One worker even took something from my hands, and told me that it would be waiting for me at the front. This is not something heavy, nor bulky. So I don't understand why they would take it for me. When I go to check out, I noticed the price I got rang up for was a different price than what I saw, the worker very politely explains that it must've been misplaced, and off to the side, I see the three workers kind of chuckle, like they assumed I placed it there on purpose and got caught? Elizabeth was there when the incident occurred and she did not ask if my daughter was ok. Instead she left the incident and unprofessionally laughed with her coworkers about the situation. At this point they assumed my daughter only had scrapes after falling on the heavy metal frame, however she hit her mouth and her head as well. The gentleman who was the manager at the time understood my concern about the unprofessional behavior of the multiple women on the floor. I appreciated his approach and concern. However, I hope that the management and supervisors of the store give these women workers and especially Elizabeth Meonoz the appropriate disciplinary and accountability for her negligence and unprofessionalism.
