Decided to take my kids here while they were on spring break. I honestly wish we would have asked for a refund and taken our money elsewhere. Buffet/dining area - foods should have been labeled and desperately needed refilling as everything was low. The dining area was filled with dirty tables. Games - Many games were either out of order or were missing parts (a basketball game my son wanted to play was missing the ball, another game was missing balls to throw at clowns, fishbowl game only had one ball). Rides - Rides were not attended leaving half of them to be closed. It looked like only 1 or two people were overseeing the rides so if we wanted to ride something, it had to be whichever ride the attendant happened to be at. Prize area - waited 10 mins for an attendant to collect our tickets for prizes and no one came. It's also ridiculous that it costs extra to play for tickets and prizes. Overall a poor experience. Won't be returning and will be letting friends know not to waste their money here either. read more

Maybe I went on a really busy day but the buffet line for pizza was around the corner and really picked over. I'm not a germaphobe but it just felt pretty unsanitary touching the tongs and then putting them back in the salad bowl for the next person to touch. I waited in line for an hour for my daughter to get on the bumper cars. During that wait, kids were cutting in line and the staff was either oblivious or busy fixing the broken cars which kept and breaking. At one point only 2 we're working. Came early on Saturday because other reviews said the buffet gets low during the middle of the day and they don't keep it up with food. We came 15 minutes after they opened. Plenty of food then. But I just can't explained how BAD the food tasted! Our 5 year old granddaughter hated the pizza and did not eat it, as we couldn't eat it either. She only enjoyed the tea cups. We were only there for 45 minutes because there was nothing for a 5 year old to play. This place may be good for people who don't have a clue on what good food is. Dirty, overpriced and overly hyped up. Listen if your gonna charge those high prices at least make the food good. Trash cans from the buffets can be smelled from the other side of the building. Rides were the only thing decently cleaned and ran. The arcade machines are all dirty. The ninja turtle machine seemed to have vomit under the screen. The experience I had at Jake's unlimited was beyond underwhelming. First off the place was disgusting, food all over the buffet, ice cream on the floor and to be honest not a single employee/associate seemed to have a care in the world about it. So I thought ok maybe I'd go to the bar... god awful drinks. I asked for a Long Island you can't mess that up right? Wrong... I am not happy! We took my 14 month old and 3 1/2 year old to this place yesterday. I want a refund seeing that we paid 62$, for basically nothing! My son and daughter could do only about 4 games and 2 rides. They hardly ate the buffet food. They maybe ate 1$ worth so the face we had to each pay for the buffet on top of other things is NOT with it. To walk away with like 2 prizes that were worth like .50 cents each. I could have taken them for Peter piper pizza and spent like 10$ for them to play way more games. I want my money back. IM really mad about this. Guess we will see how customer service handles this. Maybe I can update my review based on UPDATE: SPOKE with the owner and he was incredibly rude. Please do not go to this place they falsely charge you. This place is a great place to have a kids birthday party at $15 per person for unlimited food, bowling, and laser tag for two hours. The food is surprisingly good for the price. My only complaints are that the eating area was unclean and that the mini bowling machines kept malfunctioning when resetting up the pins. read more

I had my daughters birthday party here on a Wednesday. We had an issue with them cancelling my party after a mix up with a server. Earlier in the week we had rescheduled it two hours later and that was fine, and confirmed it a few days later with an employee. Come down to the party and the server was never scheduled for the new time. After 10 mins of back and forth we finally got our party, but lost our private room for being 30 mins into our party time with the employee. Okay, cool but our seats were in the middle of another group section and let's just say we didn't get to celebrate like we wanted to. This group stole play cards off our tables, tried to ply with my daughters presents, it was really disappointing. *The buffet was so disappointing. It seemed to cater to the middle eastern demographic (pork and rice) and its either that or watery Mac and cheese. The buffet was so dirty and very limited for being 4:30pm in the afternoon. No salad options, just lettuce or romaine with some ranch and croutons. You're better off going to CICIS or Peter Piper for their buffet. The only good part was the pizza and ice cream. *The whole place was dirty. I slipped on so many ice cubes, there were puddles of soda leaking out of the over filling trash cans that day there FOR HOURS.. the trash wasn't emptied so I had to walk around looking for an empty trash can so I didn't add to the mess of the over flowing ones. Also! They started clearing my party when we were still there at the next table talking, I had to stop them but they already cleared half of my kids stuff and didn't even replace them. I paid for a party table and it was thrown away in my face. They should be worried about the disgusting environment instead of trying to take my kids half eaten buffet plates. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because management helped and fixed everything I was unhappy about. I wish I had a better area for my daughters party, like the private rooms that no one were using all night, but it's cool. I definitely won't be back especially for a party. This place is so incredibly overpriced and just awful. I bought a Groupon, 4 people for $140. Half of the games are broken or missing pieces and can't be used at all. The food is inedible in my opinion and was all cold despite us getting there at opening. What a deal!!! Went with my 2 grandkids 4 & 8. Had a blast. Didnt come across any broken machines and food was fresh and good! Went on a Saturday and lines were not bad at all. I purchased the pro package for each of us and it's unbelivable deal. I spend twice as much on tokens at chucke cheese or peter piper for half the fun. The young people wrkng there were helpful and so nice. Place was very clean. I don't understand some of the other negative reviews. We will be back!!! read more

I normally don't write bad reviews but I felt like I needed to on this one. Parents... save your money and go somewhere else! For three of us to do the unlimited option it was $211. The food was gross and the pizza was soggy. The pasta was dry and flavorless. There were SO many games that were not working. The wristband doesn't work half of the time with a lot of the machines. The bowling was nice and the VR was nice.Overall it just needs a major upgrading. I would like to add that I didn't see them sanitize anything while I was there. Three of the bathroom stalls didn't have toilet paper. For the money... go somewhere else that you can enjoy your day! read more

