feeling getting home, my lungs burning. I went out to car see if I could problem, it was on exhaust pipe to left behind driver side all over rear car. And gas/oil type film on rear view window all over. I called Jaguar and this is how I learned of Cosmiline. They said don't worry it will clear up in month or so... meanwhile I'm driving in this coughing w burning oder in cabin car w kids. I was told keep air conditioner on high and open windows to vent out air in cabin [51* weather outside]. I took car in get exhaust cleaned and check for leaks inside manifold I believe. Jaguar told me yes burning/gas oil smell but it will clear up in time. Cosmoline is known to cause cancer if inhaled per my research. =/. These cars should be illegal to sell.

I was greeted immediately by Craig, and my vehicle was checked in to be serviced. Craig explained the process and made sure he got my vehicle serviced quickly. On top of this, I had a work meeting to get back to, so they quickly arranged a ride home. I forgot the name of the gentleman who drove me home, but he was very professional and nice to make small talk with. The work was done above and beyond what was needed based on the warranty and ready by noon for pick up. My vehicle is driving great. Dealerships can get a bad rep when it comes to servicing your car, but after my experience at this location, I am very pleased.

They told me that didn't happen However, my concern isn't only that GM denied goodwill assistance. My concern is that I had to bring my 2021 Silverado back to the dealership for the exact same transmission-related issue after the initial repair. That raises questions about whether the root cause was fully diagnosed and corrected the first time. The day I took it I had the print of the codes of what was wrong with the truck it match to the ones given to me at the dealership Since the problem happen again and I took with me the codes of the past and most recent ones after picking up the truck. I understand the dealership cannot control GM's goodwill decisions, but customers also expect repairs to resolve the problem. Having to return for the same issue is frustrating, especially considering the downtime and inconvenience. I hope the dealership and GM will continue working with customers experiencing repeat transmission concerns, particularly when similar issues have been reported on these vehicles. My goal in leaving my review was to share my experience honestly so others understand what I went through.

Unfortunately I was told by Service Advisor Riad Almasri that it's not covered under warranty. Therefore if I wanted it fixed I could order the seat for $1,200.00 and labor would be $300.00. I went ahead and ordered a new seat. Riad informed me that the seat could take up to 2 months to receive because it's a custom order. The new drivers seat came in within a month. I arrived on May 18th to have my new drivers seat installed. Other than the obnoxious price for a new drivers seat & labor I'm very pleased by the overall service I received from Riad.

On…read moreSaturday February 28th 2026 I visited Toyota of Riverside with my wife to purchase a 2025 Toyota Tundra.  I was ready to put down $35,000 cash leaving  a $12,551.95 balance.  I requested a one year car loan to pay off the remaining balance.  Instead Sigfrido Olguin "Ziggy"  lied straight to my face and to my wife claiming it is ILLEGAL in the state of California for a one year car loan.  "Ziggy" boss Julio Fuentes "sales manager" was in the office and said nothing .  Nothing illegal in CA ON A ONE YEAR Loan .  Ziggy was not "HELPING" us he was  "SCAMMING " us into a 3 year car loan to jack up interest and his commissions.  That is fraud plain and simple.  Ziggy also refused our trade in.   He even told me to sell my car on the outside, on the streets.  Toyota of Riverside advertises trade ins on their website and signs why push it if Ziggy flat out refused to take mine?  Who knows how many customers in his 20+ years working there he's lied to about loans, ditching trade ins, telling hard working people to "sell your car on the streets" .  This is not customer service it's PREDATORY.  Ziggy violated California Business & Professional code 17200 (un fair/deceptive acts)  the Automotive Dealers Fair Practice Act and basic honesty.  I will also report "Ziggy" and Toyota of Riverside to the Federal Trade Commission for deceptive advertising and unfair practices under section 5 of the FTC act 1-877 FTC- HELP. California DMV dmvinvestigations.my.site.com , Bureau of Automotive Repair 1-800-952-5210 bar.ca.gov . Attorney General 1-800-952-5225 oag.ca.gov/consumers ,BBB bbb.org/file-a-complaint. This "salesman" made the whole car-buying experience miserable for me and my wife. He is the guy who makes your skin crawl the second you walk on the lot. The only thing he cares about is squeezing every penny he can out of you. Ziggy, He treated my wife and me very disrespectfully during our visit. He repeatedly called my wife "mi señora" instead of addressing her by name, had a cocky and arrogant attitude the entire time, and refused to show us basic paperwork. He would not provide the invoice breakdown, the interest rate, or the Carfax report when we asked. When my wife finally had the invoice in her hand he would pull it away. And walk out of the office in hand . Worse, he tried to gain our trust by bringing up that we are both "Mexican" acting like that somehow meant he wouldn't screw us over. It felt insulting and made us extremely uncomfortable. But Noe was very kind and understanding of what I was looking for in a car. He saw my old car of 13 years and he knew it was time. He was able to find me a car that I really wanted at a really good price and my monthly payments are comfortable for my budget. Noe worked with me until I was happy and satisfied with my choice. He listened to my needs and found exactly what I wanted for a long time. Noe was patient, kind, and very attention to detail of what a person needs. I was even impressed at the end of my purchase when I had to transfer my belongings to my new car. He helped me to make sure that I had everything that was mine out of my old vehicle, even up to a generic pen he thought might be important to me. It was late and he was still taking the time to explain the features in the new vehicle so that I could understand to manage them myself. I left feeling very comfortable of my purchase and feeling that I had made the right choice because Noe had been patient with me and took his time to make sure I was ok with my purchase. My 2024 Prologue is the first Honda I have owned and I have not been happy at all. Spreen Honda totally corrupted my opinion of dealerships and multiple issues with this vehicle has severely tarnished Honda's image. This vehicle, unbeknownst to me at the time, was really a GMC vehicle that Honda placed their name on. There are two open recalls on the truck. My vehicle has been in and out of the Spreen dealership more than 10 times in less than a year - axle clicking, front bumper coming off, display console blackouts, rear camera blackout, vehicle not updating, HondaLink app not connecting to the car, etc. Spreen service counselors are the worst liars ever. Service have told me that parts were not available for any of the recall and the issues with the axle could not be addressed until Honda authorized the replacement. Spreen needs to be investigated by the State of California!! After the poor service at Spreen multiple times, I decided to make an appointment with Riverside Honda. Mr. Brady was my assigned service counselor. Mr. Brady assured me that my vehicle would get a thorough inspection and all issues found will be addressed. As it turned out my concerns of safety were confirmed when the technician discovered that BOTH axles (left & right) were bad, clicking when making turns at low speed, and needed to be replaced. The vehicle is NOT two years old yet and there warranty repairs needed...?!?!? Mr. Brady ordered the axle parts and had them installed under the warranty. He also got the display recall repaired. Mr. Brady kept in contact with me the entire day whenever my vehicle was left in his care. Again, Mr. Brady has saved the face of Honda. However, I certainly believe I got a LEMON from Spreen Honda. If anyone has had the same issues and found a Lemon attorney to handle, please let me know.

