I normally come here before I work out in the morning time. Not really many people there at that time. I never had any horrible experiences at this location I'm normally in and out of there in no time. Never a mistake on any of the drinks I've ordered. The staff I've been served by have always been kind and courteous. I gave them 3 stars due to the wow factor missing. I haven't experience anything that would put this location over the top of any other Jamba Juice I've been to. read more

I always like my drinks from Jamba Juice, so this review is about the customer service. I waited in line for 10 minutes and when I got to the front counter the person who took my order (Kristian) was extremely rude. She didn't say hello she just looked at me waiting for my order. I said twice to her I'd like to donate money for breast cancer awareness. She didn't hear me the 1st time I asked because she turned around very quickly to take something out of the oven, but she never told me hold on a second she just turned around after telling me to put in my number. I wanted to donate to Breast cancer because they have a deal if you donate a $1 you get some coupons. I winded up not being able to donate because the rude cashier never asked me if I wanted to. read more

This would be the last time we are going to this location. The girl on staff on the early shift of Thursday, February 4th, 2016, was rude, very untidy and grouchy. I greeted her "good morning" three times and she was not responsive. And then, we ordered a bowl meal, and as she prepares them, we saw that she was cutting the bananas on the counter, which was really unsanitary. Twenty minute wait for our drinks, unfriendly workers, one kept pouring blended drink back into blenders and reusing cups, and water/juices leak to front and drip down paneling where you can see mold growing from it. Went the other night to order a bowl.Sara took my order, she was really helpful and she let me sample to bowls and recommended the pitaya. This Jamba Juice is so slow. I've come here multiple times and at different hours in the day and they are still so slow. It is not even about the amount of customers they have, they just work so slowly from cutting the fruit to even turning the blenders on. I came in one day and I was the only one in there and it took forever for my 16 ounce smoothie and they only filled it up 3/4 of the way. I am very disappointed in the service here at this Jamba Juice just now. I go to other Jamba Juice shops all around the Los Angeles basin and no one else has ever tried to charge me $0.75 per every 2 ounce of fresh squeezed Orange Juice when I remove the Beet Juice and Concentrate Juice from a Berry Upbeet smoothie. If I am not getting either of the standard juices that come with the Berry Upbeet, charge me a flat fee for the Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice, but not per every 2 ounces. That is absolutely ridiculous. I hate this location. After every visit I tell myself, I'm not coming back to this location but it's conveniently located off the 405 so sometimes I have no choice. Its been about 5 times in a row now and each time, I have been given horrible customer service. From the moment I walk through the front door, I am always given the stink eye by the employees! Its always only women working and they NEVER have a smile on their face. They look miserable and always look annoyed when I use my Jamba Juice reward credits. To add to my rant, It took about 10 minutes to get my smoothie today and the place was gross. Trash on the floor, chairs scattered, bars had trash on them, the fridge was unstocked etc. I can understand when It gets busy, it can get a bit messy, but its the same even when it's dead. They need to learn to make a proper drink. Mine is always bitter. I actually stopped going to this one. I don't know what's wrong with this specific Jamba Juice, but compared to every other one I got to this one is disgusting. The place is really dirty too and usually there is only one person in the place and the line can get out of control at times. Back when this Jamba Juice was first open it was pretty good, but it has been a while and it's just really gone down. I would not waste my money on this specific Jamba Juice.
