Very upset i always go here for my 9 kids birthdays ! They changed the packages to where you don't get arcades games and you pay more ! On too of it they even add another fee of 25$ which never had that before ! I mean why the extra 25 for ! Don't make any sense and the place barely has rides! And took arcades games off some of the packages like what a waste of money so upset the whole thing sucked !Cici was awesome our party host was the sweetest ill give that ! And Drew absolutely amazing my kids love him

Me and my family used to come here when I was a kid but before and after Covid it unfortunately lost its spark and we stopped going for years. But after the new owners arrived and they actually showed passion and pure kindness to ACTUALLY put an effort into renovating this into a fun happy place for kids, teens, and adults once more. Trust me when I say it may not be the same as Amazing Jake's years ago, it surely has so much more now. From food to games and even prizes to win there is SO MUCH MORE! And I love to see the new owners actually do this for the community and the kids too, and it shows in their work and what they've done. Inside is very very spacious and has so so many things to do and play. You can play games that other Arcade places make you pay extra to do, from digital games and physical games they are sooo fun. Workers were very nice and clear, let us know all about the cards and different prices. Food was good, I love how all the workers kept everything very clean, if something spilt it would be wiped right away. I also love how there's a movie room for kids and also a separate room for sport channels for adults. There's also screens outside too for parents who want to watch something while also being there to supervise their kids playing. This is a really good place to take your kids, a hangout for teens, birthday parties, family gatherings and honestly anyone. You can come in to eat and watch tv or come to play games! It's really considerate to all and I appreciate that they do that. I had so much fun here with my family we will definitely be coming back again.

Great fun for all ages. Had an absolute blast yesterday at Jake's. Can't wait to go again. Fun games, rides, food.

This trip was a random idea one day and not for a party. My daughter had been asking to go here for a while and we finally decided to check it out. I bought discounted tickets ahead of time which I thought would save us time, but not really. There was definitely a staffing shortage and not enough people to run all the rides, but the people that were there were bouncing bavk and forth so the kids could rude everything. There was a good amount of games for kids to play ad well. My favorite is always the clown game :) The buffet was so so, like most buffets. My kids wanted pizza and cookies. My husband and I tried the salad and pasta. It wasn't too bad, nothing spectacular though. My biggest problem was the lack of any supervision near the food. Kids run rampant in this place and no one is watching. That is a parenting fail, obviously. But the food is unsupervised so kids are running up and grabbing cookies in an unsanitary way and ice cream was everywhere! Full cones of ice cream were being dropped on the floor with no one to notice or pick up. Would we go back? Probably not. It was more than I want to pay for the experience I had. My husband and I also had food poisoning afterwards, which seems normal for a buffet.

I've been here a few times, once for a birthday party. It's a pretty big place with arcade games, bowling, laser tag, VR games, and even some small carnival rides, like Merry-go-round, and bumper cars. There's even an all you can eat and drink buffet included in the package. Usually it's pizza or pasta, salad bar, cookies. Even have ice cream soft serve. Lots of pizza choices. You can basically spend the whole day there. A very good deal.

We had an amazing experience. We purchased the Groupon which was $37.50 per person and got unlimited rides and games and $40 on the claw machine (swipe) games. The rides are all excellent. Food isn't high end but perfect for kids! They have pizza, pasta, salad (need to have more fresh salads), baked potato, cookies and ice cream machine. Fruit is all canned which wasn't great. They also have bowling, laser tag, and a VR area. You can easily spend 8 hours here with the kids. Awesome place!

Salad dressing spoiled over a week ago. Smelled terrible

I've been coming here over 10 yrs. The quality has dropped so much. The food is gross. The salad dressing expired over a week ago. I got chips because I figure they were safe. Expires in 2 days. Is everything in the kitchen expired? The salad smelled could not eat it. The pizza had nothing on half the slices. I spent over $200 on 2 $130 wrist bands. $18 for me to just watch and over $100 on ticket games. I won't be back I pray we don't get sick. I brought it to 2 employees about the salad dressing they finally pulled it. Many games are broke you can't find employees to help

    How are the services?

How are the services? If you mean by how's the staff they're helpful and informative. The buffet was laid out perfectly. Food was great.I didn't book a birthday party so I'm not sure how those services are exactly.

Wanting to book a joint birthday party for my girls. One is turning 5 and the other turning one. Is this a good place for smaller kids?

This place is perfect for that age group. We took our grand babies on most of the rides. We took the 1 and 3 year old on the tea cups and the 3 year old on the Radius and he loved it! I think you will find it a great place to go, we all enjoyed…

What's the difference between the color wristbands?

I don't know the exact answer but I'm going to venture a guess: I think one color might be for big…

Do i have to pay extra if I want to bowl or laser tag?

Laser tag no. Bowling, not sure, but I don't think so.

Does Jake's Unlimited have a gluten free menu or options?

