I contacted Duke about wiring and installation of 3 fans…read more Of the 4 different electrical contractors that we contacted he was the most responsive and understood exactly what we needed, even though I sent the same message via Yelp to the other contractors. His pricing was similar to the others and he understood that I didn't want any drywall damage. The others could or would not accomodate this request. He was flexible about the day and time for installation and worked around remote work meetings schedules and separate fan delivery from Home Depot. He was able come by on a Friday and his crew were able to pre wire in everything in a couple of hours without any holes in the drywall by pulling the wire through the existing conduit. The fans arrived the next day on Saturday and he was able to again accomodate the remote work meeting schedule and able to install these very nice fans in a couple of hours and even immediately corrected the tilted rod that one of his crew had installed incorrectly. I am a perfectionist and one of the most difficult people to impress and gotta say I was very impressed. We were impressed by his communications, punctuality, and flexibility.
