I've found myself planning a few trips this fall and realized looking at my wardrobe that it's starting to look a bit outdated. So I decided to head to my favorite clothes store in the mall-Uniqlo at Arden Fair. I really like this store a lot because the selection is pretty vast and I think the clothes there give off a very clean look. Very few things at this store look sloppy. I don't have too much interaction with the employees here when I'm shopping other than at the fitting room and the cashier. Both interactions were very friendly. As far as cost goes I find most shirts range from around the $29.00 and up. I ended up picking up four new shirts and three new pairs of shorts. The shorts ranged around $35.00. I find the quality of the clothes to be pretty good here, even after a few washes the quality of the shirts has remained high. Overall I will definitely return to this store when I feel my closet needs another upgrade-maybe for wintertime. read more

10/01/2025: I purchased a dark blue Polo Dress and tan skort for hiking at Arden Fair, Sacramento CA Uniqlo Retail Store. However, I must preface my first experience shopping at Uniqlo's Retail Store located in Myeong-Dong, Seoul, South Korea, Uniqlo's Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan's Retail Store, jumped the pond shopping at San Francisco CA Flagship Store, shopped at Pleasant Hill CA's Uniqlo Retail Store, jumping another pond in December 2018 shopping at the London UK Retail Store to finally shopping at Arden Fair, Sacramento CA Retail Store which are all quite an eye-opening juxtaposition of how Retail Buyers purchase for all the retail store locations! London UK was filled with warm, winter, frumpy--well actually, hideously UGLY clothing while South Korea and Japan were selling GEN-Z, fashionista, dressy clothing trends and more interestingly, the San Francisco CA Flagship Store and Pleasant Hill CA Retail Store sold more business casual clothing while Arden Fair, Sacramento CA Retail Store sells more sports clothing attire . . . WTH???? IDK why Uniqlo Retail Buyers with all the locations I have shopped have such a vast juxtaposition of clothing trends? SINGLED OUT BY WORKER, beware if you're brown/POC. Came here specifically for the Pokémon collab, their basics are nothing special and overpriced as it is. I had 2 tee shirts and 1 mini tee in my hand when I was approached by a worker with a bag saying "since you have a couple of items, you need a bag" I was perfectly fine holding my items in my hand, and I felt singled out because they did not approach anyone else next to me (white or asian customers nearby) with the same amount of items, or more! I felt completely singled out and disrespected, because I take things like these seriously. This felt like a bias against me because of how I was perceived by the employee. I put all my things back and ordered online. Won't be coming here anymore, best to save my time and not feel like I'm doing something wrong for holding items I had planned on purchasing. read more

Uniqlo is a great addition to the Arden Fair Mall. The store is super clean and organized. There is usually a line for the changing room, but it goes by fast. The workers are super nice and helpful. I was here to specially look for a collection that just dropped and found it right at the front entrance. Overall, items are easy to find. They have promotions often, and certain items will go on sale. read more

Overall 5 stars Entrance immediately displays eyecatching mannequins as you walked by. You get to "size" and feel the materials on these display. Interior neatly section beween Men, Women, and Children/Toddlers (and some Unigender). Good Selections of basics in good quality therefore most are priced above average fast fashion stores. However, they are worth the price considering price per wear! Uniqlo is promoting Uniqlo Graphic T-Shirt Collection aka UT: The same Miffy U-T Retail for ¥1500 in Japan (~$11) whereas US Retail for $29.99. Uniqlo has a really good selection with a range of styles and unique designs. The fabric quality is high, and the value is great because you're truly paying for the quality. The service here is good too. Helpful and efficient. A solid place to shop for well-made everyday pieces. read more

So HAPPY I found my Totoro t shirt which as sold out online on the first day and I couldn't find in SF stores. While the mall looks a bit old this store is new, and things are well organized. Even the discount endcaps don't look as messy, I saw staff organizing and re-arranging things. As always, the self check out cubes amaze me, I guess US is really behind in this type of technology. You just toss everything in and they scan them all at once! FYI they also have same day alteration service, if you go early enough, or pick up next day. read more

If you are visiting from out of town and love deals, you should come here. There was so much stuff for size S and M individuals. The sale items were marked down really cheap! $10-15 for items that costs $50-$60. Staff were nice. They helped me bag my items in the self checkout area. Good selection for women's. read more

