We have been coming here for years, the food is always good. Today however the kitchen was playing extremely inappropriate music louder than anyone wanted to experience. When brought to the staffs attention they made us feel like we were in the wrong for having a complaint. When you're paying $50 to eat lunch that's not how you want to be treated. They "solved" the problem by blasting the ambient music. It was like a concert in there. Super unfortunate. Oh and they had no manager on shift and the employees handled it like garbage. read more

My husband and I came here initially to try their bubble tea, which is wonderful! We have not tried the pho, but their yakisoba and combination dinners are fantastic - Huge portions and reasonable prices bring us back again and again! We usually get an order to go but have eaten inside a couple of times. The service is fast and friendly. I always order take out. The food is decent with a decent price. Portioning is usually good as well - teriyaki chicken, teriyaki beef, or teriyaki pork. Hence the 2 stars. However, I usually call my order in ahead of time but they seem to get it wrong almost all the time regardless if I call or not. One with salad, one without salad and extra rice. So no big deal right? Well, the worst part of it was the customer service. So take out - not much in the way of tip? I used to tip well but the last few trips in 2023 to most recently 2026, the cashier added their own tip. The screen didn't even prompt on how much tip to offer or sign off on. They simply told me my total, wasn't on the screen for long before it went blank, told me to scan my card and boom, receipt. When I get home to actually look at my receipt, there's a 15% added tip I didn't authorize. Ok, no big deal right? Just one time, right? NOPE it happened multiple times. Called the restaurant to speak with a manager and no manager is available and won't be available for months... No way to get a hold of the owner. No disclosure about tips. Tips are voluntary and yes I looked into the laws here. Adding on tips without authorization of the customer is STEALING. If you're reading this and planning on getting take out, check the amount before you swipe your card. Before you leave check the receipt and demand your refund. They'll tell you to call the manager tomorrow. Don't, they can cancel the transaction. If they still refuse - contact the attorney general's office! This action is absolutely ILLEGAL! read more

This is my second time going here and I absolutely love the pho! Both times I went were later in the evening and the wait for two regular sized bowls of pho was only about 15 minutes. They had some soft pop music playing in the background and a good amount of seating with enough space to comfortably walk through. Overall, it was lively but not crowded and the service was great. You can either seat yourself and wait for a server or go to the cashier and order to-go. Will definitely need to come again to try some dessert as well! read more

The restaurant was busy when we got there, but a couple of tables became available shortly. We had chicken and beef teriyaki, beef pho and spicy chicken teriyaki. The food was good in general and the portions were good for the price. Particularly the pho had great flavor and they also have a pho bar where you can go and grab your veggies and herbs toppings. The teriyaki was good as well, but I would skip the spicy one next time, the sauce isn't that spicy and it is not cooked with the chicken, they just pour it on top so the flavor isn't absorbed or mixed well, if I was rating this alone it would be 3 stars. We ordered the Spicy Chicken and the Spicy Chicken and Beef combos. In the mixed combo, the beef was burnt and had no flavor and the chicken was dry, despite being covered in sauce. Neither comb was even slightly spicy; they tasted like the regular. In addition to that, both of our salads needed to be drained for over a minute to get all the excess water out before eating. Usually, we are very pleased with the food here, however, the last couple of times they have been sub-par, and we probably won't be returning for a long time, if ever. So sad to see your quality drop so far. :( I gave 2 stars because, as I said, it used to be better. At least the service at the restaurant was okay, but the person on the phone taking my order was kind of rude. Nice size bowls of pho. Got the regular size shrimp pho. Had at least 6 or 8 good sized shrimp along with lots of noodles, onion, and standard basil already torn up inside my soup. Slightly salty, so made sure we didn't add any extra sodium with the exception of sriracha! Husband had the regular vegetable pho. He seemed to like his. Lots if veggies along with noodles. Restaurant was clean. Seemed to have some good customers who enjoyed their lunch. Watching the food come out, the rice & noodle dishes seemed very large orders. We called to notify them of the situation and I was very pleased with the way the manager handled everything. They gave us half off one dish on our next visit. What a great surprise as we tried Bite for the first time. Really great fresh food, friendly and prompt service. Ashley was awesome as was the rest of the staff. I just went to try this restaurant for the first time I walked in and I had an order to go in the open seating area. There was a table of all I was looking for mine with my name on it then a girl with short black hair with two long braids on the back came up to me very rudely came up and told me I cannot grab my own order and told me to look at the sign was a piece of notebook the wall next to multiple other colourful signs. This is one of the few pho serving restaurants in the Mount Vernon area, and they do serve some pretty tasty pho. I thoroughly enjoyed it, although they have some stiff competition when compared to some other authentic Vietnamese pho near the Seattle area. What prevents my experience from being a 5 star is the customer service here, which is really important in businesses such as these. I was not greeted, I couldn't locate any takeout menu nor see any menu above their register, and the pho salad bar led to a misunderstood confrontation with one of the workers who I feel had little patience and lots of assumptions. I will just say that a traditional pho soup typically comes with bean sprouts and thai basil. To charge an extra $2-3 for it, then get upset when customers grab too much and point out a small disclaimer sign is not what I have seen before at a pho restaurant. That sort of ruined it for me. All in all, $17 for a regular combo pho with basil and sprouts? With tip that is about a $20 meal. I really did enjoy this meal though and recommend it. It was a nice change of pace and flavor. Your general experience with customer kindness and service may be better than mine however. read more

