Clearly someone in QA at Tusk was asleep at the wheel.... POD shows they have been back for a week. (9/22) Nobody answers the phones there. Nor do they call back when requested. They just communicate via the Amazon Portal. Their responses are somewhat timely, but irrelevant. They keep circling on already agreed to plans of action. And then do nothing - as per the other reviews have stated. This has been going on for over a week. The latest was they would ship the Silver pannier but for $30 more (outside Amazon's purview). - the product is the same price everywhere regardless of color. Followed by: "We need your PayPal account number to issue a refund". Clearly outside of Amazon's sellers policy and clearly a "text book scam"... My hope is that Amazon can police their sellers on this sort of thing. If not, I have a business trip to Lehi in two weeks. Where I will gladly schedule a meeting with the District Attorney to look into this.

Beware of life time warranty! I purchased a new alternator with a lifetime warranty. After the…read morealternator started to fail I went to my local O'Reilly's to exchange it. I was told that they had change their part numbers and because of new numbering system my warranty was no longer valid. I went in with my purchase invoice and was told too bad my Alternator now longer was under warranty. I ended up purchasing another one reluctantly as I needed to get my truck working now. Upon completing my purchase I was told my new alternator had a lifetime warranty... I just laughed. I will be visiting the competition in the future. 1 Star for not honoring a life time warranty!

They tried to figure out what the problem would be and told us if we could get it going enough to get it there they could run diagnostics and let us know anything else to help solve the problem. They asked if there was anything else and answered a question I had on another product. They really care compared to other places. Thanks for making me feel like I matter.

They helped us fixed the actual problem, fixed some more minor issues for free AND they have life time warranty for the major fixes that they did for us!! After coming back to the shop 3 hours later to pick it up, my car was not at the shop. Turns out they took the car to another shop in town who had the correct machines to get the job done. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing my car driven in to the shop from a different shop. Fast forward to now, my AC went out again several weeks ago and I'll need to take it in once more to inspect what is happening. While this service was cheaper then competitors I feel it may have been worth it in the long run to take it somewhere else because I'll end up paying more to get it done again anyway at this point.

Walmart forgot to put the oring on after changing our oil so that whole drive oil was slowly leaking out all over our engine and car and they could've caused us serious engine repairs and being in a different state we had to take care of it. I will never go back there for an oil change after they made such a simple mistake that could've easily been avoided by making sure they did what they were supposed to and it caused us so much money to fix.

My windshield washer fluid had already frozen once when I was in Texas, and a local AutoZone there had sold me washer fluid rated only to 34°F... which clearly wasn't going to cut it. So I stopped here to make sure everything was taken care of before driving on to Casper, Wyoming. The staff was incredibly helpful. He immediately understood the situation and recommended a universal antifreeze coolant that could safely be added to my existing coolant. When I mentioned that an AutoZone in LA had sold me washer fluid rated for 34°F, he literally went "pffff." Not only did he help carry everything out to my car, but he also popped the hood and showed me exactly where to pour both the washer fluid and the coolant. Honestly, that probably saved me another 20 minutes of trying to figure it out on my own. I'd say AutoZone is my go-to place for help on road trips, and the service at this location was truly exceptional!!!
