Next day arrives and the ETA they gave came and went I called she explained what the issue was and a tech came out within the hour. Long story short he did a great job and had no issues. Fast forward we had another request we needed done in our server room, called them since they did a great job the 1st time. The made an appt with an ETA of 9am-10am. I get a call around 9:45 saying tech will be late due to a previous call and if they want us to get another tech which would take an hour but the original tech shouldn't take long. I said if he's finishing up then we will stick with the original tech. 12-12:30pm rolls around and I call checking the status of the tech, dispatch tried to figure out and says he's coming. I said at this point it was faster getting a new tech. We Close around 5pm. Tech doesn't come until 2:30, 4-5hours past the original appt. We show him what needs to be done then says oh I need to get my tools we ask how long will that take since you were already 4hrs late he said he would need another 1-2hrs. We said forget it, let's reschedule to that following Monday. As soon as the tech (3-3:15) leaves I call to solidify the appt for Monday because we had a cable tech coming Tuesday. Conveniently no one from their dispatch office picks up. So I left a voicemail asking for someone to call back in regards to booking an appt. I had a feeling something funny was going to happen as I never got a call back, I called Saturday mid morning, Sunday mid morning sent an email and voicemail, still nothing at this point. Monday rolls around and I get a text message saying we are scheduled for Tuesday. How are we scheduled for Tuesday when I was trying to contact you since Friday afternoon? I called yet again and still nothing. So I sent a pretty stern text which I got a reply due to employee spouse tragic accident pretty much made everything chaotic. Which still doesn't explain why you cannot respond when your hours online list your open over the weekend as well. I had my colleague call and what do you know they picked up. He explains the frustration and she assures we can get a tech Tuesday between 6:30-7:30am. We asked to ensure they would be there. I didn't get a confirmation text until 11pm then Tuesday rolls around a I get an email from my colleague saying they never showed up. No call no nothing. We just went with another company who came out within the hour and finished as guess who was pulling up JAJ it was 8:30am. I told the tech you all were scheduled at set time and it's 8:30-8:45am. What was the issue? He was quiet, I asked again where was the miscommunication because regardless you still showed up 1-2hrs late. We said we didn't need their services. I will never use them again.

Carlos Guevara owns Servico Electrico and responded in less than 30 minutes to my quote request. Carlos and his electrician assistant arrive on time and started work immediately. The garage was drywalled so it took some time to get the wiring routed through the jousts - which is what I wanted so that it would look professional and remain safe. Carlos and his electrician assistant did the routing without complaint. After the job was completed, they cleaned up and showed me that the outlets worked/were GFCI protected. I now have two 20 A circuits each with a customized three GFCI electrical and two USB outlets - one on each side of the garage. Thank you!

We converted two rooms plus a hallway into a master suite as well as split two large upstairs rooms into three. We had structural concerns and lots of logistics to work out and I wouldn't trust anyone other than Mike to draw up the plans to make sure everything is safe and up to code. Al oversaw the projects and was in constant communication with us and regularly was on site to make sure everything was going smoothly. If anything wasn't 100% correct or what we had discussed, he would make sure it was remedied. Big shout out to Franz who even showed up to work the day after his wife had a baby! The M3 team worked late days and on weekends (with our consent) to meet their deadlines, even when the county held them up with permitting issues they still worked hard to finish within our timeframe. We even made major changes to our plans after construction had begun and they were able to pivot and help us get more square footage for the upstairs bedrooms. There were also numerous curveballs that they handled with ease (ya never know what you'll get with an old house). This was our first time doing any sort of large project and the team at M3 gave us plenty of guidance and support to make sure the finished product exceeded our expectations. If I had known that in advance, I would have been much less surprised by the final cost. I also have a hearing impairment, so verbal communication can be difficult for me. While Emerson did a thorough job, communicating estimates and pricing through Yelp messages or text would have made the experience much smoother.