This is my current favorite store. Today I found a pair of pants for me, a cute fuzzy pink jacket for my 3 year old granddaughter, and a super cute tan sweater for my DIL. Lots of sales going on! Since we don't have a Uniqlo in the city I live in I'm going to doing a bit of shopping online for the holidays. If you like simple clothing that is made well, washes well, and comes in sizes that fit true, then you will like this store. There is free altering as well. Self-Checkout is easy and there is an actual person nearby to help should you need it. read more

New Uniqlo store in the Arden Fair Mall. My son purchased some clothes online and had it shipped to this store for free pickup. The store is located downstairs next to the Apple Store. They have a good selection of their stylish clothes that the younger generation really like. The employees all seem very nice. They have a person at the entrance that greet you and when you are at the checkout line, you are acknowledged. They have a bank of self checkout machines, 1 employee asssed checkout and 1 person handling the online pickups and customer service. So far, this store seems to be run well for only being open for 2 weeks. read more

So glad Sac has a Uniqlo location! I used to go to the Union Square store in SF, and now it's only minutes away! I attended the grand opening which was very organized and a lot of fun. While we were waiting in line, they passed out green tea and local pastries from Mahoroba bakery (definitely check them out for delicious Japanese treats). They had a taiko drum ceremony right before the ribbon cutting, and then the shopping commenced! Great selection of colors and sizes, and I bought more than I planned lol I like their self serve checkout section where you put all your purchases in a bin and it automatically scans everything. I suggest getting their app for the coupons. You get $10 off $75 when you sign up for the app, and I got another $10 off to use later. Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful too. They finally exist in Sac! No more online shopping or drives to Emeryville!!! Two cashiers for exchanges or cash or mixed cards and self checkout for faster service. I think the line confused people because it is super long instead of being able to access the self checkout directly. Fitting rooms are available-they're a bit overzealous without explaining that they'll hold accessories while you try on the clothes so maybe don't put your accessories in a bag until after you e decided what fits well. Variety of sizes of casual and business casual outfits, undergarments, outerwear in different colors. It's so nice to have this in Sacramento! read more

I'm not really big on clothes shopping but this place had me filling a bag with things to try on and I left with a whole outfit which is unheard of for me. Great clothing styles and perfect winter wardrobe contributing place Staff are super helpful and even went to the back to get me a jacket I wanted in my size. Was helped by a very nice young lady at the cash registers, forgot her name, but it was monday, 2/16, around noon. The New Uniqlo opened at Arden Fair Mall. I'm here for the first weekend. There is a long line in front of the store. The store is nice and clean, and the workers are friendly. Beautiful store! But this store in Arden Fair Mall is smaller than most Uniqlo stores with fewer selections available. The prices are the same as the other Uniqlo stores. read more

Been here twice. Clothes for baby here are nice and comfortable for my child. However the management here believes everyone is stealing when their own machines steal from you. This is ironic as two big German Shepards were in the store. Barked at children, said child yelled back naughty dog. And the manager / owner did squat to do anything about it. The self check out randomly scans too much, double scans in fact. Some times even scans the dude next to you too. When you ask why it did that the employee watching the self check out area does not listen and asks if you already checked out the backs you did not scan. Two items on the screen. One in the bucket. Immediately thought I was stealing. What? Or is this common tactic, to change the subject so you don't get mad and think they trying to scam you? Note. No signs of out of order was put on the machine after we left. So I decide to use another machine after even the employee fails to scan my items as it was acting up. Failed again, told rudely to goto the merchant scanning items herself. She has problems as well. Came back after going in a room and apologized to me. The other lady did too. Heard someone in the back saying you guys are sounding very rude now. Listen to your loss prevention team. They have been trained. The manager and or owner have not the skills or integrity to understand what theft means. It's why you pay them and not do it yourself. Count your items purchased here. Check your receipt. Get prepared to get cops called on you when they fail to scan an item and their sensor at the exit door goes off. I even stopped for a bit to see if anyone would check me. At the door. Nope, cops came and were walking around in the mall. I over heard them saying they hate it when they get calls to be rude. Then heard something about scanner going bad, hrmmm I wonder why that is so close to my situation and within a 15 minute time frame. With a confirmed cop saying that's the dude and walked away. Come here if you want to feel like a thief. read more

I always go to Uniqlo to get their t-shirts. Their items are not expensive at all and have good quality. I'm happy they finally have one in Sacramento. The checkout process is amazing and saves so much time. You just drop all of your items in a bin and it automatically detects everything. No need to scan one by one. read more
