Upon entering there was an older gentleman barking orders quite disruptively to another male employee which made it hard to concentrate on the menu above, the menu was very basic with drink with common and un inspiring drink options. This place gave off major low quality version of a jugo juice in canada vibe. Although the place itself looked well cleaned and organized, with a large parking lot in front. We ordered a apples and greens small smoothie, and a custom version of the cinnamon apple smoothie both in small size (16oz). I decided to meet my parents next door at Starbucks and leave my husband to grab drinks when they were ready since there was more than 3 people ahead of us waiting for their drink and it had already been a 10 minute wait. Sadly when he showed up my drink was noticeably smaller then his (yet we ordered the same size)... I wasn't interested in going back and asking why since they looked pretty disorganized and I didn't want to be bothered with an excuse. The apples and green smoothie was extremely bitter with only a taste of kale.... my husbands drink (even though customized to make sweeter) was watery and bland as well. Not sure if the drinks were made incorrectly or if they need a menu over haul and training but I do not recommend. Staff was pissed off that they couldn't leave early - slamming doors and blenders when I tried to order 10 minutes before close. They refused to honor my Jamba Juice app code *that I showed them* when their system wouldn't work, but kept reminding me that they were closing. When I did get the order, the cup was only 3/4 full - I asked for the rest of it, and the employee - who definitely heard me - turned around and threw it down the sink out of spite. Decided to stop here and get me a smoothie. Jamba Juice taste the same across the board for me. But I always like customer service that stands out. Sterling (who was at the register) was very friendly and informative. He also pointed out that their internet was down, so they could only accept cash. Anyways, after I got my smoothie, my son was drinking it and poked a hole in the cup. I went back in and they had no problem changing out the cup. They didnt roll their eyes or anything, took my cup, put the juice in the new one and were pleasant. We need more people like that. read more

I would give this establishment zero stars if I could. To be honest, I'm pretty hard to upset when it comes to food service. If I get my food, and it's what I ordered, we normally don't have a problem. However, this Jamba Juice location is BY FAR the most frustrating and disappointing excuse for a Jamba Juice that I have ever encountered. I used to work at a Jamba Juice, so I know what strict standards they have as a company, so I can only imagine what corporate would think if they knew how this location was being managed. I literally cannot remember a time that I haven't ordered something here, only to be told that they "ran out" or don't have a certain ingredient. On more than one occasion, this location RAN OUT OF BANANAS. A smoothie place....ran out of bananas. How does that even happen? This morning in fact, I decided to try the new chia pudding only to be told that they "don't have any of the pudding base". What?! You're advertising your new pudding. And yet you don't have the pudding. It's not that they ran out, the gentleman working told me "the pudding mixture didn't set properly when they made it last night". So rather than make a new batch, they decided to just not serve chia pudding today. Another time I came in, I had ordered online and was hoping to stop in quickly to pick up the order as it *should* be ready when you get there because you know, you place the order online, ahead of time. Well, I sat there for 15 minutes before asking one of the gals behind the counter if I they received my online order. They all looked at each other as if I had about 3.67 heads, and then realized that they forgot to make it. So, I sat there for another 10 minutes while they made my order. As I was leaving, one of the young men working wrote me out a "coupon" for $2.00 off my next order as an apology for the inconvenience. He signed his name, and although he literally wrote this coupon on the back on some receipt paper, he assured me I would have no trouble redeeming it next time. So, the next time I go to this location I ask to redeem this coupon. The girl at the register tells me she cannot honor this coupon despite me telling her what took place and precipitated me actually getting the coupon in the first place. I asked to speak to a manager who was conveniently not in at the time. I left my name and number so that the manager could call me, but I of course never heard anything. As I mentioned before, it is pretty hard to tick me off when it comes to customer service. I've been in customer service all my life so I know how hard it can be. But there is absolutely NO EXCUSE for the lack of customer service and proper management at the Burlington Jamba Juice. I hope someone from corporate can make the proper changes in order to bring this location up to speed with all the other wonderful locations I have been to. read more

Visited yesterday, the 18th, at around 5:55pm. Just from outside I could see there were two workers. One was on her phone sitting down by the window(could have been on break) and the other was eating next to the register, who later told me that she was doing her makeup. I wanted to order an orange/carrot juice and the worker who was at the register(I'm guessing she's new) was really confused by this. It almost seemed like she didn't know that they served fresh squeezed juice. I asked her a couple other questions and she kept replying with "I'm not sure". Finally the other worker came to help her. She was very knowledgeable and got things moving along. The girl at the register then went to pour my drinks and offered for me to have the extras, which I appreciated a lot. I was just really surprised by the lack of enthusiasm when ringing me up. I used to work at Jamba Juice years ago and the one thing I remembered about working there is how FUN, CHEERFUL, and HELPFUL we all were. Also, I'm not sure that putting makeup on around food is the most hygienic thing to do. Especially since she did not wash her hands after moving from the register to pour drinks. I've been into the Burlington Jamba Juice several times in recent years. Today was a repeat of something that has happened all to often when looking for a fresh squeezed drink here. They were out of oranges. A main ingredient for almost all of the fresh juice offerings. Didn't just run out but been out since early yesterday according to employee working counter. They have no plan B to go to local store and get oranges. Have to wait until next shipment. Never seen a McDonald's run out of French fries. How do you run out of oranges for fresh squeezed juice? That is really your signature item, fresh squeezed juice!? If this was first time this has happened I'd dismiss it. It has now happened too many times to count.
