They have done all we've asked of them. The request was to refresh our bathroom. They have done that and more. We did not want to change the footprint of our bathroom, but update it with new flooring and fixtures. Their suggestions and work has changed the look of our bathroom completely. Beyond impressed! The Team at Make It Now Home Services did a awesome job dealing a small gap between the sunroom and the gutter above it. They found the most efficient way to close the fap so that no leaves or debris would get in. They took the time to assess the issue and resolved it by removing the gutter, installing a metal flashing, and then putting the gutter back. Additionally, the roof of the sunroom has a very specific contours. Marvin was able to cut the metal to match the specific design and shape of the roof to ensure that nothing gets into the sunroom. He also added clear caulk and installed insulation behind the flashing to ensure that cold weather doesn't get through in the winter months. By going the extra mile, the metal flashing is now discretely tucked away behind the gutter where it can do its job without being noticed. Fantastic! The team also installed a metal cover on a mini split condenser unit and showed me how to remove it for periodic AC maintenance. I'm very happy with the results from Make It Now Home Services. There's hair & debris stuck in the paint, drips, splotches, missing patches, and they painted right over nails & staples. It took three adult men over SEVEN hours (8:30 am - 3:40 pm) to hang a closet door & paint a single coat on this small entrance hallway, a tiny 1/2 bath & one stairwell. The guys showed up uninformed about the job. I had to pull up a text from their boss, Jaime, to show them what to do. He also forgot what we'd agreed to several times, despite it all being in writing & text messages (which I still have). He got argumentative whenever I had to point this out.
