As retirees on a limited income, we cannot afford additional costly repairs. We were not offered any refund, partial reimbursement, or clear explanation of what the actual problem might be or how it could be fixed. While we understand that some repairs can be difficult to diagnose, our experience left us feeling that we paid a significant amount of money without receiving a solution to the issue that brought us in. This is UNETHICAL PRACTICE and UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR and has been reported to the State Insurance Department for further investigation on this matter.
