Christine is very talented at her craft, she thoroughly explains the process of her services and products and you can tell she puts extreme care in the work she does. In the past I tried a few salons to get my Brazilian wax but none of them felt comfortable. My first experience at Lady Lam was so comfortable, Christine made sure I was well situated, was gentle and also distracted me with her wonderful presence. The towel that they supplied to clean up didn't really seem to help much. We took off for vacation the next day, and all I could think about was how painful my bikini area was. Later that night, I was appalled at how red and broken my skin was. It took about 3 days just for my skin to calm down, and then I noticed that she had missed a bunch of spots which was a bummer on vacation. I don't have sensitive skin, and have never had such red and irritated results. Linda was nice and she was quick, but the room didn't seem that clean and I was pretty disappointed with the end result.
