This place is a joke! A week ago, my daughter and I stopped by at 7:40pm. It was closed while two employees walked out. Today, I walked in at 6:58pm and the worker said they're actually closed. I said, I thought they were open til 8pm? The gentleman stated they're now closed at 7pm starting a few minutes ago from now on. Lame! Will not return!

We stopped in here for a quick treat after a workout class and enjoyed the smoothies. I ordered the holiday cranberry orange whip and my husband got the green ginger smoothie with extra ginger. Although the barista wasn't too fond of the cranberry orange whip, I enjoyed it. She said it can be a bit bitter and really it just tasted like orange juice to me with coconut milk (which is the sweeter, not whip cream)! It was fine, but like I said, really just tasted like orange juice. My husband got the green ginger smoothie with extra ginger -- he said it was fine but he still couldn't taste the extra ginger. This location was clean and well maintained so I'd come back!

We went in not knowing what we wanted, and Gabe walked us through the entire menu and we were able to pinpoint exactly what we wanted. It was such a lovely experience and I'll definitely be coming here again. Amazing atmosphere!!

Excellent service! Came in for an order for a local high school volleyball game and the ordering was quick the service was amazing and the manager Carlos was awesome! The store had a great ambiance and was clean and airy. All of the team really enjoyed the Jamba Juice. Definitely coming back for future events! Thanks Carlos and the Jamba team.

I'm new to Jamaba Juice but I do like their smoothies. Not a fan of the food just yet but service was fast and she was by herself with a lot of pick up orders

Cranberry and pomegranate drink sample was good but they were not selling any bowls at 10:30am on a Wednesday morning. Even though their banners and signage encouraged customers to try their bowls. Was very disappointed.

I rarely have any problems at Jamba. My kids love jamba for over a decade! Our go to place for yummy refreshing smoothie. This is our original go to location besides inside Brea mall or Anahiem off Santa Ana Canyon When i went in yesterday evening to grab my kids their fav White gummie smoothie. Found yellow balls. Not sure if it's the fruit or yogurt balls in both of the bottom smoothie cups. Seems like it was not fully blended all the way. no wonder the smoothie did taste a bit bland when I took the first sip on the way home already. This is a common issue I've had before with the smoothie. Finding chunks of unblended fruits/yogurt after finishing the smoothie. Courtney assistant manager called regarding my scenario. Offered a reimbursement of one small smoothie after I asked her what is this call regarding. She didn't offer it at 1st but called to apologize and will inform the associate to blend time properly. I'm sorry i thought you called to want to make it right especially I've been a jamba rewards member for over 10 years plus. Since we drank all of the smoothie. Only one can be reimburse which i thought was pretty ridiculous. There was no way to find out that the fruit balls per the manager. It was mango balls was not fully blended without drinking the smoothie entirely. From the photo of the smoothie i took at the store. You can't tell that. They look perfectly fine. So tell me how am i suppose to know it's not fully blended. I'm deducting a star now from 3 stars to 2. I'm sorry my sick kids finished the smoothie. 12.15.21

Right after we visited salt room, i took my daughters and visited for lunch pick up. Unfortunately everything was ruined when the employee girl assisted with my order. Not sure if she was having a bad day , but from the start she had this bad attitude and energy towards me. I told her i wanted 3 empanadas and order acai bowls and her vibe was very negative with unpleasant tone. I could tell right away she didnt want to work and didnt want to help me. I gave her 3 orders of empanadas and asked her to give me 2 medium acai bowls. Gave her clear instructions what to have for 1st bowl and 2nd bowl, which she did but seemed frustrated? It was our first time here and i was asking her few questions and she was clearly annoyed also. Once we got to the step to put some different syrup drizzle for both cups, she mixed it up and made a mistake. I clarified again i wanted honey drizzle on mango and almond butter on acai, and she asked me with a attitude "so you dont want these bowls?" It almost felt like i wasted her time and work! Her attitude was the worst ive seen this year at any restaurant. I said yes because my girls dont eat peanut butter and we just want the right order, i wasnt upset rather confused. Once I asked her to remake the right order, her face turned dark and she was clearly upset. At the end she brought the cups, did not even apologize, gave me all the attitude, and gave me the bags and did not say anything... no thank you for coming, NO sorry there was a mistake, nothing. I felt really bad for the owner of this place because store seems to be new and running well but has a cancer in their store. The restaurant can have best price, best quality, best presentation but if you have horrible customer service oriented staff, they will run out of business. As a small business owner myself, I hope the owner(s) read this message Please retrain your staff and if they cannot embrace basic customer service skills, they shouldn't be working for you They will drive your store to ZERO In case if the owners are curious, the girl who assisted us had tattoos in her both arms. I didnt see any name tags, she had dark skin, maybe Asian, but had tattoos on her arms. Unfortunately this will be the first and last time coming. I hope all customers are ready to have unpleasant experience with the staff.