The day we were there yes they had 2 or 3 gluten free items

Where is the laser tag? I was just there a few weeks ago and walked around the whole building and didn't see laser tag.

It is all the way in the back wall close to the bumper cars.

Our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was. We ended up loving our coordinator, Katie. She was incredibly sweet, organized, and helpful during the final stages of planning and on the day of the wedding. The only challenge we experienced was that she was our third or fourth coordinator throughout the planning process. The staff changes made it a little difficult to keep track of previous conversations and details, which added some stress along the way. In the end, everything came together beautifully, but the turnover was a bit tough to navigate. The food catered by the venue was fantastic. We received so many compliments from our guests about how delicious everything was, and the catering staff did an amazing job. Where we struggled a little was with pricing expectations. Based on our initial conversations and the overall cost of the venue, we assumed more items were included than what ended up being covered. As we got closer to the wedding, there were several additional fees that surprised us and made budgeting harder than expected. For example, we chose not to do signature drinks because there was a $300 fee just to offer them, even though we were providing the alcohol ourselves. It was small things like that which we hadn't anticipated being extra. Even with those frustrations, we truly had a wonderful experience overall. Our wedding day was beyond magical, and the venue and catering staff worked incredibly hard to make everything run smoothly. We are very grateful for their efforts and for the beautiful memories we were able to create there. Overall, we would absolutely recommend having your wedding here.

They have packages to choose from but we ultimately decided to book the venue itself and details regarding the bar and then personally book the vendors they have on their booking list. Halfway through planning we got overwhelmed and decided to add the florist, DJ, and photographer on our package and it did cost less than booking outside of the package! We had 100 guests and we got compliments from almost everyone on the venue itself, caterer, flowers, and DJ. For how expensive weddings can be I can confidently say booking with Villa Siena makes it so easy and so worth it! An additional thank you to our coordinator Jessica she was so helpful and kind & neither my husband or I or even our wedding party had to worry about a thing. Everything was so seamless and perfect.

I came here for a really large work party and the best way to describe the ambiance was a nice wedding reception without a wedding. We had beautifully decorated tables with assigned seats, fun music, a bar, and photo ops. The drinks were good - in my opinion they were pretty standard event cocktails. Definitely tasty, but not craft cocktail level drinks. When it came time to eat and we all went through the buffet, I had pretty low expectations since it is a buffet to feed over 100 people. I have to say though, the food was really and truly wonderful. Best event food I've had hands down. Overall if you're looking for a fun place for your next large party this is a great option. Since we were planning the event from out of town, having a team we could trust was incredibly important -- and Bailey and the entire staff handled everything flawlessly. Even the decorations were set up beautifully and exactly as we had hoped. The food was excellent, the staff was friendly and attentive, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. A special thank you to Bailey, the Event Coordinator, who was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. She was organized, responsive, and made everything feel easy and stress-free leading up to the event and the night of the dinner. The highlight was definitely the Rafter Room -- it was even more impressive in person than in the pictures. My first visit to Social Hall a few weeks ago was outstanding…read more I visited with my sister, daughter, and 6-year-old grandson on a Sunday afternoon shortly after opening. The restaurant is much larger than I expected and beautifully designed. We were greeted immediately, seated quickly, and had a wonderful server who walked us through the menu and offered recommendations. The food was excellent. I ordered the brisket nachos from the small plates menu and was shocked by the portion size. They arrived hot and loaded with toppings, including a generous helping of tender, well-seasoned brisket. My daughter's Brussels sprouts were crispy, flavorful, and topped with bacon. My sister loved her cheeseburger and truffle fries, and my grandson couldn't stop saying, "This some good food, Ma!" with every bite of his mac and cheese. What really sealed the experience was when the manager stopped by our table. She was warm, welcoming, shared some history about the restaurant, and made us feel genuinely appreciated as first-time guests. We left already talking about when we'd come back. Because of that experience, I brought additional family members and a friend back last night. Unfortunately, the second visit was very different. Our waitress was wonderful and provided excellent service, but the food lacked the quality and flavor we experienced the first time. I ordered the same brisket nachos and Brussels sprouts, but the portions and seasoning were noticeably different. The Brussels sprouts weren't as crispy or flavorful, and the nachos had very little brisket. When I mentioned it, our waitress graciously brought out more brisket, which I appreciated, but the dish still wasn't the same. Others in our group were disappointed as well. The wings lacked flavor, a burger was overcooked, and my son--who is a chef and was excited to try--didn't particularly enjoy his meal. The contrast between our two visits was surprising. Our first experience was easily 5 stars, while our second left us questioning whether we'd return. That said, because our first visit was so impressive, I'm willing to believe this may have simply been an off night. Social Hall clearly has the potential to deliver an excellent dining experience. I'm hopeful our second visit was the exception rather than the rule, and I would consider giving them another chance in the future.