Rotten vegetables, bitchy waitresses. The veggies in the to-go orders of Pho are frequently rotten. When you ask for new ones (that aren't rotten) they force you to pay $3. Strangely, there is a pho veggie bar for dine-in orders with fresh bean sprouts. If you ask to use some of those, they say it's for dine-in only. Their waitresses and cashiers are rude and bitchy, seem to be high school girls that think very highly of themselves. We don't go there anymore. read more

Inside it was in fact, fresh and refreshing, and that was it. The 4 shrimp in the spring roll that you see in the menu photo is inaccurate. I know because I recieved only 3. The worst part was, that those beautiful shrimp were a joke. They were cut in half! Wth? The rest of the filling was a pinch of noodles and a basil leaf. We were very happy to randomly stumble across this restaurant! Especially since I've been having boba cravings like crazy lately. It's also really hard to find good Japanese/Vietnamese food in the area. The food was AWESOME and definitely met my expectations. We ordered the Bite roll, steak and flank pho, and the teriyaki chicken/chicken katsu combo. The roll tasted nice and fresh, but I was hoping for more of a cream cheese taste since it was listed as one of the ingredients. I also had to ask for a little more teriyaki(?) sauce for it as it seemed a bit bland. The katsu was not overly breaded(which I prefer) and the teriyaki chicken wasn't overly grilled... it was perfect! The Pho broth was flavorful(but not overpowering) and the meats in the pho were the perfect consistency. The portions were great for the price! We also got a black milk tea and it was soooooooo goooooood! I hate when the boba is too soft, but these were nice and chewy! I'm glad to hear there's a place closer for boba! I thought I'd have to keep going to Bellingham. I only have two semi-cons. When I was halfway through eating the pho, I realized I didn't have any of the condiments that usually come with it(sprouts, jalapeños, lime, etc). The waitress failed to let me know that there's a self serve bar for them until I flagged her down and asked. Not a huge deal, but definitely something that should be mentioned when putting in an order for pho. The food took a little longer than I thought it would for how many parties were in the restaurant. I want to say that there were 3 occupied tables and most were finishing up anyway. The sushi took about 10-15 minutes and the rest of the food took about 20. First unfavorable review for me. I ordered some beef pho and prawns. It was a to go order and my hotel is less that 5 minutes from the restaurant. The beef and vegetables for the pho were great but that's where it ends. The noodles were completely gelled together into a mushy clump and the broth had such a strong cinnamon taste that it overpowered everything that you put in it. It was inedible. On top of that the prawns melted into the container that they were put in and had a chemical taste. Not that great considering the long wait. I don't that I will be back. read more

Husband got pho and ordered it with steak and brisket, he didn't get it and gave him one with meat balls and steak, then they said they would fix it. And took out the meatballs and gave it back to him, and didn't add any brisket in it. It was just steak, I can say this is wrong. And they should of fixed his meal right. Bad customer service. I was confused, even a night after. We went here after whale watching and were starving. The foods were fine like a typical non-authentic asian restaurant. The broth tastes like a concentrated store-brought soup base. Service was okay because we went 30 mins before closing so we understand. After we done with all foods, the server said we dont have to pay because they couldn't find our orders. I worked with this POS before, there's no way the order disappeared. They didnt try to solve the problem, but we paid in cash for honesty. I dont know how much this restaurant has lost their profit, but please train your staffs well. read more