Here just supporting an impromptu birthday party for my daughter, so can't comment on the entertainment portion here other than my kids and friends had fun. COVID wise I was overall satisfied with protocol and consistency in what I experienced. Was here for 4 hours and didn't notice anything negative from staffing following protocol. They serve you food from the buffet (standard buffet tasting food and selection) and have a large sneeze guard in place...better than none at all, as well as from the drink station. Observed staff consistently cleaning dining room areas and gaming areas. Currently require and enforce facial coverage while there. The hand sanitizer definitely has a bad smell to it. I happened to have my own with me so not an obstacle for me but could be for others. They keep track of how many coming through the door...although it's not terribly busy right now. Definitely better than most places in regards to doing what they can to help families feel safe. Been to other indoor entertainment that have been horrible even though they post and preach certain protocol. Still think a device charging station would be nice...especially for parents like myself than are watching the chaos while not doing games ourselves. read more

Loved it came Here so many times before with my siblings that were in CPS. Jake the bartender was AMAZING! And loved the drinks ithim and the other staff were so welcoming. We had a birthday party here, and honestly was extremely disappointed in the service. They say you can come 15 minutes early to decorate the room, yet I was there 30 minutes early and still didn't get to be in the room till the party actually started because the hostess wasn't showing up. I'm frustrated and disappointed we chose this place. We've never had a bad experience having a birthday party somewhere until we went here. The hostess was hardly ever in the room and some kids waited over half an hour to get their wristbands to play because she was no were to be found. Announced to the lady at the front desk that we had never been here before and didn't know how it worked, she gave us a very dumbfounded look and proceeded to be rude and unhelpful until I said "f*ck it" and bought a pro pass. $81 for the games to not work, steal our credits, sit on sticky seats or play sticky games, and the bartender straight up walked away when I walked up to the counter, like I didn't exist. We powered through because we spent a lot of money and drove 40 minutes to get there, but I most definitely will not be back and will not recommend this poorly ran business. The silverware was so dirty and the employees were sitting there on their phones wile we were waiting to be served. They just stood around at the candy bar not doing anything but texting. So, firstly, we are a family of 4. 2 boys around 7 and 10. We live around an hour away so when we come here, we stay for awhile. Not once, while we spend nearly all day here, did any of us get bored. The rides themselves, are fun. There are not very many of them, but that doesn't seem to bother us, or the kids at all. They love the laser tag, and all of the games. We got the larger pass, which gave us unlimited everything aside from the bowling and mini bowling. We could have gotten one round of each of those, but never even got over there to it. The layout doesn't make it seem crowded, which I appreciate. Every staff member that we spoke with was helpful and friendly. Compareable to other places that are similar, I feel like this definitely gives us more "bang for our buck". The cost on each redemption game isn't too high like most places, which I truly appreciate. The food is good. I wouldn't say that it outstanding, but let's be honest, most buffets are in that same category. I felt like there are plenty of toppings availble to make our own salad delicious, everything looked and tasted fresh. I have a Surprise birthday party planned at this location this coming weekend, and thus far, I have zero complaints. Food: 1.5 out of 5 Overall the food felt like the cheapest thing at this place. Granted it is what you would expect at a place like this but the pizza was barely edible it felt. The Mac and Cheese didn't have any cheese, and other food choices here weren't that great. They did have an unlimited ice-cream machine which was very nice. Kid Attractions: 3.5 out of 5 Overall the kid attractions were okay, there were 2 rides that allow 3 & under to ride on that was the carousel and tea-cups. They had a little arcade that consisted of 5 machines for the little ones but only 3 or 4 of them worked out of the 5 total. Laser Tag: 3 out of 5 Laser Tag was quite fun for everyone, the only problem we faced was that we had to wait a long time in the beginning to even play as there was no staff member monitoring the area to play games. Once we were able to play they did no such thing in organizing each team thus in one game we had 6 on one team and 12 on another. We also had an issue with doing 1v1's in laser tag in which they said no to but then allowed a different group to do that. Bowling: 4 out of 5 Bowling was okay for the most part. A few of the lanes were buggy such as your bowl not counting or bowling balls getting stuck in the gutter. Some of the shoes had cuts in the back, and felt very worn down. Overall bowling wasn't horrible, and provided a lot of fun for the family. VR: 2.5 out of 5 It felt as if most of the VR games weren't working or the card swipe (to start the game) was "unavailable" or broken. The only VR games we got to play were the Omni VR, and the roller coaster game, and only 1 of the seats for the roller coaster game worked. For the Omni VR where you're on a treadmill we had issues with only 3 of the 4 treadmills working as it wouldn't move you in game. Arcade: 3 out of 5 The arcade wasn't terrible but we felt as if a lot of games were "unavailable," and noticed a few game's being broken or turned off. If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. My 4 year old daughter took off her wrist band while we were bowling after paying $172.00 for the unlimited pass. After paying an extra $25 for bowling we noticed it when I went to the front they requested a receipt which when you pay it gives you the option not to get it. So hence now they want me to pay full price for my kid during the last hr. We came home with such a bitter moment from that place after spending $200+ for 2 kids 2 adults and kids crying because they couldn't get on most of the rides. I had a great time here. My friends and I came in on a groupon and it was a lot of fun. it wasn't exceptional though until my friend cut open her hand. Arlene, the girl at the gift center, jumped into action without hesitation, found a first aid kit and was able to bandage her cut quickly. That was a level of costumer service I wouldn't normally expect from an employee at busy place like that, but she really stepped up and helped us out.
