I am extremely surprised that I had never written a review for this Jamba location. I have been here many times over the past decade and more. There was a lull in years where I haven't visited so I totally forgot that this location was still open until a few weeks ago. Thank goodness for the location search on the Jamba website. Ever since this visit a few weeks ago, I have stopped by again and will again in the upcoming week. Acai Super-Antioxidant™ Smoothie Super-delicious superfoods collide with an açaí-berry blend. Large Acai Primo Bowl x2 Açaí-berry blend topped with banana, strawberry, granola, blueberry, honey. It had been about a year since we've had a smoothie from Jamba and this reignited our love for them. It was first time ordering a Acai bowl and everything tasted fresh and delicious. We went on a day where there was only 1 person working. She is a boss! Taking orders, prepping orders, and etc. There is one table on the inside (to the left) and plenty of games on top of the drink fridge on the right of the store. There is also booth seating but I have never seen anyone sit there and enjoy their items. Most people buy to go. There is usually plenty of parking since we go during the day, and the restaurant (which used to be The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and another coffee shop before them) next door was not open when we visit Jamba. read more

Great service, delicious smoothie and surprisingly amazing oatmeal. A great place for a quick bite to eat after a long walk with a friend.

It's always refreshing coming here, we usually get the Orange Dream machine, which is the best flavor, but I really want the vanilla blue sky I remembered how tasty it is. Plus, it felt kind of healthy today and I wanted something different, its tastes so good. The employee that took my order was super nice, I wish I got his name. I'm so sorry. I was the only one there. It was kind of a cold day, but it sounded good and healthy. I got a shot of energy because I was really tired and dizzy after my MRI it took the life out of me. Lol definitely helped give me a refresher, and coat my nauseous stomach lol Always excellent service here with a smile I appreciate that a lot and I got my drink quickly and I got to take a beautiful picture outside :) thank you so much for always having excellent service for the smile and delicious smoothies that we all love and adore. This place is a joke! A week ago, my daughter and I stopped by at 7:40pm. It was closed while two employees walked out. Today, I walked in at 6:58pm and the worker said they're actually closed. We stopped in here for a quick treat after a workout class and enjoyed the smoothies. I ordered the holiday cranberry orange whip and my husband got the green ginger smoothie with extra ginger. Although the barista wasn't too fond of the cranberry orange whip, I enjoyed it. She said it can be a bit bitter and really it just tasted like orange juice to me with coconut milk (which is the sweeter, not whip cream)! It was fine, but like I said, really just tasted like orange juice. My husband got the green ginger smoothie with extra ginger -- he said it was fine but he still couldn't taste the extra ginger. Looks like they fixed the problem with their website so now I am able to order bowls online. So I placed an order yesterday for 2 bowls. One was a Peanut Butter/Nutella Drizzle Belgian waffle Greek yogurt. There was gobs of Nutella plopped on top of the bowl - NOT a "drizzle" AND there was NO waffle at all! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I rarely have any problems at Jamba. My kids love jamba for over a decade! Our go to place for yummy refreshing smoothie. This is our original go to location besides inside Brea mall or Anahiem off Santa Ana Canyon When i went in yesterday evening to grab my kids their fav White gummie smoothie. Found yellow balls. Not sure if it's the fruit or yogurt balls in both of the bottom smoothie cups. Seems like it was not fully blended all the way. no wonder the smoothie did taste a bit bland when I took the first sip on the way home already. This is a common issue I've had before with the smoothie. Finding chunks of unblended fruits/yogurt after finishing the smoothie. Courtney assistant manager called regarding my scenario. Offered a reimbursement of one small smoothie after I asked her what is this call regarding. She didn't offer it at 1st but called to apologize and will inform the associate to blend time properly. I'm sorry i thought you called to want to make it right especially I've been a jamba rewards member for over 10 years plus. Since we drank all of the smoothie. Only one can be reimburse which i thought was pretty ridiculous. There was no way to find out that the fruit balls per the manager. It was mango balls was not fully blended without drinking the smoothie entirely. From the photo of the smoothie i took at the store. You can't tell that. They look perfectly fine. I went to this location today at 8:15am and all the doors were locked and nobody body was answering the phone. Don't advertise your hours as open if you're not actually open. If I could I would give this experience a zero. Very little granola, and banana slices in a large açaí primo bowl. The bowl had at least an inch and a half from the top of empty space. The granola barely scraps the top of the açaí blend. The banana slices are too ripe. Wouldn't suggest this place for açaí bowls. read more

This Jamba Juice has wide aisles and plenty of room to stand. The staff is super friendly and attentive to your needs. The little outdoor patio is cute and shaded so you can enjoy your cool drink. We tried the special watermelon drinks being offered this summer. The drinks were fantastic and had a little sweet citrus taste to it. Some drinks had a kind of watermelon jolly rancher flavor to them. However, it wasn't too sweet and its tasty. Service was exceptional and very friendly. What's going on with this location?? It's run down. The seat is torn up. The floors are gross, old, dirty, and the lower part of the furniture is scuffed up. You can always count on something not being in stock. They are always out of something. Lines are long. This place needs to be revamped. They also have been known for shutting the business down 30-40 minutes prior to closing and won't make any more shakes. I hate that! They've done that to me twice now. read more

I've been here many times in person over the past years and during these recent COVID-19 times, I've replied on Postmates to deliver the past couple times. Either way, service has always been pleasant and my deliveries have been on or before the estimated time of arrival. I've tried a number of items from this chain, including: -Strawberry Surf Rider -Aloha Pineapple -White Gummi (Runner-up) -Açaí Super-Antioxidant (New favorite) I've always had my smoothies filled up to the top and there's always little to no chunks so the staff here blends everything up very well. Also, no matter what day I come, the smoothies always taste the same, which is a huge plus! I've been to several different Jamba Juices in the past and this is by far my favorite location. This was the 1st time visiting this location. Jamba Juice is one of those discoveries you find and are glad you did because you always find yourself going back all the time.
