I see alot of poor reviews and let me just start by saying I have never left a review before on anything . This is my first review ever so bare with me. I purchased a 2015 Chevy Cruze from this dealership back in 2015. I have read people say they give out poorly made cars and horrible customer service but I have had no major issues with my car this whole time. I have took very good care of my car making sure the oils changed, All fluids are in speck, new tires, minor repairs etc. Unfortunately as the car gets older with more miles I am obviously going to have more issues that come along the way. I have had my engine light come on 2 different times, the first one was frustrating (had to do with a fuel pump) but the shop makes it very easy to schedule an appointment and they fix your car in a timely manner. Now, the main reason I am doing this review is because this last time I took my car in, a technician named Tyler Harrison has did an OUTSTANDING job on my car. I was stressed out, I didn't know what to do because of course my light came on at the worst possible time. Tyler was very calm and friendly to me, he had a very positive attitude and was very reassuring that everything would be fine. Not only that but he knew my issue before I even told him the diagnosis from my where I got the codes to see what was wrong with it just by listening to my car when I pulled in the shop. That told me how smart he was and how well he knows his cars and what he does for a living. He looked up my information and found out I had a warranty that would cover the issue. A warranty that I honestly didn't even know I had until he broke it down and showed me himself. When it was officially diagnosed it was exactly what he thought it was and luckily for me the warranty came through and covered it. Not only that but he got me in THE SAME DAY! I arrived a little before 3pm and I had somewhere to be by 5:00. He told me give him 30 minutes and he hit it right on the nose. He came in the lobby with a smile on is face after 30 minutes,handed me my keys, and like the gentleman he is held the door while I checked out. I have never ever been so impressed by such professionalism and how much someone knows about their job and cares about the people I had to leave a review. I have had my car for 3 years and I will never go to anyone else for car issues unless I have Tyler until this car dies completely or I am ready for a new one. I have to get on here to say that Robert Davis at Jake Sweeny Chevrolet on Kemper Rd. in Cincinnati (Tri-County) is hands down the best car salesman I've ever worked with. This is my 3rd vehicle from Jake Sweeny -- 2 from the Chrysler Dodge Jeep store and now my new Chevy from the Chevrolet store -- and this was the BEST buying experience I've ever had, period. Shout out to "Russ Flips Whips" for the education! After my bankruptcy, I knew my first car would have a high rate and instant negative equity. When I saw new EVs had up to $13,000 in rebates, I started looking. My sister had just bought her first brand-new car from Robert after our friend Carrie recommended him. I have purchased vehicles from Jake Sweeney Chevrolet for well over 35 years, sometimes purchasing two new vehicles for my wife and myself. Donny Young has sold me the majority of these vehicles mostly due to his personal attention. Let's just say he treats me like a brother when I'm there. I recently had to take my 2013 Volt in for repairs caused by a freak accident resulting in a damaged charge cord and receptacle covered on another person's Progressive liability policy. (another story) Of course as always I am treated with the utmost respect and personal attention upon my visit to Jake Sweeney Chevrolet. Justin, Gregg, J.J. and even the admin assistants, lot technicians and Volt specialist Anthony always make me feel comfortably at home, even as they were extremely busy. I so appreciate this especially without an appointment and with a couple of minor insurance issues in no way reflecting on Jake Sweeney Chevrolet. Even my sales person Donny Young, knowing I had a vehicle being repaired, made a point as always to touch bases with me to see if there was anything I needed as well as did Greg Camp and Don Scott. I stopped by Jake Sweeney Chevrolet just to look at a Camaro and was greeted by Hank Sykes, he was extremely professional. Hank was not pushy at all, he simply asked what we were looking for led us in the right direction. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles he showed us, and answered all of my questions concerning specifics aspects of the different models. He did not try to play any games with us, and gave us a great price on our new Camaro. Hank is one of the main reasons that we purchased our new car from Jake Sweeney. I visited the service department at Jake Sweeney. My car kept unexpectingly dying overnight and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. I called another dealership first for help, but they said I had to schedule an appointment, and the next one wasn't until the next day. That was impossible for me because I work full time, and I knew my car would die overnight. Jake Sweeney was my next option, and as soon as I was connected with the service department, a gentleman told me they were busy, but I could drop my car off for a rental while they looked at it. This was life saving and convient. I could go to work feeling assured that my car was in good hands. All of the staff members in the service department were professional, helpful, and courteous. Something really bizarre ended up being wrong with my car, but they kept me informed the entire time, and I couldn't be happier with the help I received. As I was removing the debris they put in my vehicle during our extremely short conversation the young man, who failed to assist us in any way, was rude AF. I cannot speak to the efficacy of their repairs as they seem overwhelmed with Chevrolet mechanical issues. Possibly a sign of the manufacture's commitment to mediocrity. I suggest you avoid this dealership, they have nearly zero understanding of customer service or even common courtesy. read more

Hi, I would like to recognize the service I received from Jake Sweeney on my 2016 Tahoe when I visited the dealership. I was helped by Gregg Parrett and the service I received from him was A++. I was an out of town visitor for a travel baseball tournament and had noticed on my trip my vehicle was having issues. I headed straight to this dealership and Greg was able to pinpoint right off the bat the issue ( 4 X 4 module recall on my vehicle). Our family was on a time constraint as I just rolled into town and my son had a baseball game that day. Gregg was able to get me back on the road in almost an hour and I was able to make it to the game. I would like to call out that my vehicle was services about 5 days prior (where I originally bought the vehicle in Illinois) and they gave no notice of this recall. I've been with Jake Sweeney Chevrolet for a number of years. I bought my third Avalanche from there and always serviced my second one there. Every time I go I always leave happy. I'm happy my wallet is happy and must of all my truck is happy. I feel like I have friends there. Tyler is always there to answer what every my questions are and he looks after my truck as if it was his. Making sure I keep my maintenance up to date. Never trying to sell me something I don't need. Ricky right there to make sure I'm comfortable while I wait and if I need any thing he is spot on. Stephen didn't stop until my remote starter was working again. Just an FYI. They do not follow through with their contracts. I purchased a new car with LIFE TIME oil changes. It was a big negotiating factor. They assumed since I live 45 minutes away I would not take advantage of this. They were wrong. I went in for my oil change this week they informed me they would no longer cover my oil changes. BE CAREFUL if they can change what lifetime means They will not stand behind anything they say. I have it in writing. I was told they had it changed through the lawyers. Bad business. Absolutely an awesome place to visit. I made an appointment to test drive a car ( i live 2 hours away) but a random walk in came to test drive the car 15 minutes before i got there. From a business standpoint first come first serve and i understand that. BUT, to make up for not being able to drive the car, they (Tyreese) offered to completely fill my gas tank for my drive, and still let me check the car out in case they do not buy it.
