CHECK YOUR TICKET. I noticed some things on our check that we didn't order. I took it to the counter and got an apology and told the total was actually about $5 less than the printed total. But then my card is charged the incorrect amount and this fool tries to tell me that their merchant system charges credit and debit payments an extra fee. Mind you, the total was about $40, I didn't order a soda and binge free chips. SO ALLEGEDLY THEY CHARGE CREDIT CARD USERS AN EXTRA $5 Bull malarkey. Yall lyin'. Yall cheatin'. We had good service and the food tasted good at the time, but the majority of the people in our group felt very bad the next day.

It took about 10 minutes before a server came to our table. We were about to go find someone, before she walked up. Food-mine came out first, (soft shell taco) it was cold. My mom's soup followed. Five to ten minutes later, my sister's food arrived. She said it was terrible! It would be better if the food came out at the same time! There will never be a return visit! read more

Food is really good. But service tonight was the worst. We should have walked out since it took over 15 minutes to get a drink order! Never got the water I ordered. We were apparently never assigned a server so we continued to "bother" everyone whenever we needed something. Yes, we'll be back but just beware, service is hit or miss and some servers are just not friendly. We really felt like a nuisance tonight. read more

Horrible place in terms of food. We were a party of five (Dinner). All our plate were prepared in less than 15 min, bland, served damned cold and with cheap ingredients (the flour tortillas were served right off the generic supermarket bag). Their margarita were atrocious, an waste of Jose Cuervo tequila. Their cook should be FIRED. A crime against all Mexican restaurants in the world. Us$ 120 I'll never get back. read more

We did not like this place at all. We went there on a Sunday morning. They were out of guacamole, which should have been our first sign of danger. I guess they forgot any grocery store sells avocados. My wife ordered the fish tacos. See pic. It looked like they deep fried a minnow and put it on the tortilla. We told them about Jalisco's & that we enjoyed our 3 previous visits there, talking up their service & food. WHAT A MISTAKE! 1st. The Drinks. Usually we get their Texas Margarita's which are not bad. This time however, I ordered one of my favorite mixed drinks, a Long Island Ice Tea. The women got the Margaritas & my buddy got a draft beer. Our waitress actually made the drinks, why, I don't know. My LI Ice Tea came looking rather dark & turned out to be a glass of Coke with some grenadine in it. As soon as I tasted it, I knew that it definitely was NOT a LI Ice Tea. I told the waitress, who replied, & I quote, "I just made it as I was told to." I asked for a Margarita to replace it, as the LI Tea tasted horrible. My buddy's beer, was poured so that 1/2 the glass mug was foam & overflowing. Our waitress took care of that at the bar by using her hand to wipe the overflowing foam off the mug with her bare hand! 2. The Food. Not really bad, but definitely NOT hot, but luke warm, all 4 meals. I ordered the Border burrito which the past couple times was filled with refried beans. This time, the only beans in it were at the 1 very end. Besides the lukewarm temp, the other meals were decent. 3. The Problem. The bill came which also included the $8.00 + tax for the LI Ice tea that I did not drink. When I questioned the waitress about the charge, she said because I ordered it, I had to pay for it, despite it NOT being as advertised, nor drank, except for the initial sip. The waitress said she would have to ask the manager to have it removed from the bill. Well, the manager came over & proceeded to repeat what the waitress said, I ordered it, I had to pay for it! I told the manager that what I had ordered was NOT what I received, you could look at the color & know that it was a glass of Coke & a bit of grenadine. The manager kept repeating that we had to pay for it because I ordered it! So, lesson learned, NO matter how this restaurant screws up your drink or meal, because you ordered it YOU WILL PAY FOR IT! My wife is a manager of a local tourist business & was appalled at the rudeness of BOTH the waitress & manager and their LACK of customer service! Needless to say, we will NEVER be back & my wife will be REMOVING Jalisco Mexican Grill from the "What To Do & Places To Eat" packet that is handed out to her customers! Sat us without menus or silverware. Had to go up and ask for the menus. No waters - had to go up and ask. After one and a half hours, only the guac came out. We told the host we were leaving and believe it or not, they charged us for the guac. Their explanation was that it's the day after a holiday so we as their customer should know that it would be busy and the food would take extra long. I respect that, but the service was poor and if the wait will exceed an hour, they should let their customers know ahead of time so they can plan accordingly. read more

We used to really like the food here. Today, we came here for my husband's birthday. He ordered his usual steak fajitas. My daughter and I ordered combos with burritos and tacos. My son had chicken fingers. My son had the best meal of the four of us. Our combos were warmish and bland. The fajitas did not arrive with the usual sizzle. They were warm (not hot), very bland, and the first bites were grisly. My husband didn't eat his meal with the exception of two bites. We informed the cashier that his meal was not good. She knocked $3 off the price. We paid $45 for extremely subpar food. The two stars? The service was fine. Our table was clean and we were seated quickly. read more

We just wanted a quick snack so we ordered bean and cheese nachos. They came out quickly, I'll give them that. But it doesn't take that long to spoon refried beans out of a steam table and to microwave a white "cheese" sauce that apparently came out of a can or jar. It neither looked nor tasted like cheese, and the whole dish looked pretty unappetizing. I was hungry so I ate some of it but my dining partner gave up after just a few chips. I really hate to write a bad review but this dish looked like something you would get from a gas station convenience store, not a sit-down restaurant. On the plus side, the service was quick and several people who worked there, including our server, were nice to us. And the restaurant, including the ladies room, was clean from what I could see. read more

They always have quick service and good Mexican food. My favorite is either the jalisco rice or tacos (pollo, carne asada, and carnitas).

me and my family went and had a horrible experience almost all of our food order wrong and the size portion was so small. Will never go again. First time eating here before my food even settled I was sick. 2 beef enchiladas and a soft beef taco. Sadly a simple favorite that was ruined. I'll never go again.
