I offered a bit extra if he could come the same day since I was hoping to get everything done before Thanksgiving, and he made it happen. Igor and his team were extremely professional from start to finish. He is incredibly meticulous and even suggested installing wood planks behind the lights to keep the light patterns consistent. I had spoken with five or six other installers before, and none of them mentioned this. By the way, not only did he install the wood planks but painted them to match the exterior. Igor was also very mindful about hiding all cables to keep the exterior looking clean, which I really appreciated.