No eye contact, no greeting and doesn't even say the total $ amount owed. She mindlessly, sloppily dumps the groceries in the bag. The first time I went, she shoved everything into 1 overstuffed bag, so I asked for an extra bag on the side. If I hadn't gotten another bag, it would have ripped. I had to redo everything in the car and noticed the smashed produce and bread in the middle and bottom of the bag. She put all of the other heavier items on top of them including cartons of milk and eggs. This employee has been there the last 3 times I've gone. So I filled out the contact form on the website about the terrible customer service and NEVER received a response. In addition to the awful customer service (only from this 1 employee), several times the produce I bought ended up rotting way too quickly. Their healthcare section just got downsized a lot too. This location has gone downhill! I hadn't been to Sprouts in Brea for a long time, and went there instead this past weekend - more selection, better prices and MUCH better customer service!!

Also, I bought a spinach and cheese empanada and a chicken empanada ($5.25/each). You have many options when creating a bowl online. I got mine with pitaya as a base with hemp granola, strawberries, blueberries, kiwis, goji berries, diced almonds, pistachio butter, agave, and even bee pollen as toppings. The pitaya bowl was really refreshing and nicely sweet. I appreciated that it wasn't too tart. Combining the kiwis with the pitaya was a great choice. I enjoyed how the kiwis were diced; you'd have enough to chew. The goji berries stuck on my teeth, so I don't plan on getting those next time. It was my first time trying hemp granola, and the earthy flavor didn't quite suit my taste buds. I'd rather choose another type of granola. My most adventurous choice was adding on bee pollen, but I couldn't discern its taste due to lacking a frame of reference. The two other empanadas were adequate. While I didn't eat the chicken empanada, I received feedback that it tasted a little bland. However, I did like the spinach and cheese empanada, though it was a little salty. Overall, I'd come back to try another bowl. The location is convenient with covered parking. It was empty inside, but I still had a warm greeting from the person who prepared my food.

There was a good number of customers still in the store an hour or so before closing. All four of us ordered a drink each, and I think maybe only 1 drink out of the 4 felt pretty good. The other three were subpar, and unfortunately the one drink I ordered was pretty bad. Menu is pretty diverse - they have their classic tea drinks but also some signature items as well. You can customize your drink to your liking, which I thought was pretty nice. I went with the creamy jasmine with less ice and sugar and added boba. This drink tasted like straight up diluted milk - boba was alright and decent, but there was no tea flavor at all. We tried to ask if they could add some additional tea to make the drink stronger, but we were told that they cannot because they'd have to make a whole new batch. My friends ordered signature drinks - some opted for the sparking water option, which definitely made it taste slightly better. Good amount of tables if you want to sit and chat or do some work. Parking is located in the structure nearby. I won't be returning.

I was craving a smoothie in my city and wanting support a local business. So I looked up smoothies in my area and Thrive7 came up. Tried to go here today at around 1 pm for a smoothie, and the doors were locked. It is attached to a Marital Arts studio and there is no separate entrance. Just as I was pulling away out of the parking lot the doors opened up. Maybe I will try again someday but I don't want to guess if they will be open or not. I ended up going somewhere else.
