I approved the job. I came 2 days later to pick up my vehicle to find out the bill is now 1025.00 with no phone call to approve the additional cost. I asked about the bill. When I asked the owner, he threw his glasses on his desk and said I knew this was going to happen? No kidding, how did he know this was going to happen? That's great, so after being yelled at for about 20 mins about the bill and the extra cost with no phone call, I decide to just pay it and get out.So I pay and leave. On my ride home, I realize that my vehicle is exactly the same as it was before the 1025.00 and has NOT changed at all. I called and came to get the owner and we went for a ride. After the ride we go back to his office and he shows me pictures of the rear differential fluid and debris on the plug.. No kidding. So he charged me over 1000 dollars for a repair he quoted me 650 for and still did NOT fix my vehicle.. This could have been handled much, much differently. Did my vehicle need u joints? maybe. But was the problem that is was brought in for fixed for my 1000.00? Hell no. Lets see what Illinois has to say about this.. Every motor vehicle repair facility shall either (i) give to each consumer a written estimated price for labor and parts for a specific repair and shall not charge for work done or parts supplied in an amount that exceeds the estimate by more than 10% without oral or written consent of the consumer or (ii) give to each consumer a written price limit for each specific repair and shall not exceed that limit without oral or written consent of the consumer. I think my attorney needs to see my receipt.

I drove over 3 hours with my family and young child. Upon arrival they said it 'sold within the last hour' -- no callback was ever made. In my experience, Drew Romano is a terrible rep to work with. Other buyers should look elsewhere to make their purchase do not shop here and avoid working with Drew at all costs.

The other day the battery had completely died. Pulled the battery and it's a Ford motor craft battery with a 36 month replacement warranty. There was a purple sticker dated 7/23 on one side and then some type of Kunes shipping sticker dated July 2023 on the other side. On 5-18-2026, my wife called the service department about the warranty to have the battery replaced as it was still within the warranty. Service told her they wouldn't replace the battery. I then drove up there to speak with service about it as it didn't make sense why the battery wouldn't be replaced when it was within the 36 month warranty. I was told they wouldn't replace the battery as I didn't physically purchase the battery even though I physically purchased the truck from the dealership with that battery in it. Also spoke to a sales manager who just pushed me back off onto service. The service department would rather lose revenue servicing my vehicles and the sales department would rather lose revenue from my future vehicle purchases and me no longer recommending Kunes over something that probably cost around $100-$150 or so at dealership cost. The request to replace the battery under warranty is not unreasonable and I don't understand how you as a Ford dealership will not stand behind a Ford product.

I would not recommend Antioch Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram based on my experience…read more I brought my 2023 Chrysler Pacifica in for a warranty repair due to engine problems. The dealership performed major work under the powertrain warranty, including cylinder head and gasket repairs. When I picked up the vehicle on September 12, it was not in proper working condition. The cooling system had no flow because it was clogged -- something clearly documented in their own service report. They stated the heater cores were clogged and quoted me $2,021 for repairs, claiming it was not covered. This makes no sense because the issue was a direct result of the engine failure, where coolant and oil contamination affected the system. Instead of fully repairing the vehicle under warranty, they returned it in a non-working condition and tried to charge me for the remaining damage. Additionally, the 12V battery stopped working after the repair, even though it had no issues before. I tried to resolve this directly with them and also through the Better Business Bureau, but the issue is still unresolved. Very frustrating experience. Be careful if you are relying on warranty repairs here
