We were re-introduced to Sip Fresh when they offered samples in the courtyard a few weeks ago. It was a hot afternoon and when I tried the sample, it was so refreshing! They had a promo coupon, which was smart because my son really enjoyed his sample and kept asking to go get a drink. Unfortunately, the sample we tried wasn't available at the store. They let us try other juices and we found the strawberry lemonade to be a good alternative. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I will defnitely be back! I was able to try so many - strawberry milk, guava strawberry, strawberry lemonade, pineapple - and ended up selecting guava strawberry. The man that helped me out was really nice; truly the best service I've ever gotten from this location and I'm sad that I didn't catch his name. I passed by this place a few times while I was doing just that and it called out to me because it looked refreshing so I gave it a shot. I got the Mango tea lemonade and it was perfection. They give you an option to get with green or black tea, I got green tea and it went very well with the mango. They also added little chunks of mango in there and that really made it authentic. I visited Sip Fresh at Del Amo Mall in Torrance on June 1, 2025, around 1 pm. Initially, the staff member was friendly, but her demeanor changed abruptly when I asked for a sample. It felt like she was saying are you kidding me by her look. Also despite a clear sign on the counter indicating that downloading the app would save me $1, she told me it would take a long time to do so. With no one waiting behind me, I took 2 minutes to download and install the app, only to be told it was too late to use the discount as she had already processed my order on the register and to save it for next time. Her sudden shift in attitude and inflexibility were quite disappointing. After purchasing the drink I immediately deleted the app because I will not be returning after that bad taste in my mouth. This is one of the few places in my neighborhood where I can get agua frescas. They have a good selection of juices and smoothies, so I bring my 7yo here fairly often. Here's the thing - I *always* have to ask them to not put too much ice in my drink. The smoothies are tasty, but the "fresh sip" drinks have so much ice in it you're paying for water. Went in today and asked for a 32 oz mango pineapple juice - decided to stay quiet about the ice to see what I'd get. The girl took a whole ladleful of ice with a bit of juice out of the mango juice gallon and poured it into the cup, followed by juice alone. Cool. Then she went over to the pineapple juice gallon and I'm thinking she'd already gotten a whole lot of ice in there so I'd just get more juice. GUESS WHAT?! I was wrong. This genius took another entire ladleful of ice, put it in the cup and then ladled an additional half a cup into whatever space was left in my cup. What the hell?! It's been about 20 minutes since I bought it so some of the ice melted but the photo shows how much ice was in there - I probably got about 10 oz of actual juice and the rest was ice, not counting whatever already melted. The drinks taste like plastic. There is a plastic taste when I ordered the strawberry guava drink. Either the cup or straw or the process of making the drinks is leaking large amounts of plastic into the drink. It's the same taste you get when styrofoam touches hot food. The plastic taste transfers over to the food and something plastic is transferring over to Sip Fresh drinks. read more

Great taste but overpriced. They all seem pretty artificially flavored so there's no reason why they should have such high price points. $5.50 for a 24 oz and $6 for 32. I do love that they have a great variety of flavors and let you sample them, but these drinks aren't that special - just presented well. I will say, I do think with the different things you can add to it, the drinks become a little more unique, but they're just so expensive that it doesn't seem worth it. After getting a massage nearby in the mall, we wanted to have a healthy drink to rehydrate. I noticed a line at the Sip Fresh concession stand inside Del Amo Fashion Center adjacent to Din Tai Fung. Upon walking up to the counter, we were offered samples to try the different flavors. They have various jugs of freshly made fruit juices. You have a choice of pure juice or have it infused with tea. You can also get add ons such as chia, flaxseed, chamoy or tajin. We chose to have the watermelon and the mango/pineapple juices. The fave would have to be the mango/pineapple juice because you can definitely taste both flavors. There are fresh mango bits as well. The watermelon juice was a nice seasonal flavor. It was on the lighter side but still refreshing. I think all natural fruit juices are a better alternative than other sugary beverages. We would stop here if we're in the area again. read more

I ordered a guava strawberry agua fresca for NYE. Was a small tub of yummy-ness that I poured into the rented bucket filled with 1/2 ice. I had a large bag to put it all in when I picked it up and recommend you come prepared to carry all of that to your car. Was a huge hit with or without alcohol! You put a $20 deposit for the bucket and a ladle which you get back on returning it. I didn't get a receipt and although the employee remembered me, it took a while to work out. [Review #303] 2018 Yelp 100 Challenge (71/100) After a sizable lunch at DTF & popsicle at PB, H noticed a small gathering at Sip Fresh & begged for a sampling when she saw people tasting colorful liquids. Of course, H would notice the word "lemonade" because it's her drink of choice at the Torrance Farmer's Market but she never had Blueberry Lemonade. One sip & we were both hooked! :-O I also sampled a hibiscus flavor concoction but it didn't wow like the Blueberry Lemonade. I planned to order their small size but H managed to convince me to get the large so we could share... operative word "large" so she could have more drink. LOL =)~ Our server says you can also mix flavors. Really, like what? Pineapple & Mango, Strawberry & Pineapple, Cucumber Mint Lime & Strawberry, etc. Hmmm... I'll have to think about trying that. After our sampling, I requested a large Blueberry Lemonade with easy ice because I noticed other cups being filled with 50%+ of ice; considering their prices, I'm not about to pay $5.00 for a 1/2 cup of ice. I was then directed to the register for order & payment before I could get the lemonade. Apparently, the process is place & pay for your order at the register, take your receipt to the drink servers to fulfill your order. From other reviewers, this method is frustrating for those that want to keep their receipt (the servers would keep or tear the receipt so customers would not try to take advantage & get an additional drink(s) from the same receipt), like me, but I didn't have that issue since I had my order already made & didn't need to handover my receipt. My recommendation would be to mark up the receipt with a highlighter so the receipt can be returned (think Costco). Or have the POS system generate a regular receipt & an order ticket with both be given to the customer, s/he then keeps the receipt & hands over the order ticket which can then be discarded. Sip Fresh's concoctions are simply refreshing & delicious with a bit pricey tag, especially when it's mostly filled with ice. TIP: ask for "easy ice" (about 1/4 - 1/3 filled), it's more than enough to keep your drink cool because the drinks itself are already iced. And don't forget to check-in on Yelp for a 10% discount! I've passed this place a couple of times while on my way to Din Tai Fung across the way. This place is located on the second floor of the Del Amo Fashion Center. Park near BRIO & EMC (restaurants) and go up the escalator. The store front looks as refreshing as the drinks! All the jars of juices and milks were out on display. This little place sells juices, fruit infused teas, fruit bowls, and frozen sips. I sampled the Horchata, Cantaloupe, Cucumber Mint Lime, and Mango. I really liked the Cantaloupe and the Mango. I asked the guy which juices were less sweet. Since I am attempting to cut back on my sugar intake (the struggle is too real), I went with the Cucumber Mint Lime drink. It was a little tart, but it was really tasty! I savored the drink a sip at a time! The guy who filled my drink stirred up the juice first and then ladled mostly juice into the cup. Used to be great, but the last couple visits, I've basically been giving a large cup of ice, 8 dollars for a large plus tip and only getting about 5-6 sips out of it is rip off, the cup was about 75 % full of ice after the juice was gone.