I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously, and despite being contacted after my initial review, no meaningful effort was made to resolve the situation. At one point, I was warned about potential "defamation" for sharing my experience. That response felt inappropriate and discouraging, especially when I was simply trying to communicate what happened from my perspective. I was also repeatedly contacted by a salesperson even after I made it clear I was not interested, which added to the negative experience. If you are shopping for a car, I strongly recommend taking your time, comparing offers, and considering financing through a credit union or outside lender so you have more control in the process. Overall, I would not return here based on how my situation was handled.

What is most concerning is that on both occasions the vehicle lost all power while traveling on the freeway. This was not merely an inconvenience--it was a significant safety concern. Thankfully, both times I was close enough to an exit to safely maneuver the vehicle off the roadway. Had that not been the case, the outcome could have been far more serious. When purchasing a luxury vehicle, there is an expectation that the product will be reliable and that the ownership experience will be supported by a high level of professionalism, communication, and customer care. Unfortunately, our experience has fallen well short of those expectations. After two major battery-related failures and more than three months of cumulative repair time, we have lost confidence in both the vehicle and the dealership's ability to resolve these issues satisfactorily. His polite and welcoming demeanor is a huge plus, especially to a girly-girl who knows little about cars. I was nervous and had a dozen questions swimming in my head; worried about my "new baby"-- but just chatting with Nicolas, I was already put at ease. "Service with a smile" goes a long way and he has a great attitude for customer service. Ezekiel (you can call him Zeke) is awesome as well. He jotted down all my concerns and made sure to explain every step of the process. He didn't have the "smarmy, condescending car salesman" attitude. Since this was my first service for the new RX hybrid, it was an easy process but they actually made me feel welcomed and comfortable, which is incredibly appreciated. I went to Nissan Alhambra (NOT recommended - negative business practice). Contacted Nissan Duarte (poor inventory - doesn't have the car I wanted). And finally, Nissan Gardena (NOT recommended - they don't listen). When I say NOT recommended, just take my word for it. I don't want to elaborate too much detail since this review is for Riverside Nissan. So, as you can see, I basically made my rounds all over town to find the best place to buy or lease my car. Riverside Nissan is completely different from others. First, the price they quoted online (using their website) with all the discounts is legit and they honored it. I'm super happy! But take note that my credit score is outstanding, above 800, so your credit score may be a factor on your actual quote. People with bad credit usually pay more because they have a higher risk profile or higher default rate. However, not sure if this dealership enforces this common business practice or not. Just be aware about it if your credit is poor or below average. The majority of my transactions were professionally handled by Lisbet. She needs to work a tiny (very tiny) bit more on her communication or follow-up, but overall, she was excellent, friendly, and fast. She pretty much took care of everything: delivering the car to my place, paperwork, deal making, and driving my trade-in back to Riverside. I currently reside in Monrovia, so the drive is a little substantial especially with traffic. She definitely went above and beyond, which I deeply appreciate. (Thanks so much, Lisbet!) And the best part, Riverside Nissan gave a fantastic deal (based on my request) for my trade-in vehicle compared to other dealers!
