I love my boba drinks so when I saw this place pop up in downtown Brea I had to try it! Mind you since I don't like my drinks very sweet I generally always order a fresh tea with no sugar and boba or coconut jelly. Today I ordered the Earl Grey tea, no sugar with light ice and the honey boba. The tea was good but the bobas were slightly mushy and they don't give you very much boba considering they charge $1 for the extra topping. The ambience is cute inside and the service was good. I do like their motto of " Enjoy life one teaspoon at a time". This is a good boba tea place but I just wish they gave a little more boba and it wasn't quite so mushy, in all fairness, maybe it was just an off day for their boba. I walked in on a Thursday morning and nobody was at the front so I stood around just waiting for somebody to come out from the back while they were chitchatting. The cashier ended up being nice but the two drinks I ordered... I hate to say this but was literally the worst boba/milk tea I've ever had. I got the matcha mango sticky rice and the regular mango sticky rice. The matcha one just tasted like watered down matcha, you cannot taste and mango (or mango puree) and the rice tasted old with no flavor. The regular mango sticky rice was very milky and had no texture. I could not taste any rice, the ratio of whole milk to everything else was overpowering. It tasted a bit off and I'm thinking it might be the mango puree making it taste weird to me. I thought that the matcha foam helped it though and was nicely made. So we all get up and leave and start throwing our trash by the trash can. And the worker was starting to take out the trash, my family was able to throw ours out. But for the party 3, one of the ladies throws her drink out and the worker replies "Oh?" and the other 2 were trying to throw out theirs and the worker goes "Can you throw your trash outside?" and the 2 ladies were like "Oh." and the worker closed the trash bag in front of their faces.
