I get my Brazilians/bikinis done often since this year with them. Every waxer I've had, makes me feel comfortable. I personally prefer their wax over sugaring elsewhere from experience, but everyone's body is different. The only reason I am giving a 4 stars is due to my visit with them the end of July, one of the girls had a used stick on the floor. She did mention that she was the only one working that evening. Which is hard on her I'm sure -- but the cleanliness that day wasn't the best and seeing that made me feel icky I didn't say anything because I didn't want to give her a hard time. But also my skin was a bit more irritated from getting my wax done by her after that day. So she might have just been a less experienced waxer. Other than that, no complaints thus far with them.

I always get the volume lashes (which is 3 lashes put on an individual real lash). She makes my lashes look full and long without looking fake. I always get compliments on my lashes and most people don't even know it's extensions. My lashes look great in pictures. My eyes never get irritated from it. The lashes look like real lashes and they curl up nicely so you don't need to curl it. My lashes still look good a month after (if you take good care of them). Booking the first appointment: I believe her site says to call. She is very busy so you'll prob always reach her voicemail. I left her a voicemail with all of my information on how I wanted to book an appointment, when I was free, which lashes I wanted, etc. She responded in a timely manner and sent me all of the information I needed to prepare for my first appointment. The consultation: She was very informative. Told me about the aftercare. Asked what I wanted my lashes to look like; first time, I got round eyes but now I do cat eyes (longer lashes on the outer part of my eyes). She has many different lash lengths to choose from and helps you choose the best length. Getting the lashes on: Does not hurt at all! You get to lay on a comfortable little bed for 1-2hours with calm music in the background. She always offers to tuck you under a blanket. Sometimes Christine chats with me, not in a way like she's just trying to get tip, she isn't overly chatty. She's super sweet. During my lash appointments, I always fall asleep and when I wake up, my lashes are beautiful! First, she puts tape on your bottom lashes. Then she applies the lashes. She always checks and rechecks to make sure she's not missing any lashes. When she's done, she fans it (to get rid of any glue fumes, so your eyes won't burn when you open them), sprays what feels like a setting spray and makes sure no lashes are stuck to your bottom lash. Then you can open your eyes to look at your lashes. Booking refill appointments: After getting them done for the first time (in 2015), she was very informative on when refills should be done or how I can just let them fall off or book an appointment to take them off. She recommends getting refills every 3-4 weeks. She never pressured me into booking a refill appointment. I always book my refills in advance because she gets booked up quick. She's always very helpful with booking; I am a full-time student so each qtr my schedule changes, I tell her what days and times I can do and she looks in her calendar and tells me all of my options. I can always set-up appointments with her via text too. The week of the refill appointment, she sends a reminder text. Getting refills: She always remembers what I like (size and shape) so I never have to remind her. I go a few minutes early and most times she takes me in early and we get started right off the bat. Tips: -ALWAYS book at least a month (if not more) in advance to get an appointment time that works for you. -Always come on time or earlier! If you come late, you're just losing out on precious minutes that could've been used to put on my lash extensions! And she has a policy that if you come a certain of minutes late, you lose out on that appointment. -if you absolutely need to cancel/reschedule, give LOTS of notice because that's just rude. I always recommend Christine to anyone looking to get their lashes done because I always walk out satisfied. People think it costs a lot but it's worth it. I've seen people pay less for lashes elsewhere and they were not happy with their lashes. Get your lashes done by Christine and you'll never want to quit!

Christine is very talented at her craft, she thoroughly explains the process of her services and products and you can tell she puts extreme care in the work she does. In the past I tried a few salons to get my Brazilian wax but none of them felt comfortable. My first experience at Lady Lam was so comfortable, Christine made sure I was well situated, was gentle and also distracted me with her wonderful presence. She is a wonderful listener and her studio space is well appointed. I also have for a couple facials with her and they were so relaxing! The prices for all of her services are very reasonable for the service that lasts for a long while. You will need to book with her well in advance (month + recommended) because she is in high demand. The towel that they supplied to clean up didn't really seem to help much. We took off for vacation the next day, and all I could think about was how painful my bikini area was. Later that night, I was appalled at how red and broken my skin was. It took about 3 days just for my skin to calm down, and then I noticed that she had missed a bunch of spots which was a bummer on vacation. I don't have sensitive skin, and have never had such red and irritated results. Linda was nice and she was quick, but the room didn't seem that clean and I was pretty disappointed with the end result.
