The good: Sugarcane drinks are one of my favorite drinks! I am so glad I stumbled upon this spot after dinner. They have two monitors where you can self order from. They have promotions for their acai bowls as well. We tried an acai bowl with various toppings and a nuoc mia (sugar cane) drink with tajin watermelon and aloe vera. It was refreshing and wasn't too sweet. My toddler was able to drink it. The workers there were friendly and saw my son was super interested in the mochi in the photo and gave him a free small cup of mochi balls (they're a topping option). The acai bowl was around $12-13. There were plenty of topping options (though it isn't as comprehensive as places like Blue Bowl). The bowl was carefully put together to look nice and neat. They had lots of cool real plants inside. The bad: The nuoc mia flavor wasn't as pronounced in this drink as other nuoc mia places. There's no outdoor seating area. It would be cool if we could see the sugarcane machine where the juice gets pressed from. I'm unsure if I missed that. I cannot believe we have fresh sugarcane juice right here in Torrance! I ordered the regular 32 oz sugarcane juice on a scorching hot day, and it was exactly what I needed--refreshing, lightly sweet, and unbelievably hydrating. I honestly never knew you could get sugarcane juice on the mainland, let alone so close to home. Anytime I'm in Hawaii, I have to get sugarcane juice--it's one of my favorite things. So when I walked past 85°C and saw Sucane, I thought, no way... don't tell me this is sugarcane juice! Sure enough, it was, and it tasted every bit as good as what I've had in Hawaii. The shop itself is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the service is quick and friendly. If you've never had sugarcane juice before, you're in for a treat. Inside, they a couple benches for seating. They have 2 self-service kiosk machines for ordering or you can also order with an employee. For their menu, they have acai bowls and fresh pressed sugarcane juices. I picked up a Chrysanthemum Sugarcane drink for myself along with a Pineapple Sugarcane, Matcha Sugarcane, and a Coconut Sugarcane for the gang. The drinks were beyond refreshing and I could not get enough! Overall, this spot definitely stands out with the variety of sugarcane drink flavors they have! I love sugarcane juice. I loved drinking sugarcane juice in the Southeast Asia every morning and what a pleasant surprise to find this place! They have so many choices of sugarcane juice + other flavors. My personal favorite is sugarcane juice all by itself. Their service is great! They press fresh sugarcane for their juice per order. This replaced the ice cream store and I'm personally glad it did. If it was closer and had a smaller cup size option - I think I would come daily for it. Very dangerous! read more

I love that this place has a very health-bar aesthetic. I always come here and order something new on the menu because everything is delicious. If the drinks weren't 3/4th filled with ice or cost $9, I'd be here every day. Definitely one of the best juices I've had; my favorite item is the Mango SuCane, which is something I just asked if they can make for me, and the lady in the front was happy to do so. Silent when i walked in and so it felt awkward and i ordered through the kiosk. The one worker did nothing to acknowledge me. I came in around 3 pm. There was no one else ordering so i just sat to myself and waited for the acai bowl to be made. I was very optimistic about everything bc the pictures and the menu looked promising. I get my build your own acai bowl kids size and its barely filled like not even 1/4 of the bowl is base. The person forgot my toppings but it was made to-go so i guess its my fault for not checking . But overall awkward customer service. I get if its not busy there is no rush, but horrible vibe. I should not pay almost $7 for a sample size of acai bowl when i can get better at beach bowls . Stopped by here after lunch to try their sugarcane juice. There's self-service tablets to order from and a lot of choices. I got the Quat Cane (kumquat + cane juice) and my friend got the Chrys Cane (chrysanthemum + cane juice). Both were really good but I especially loved mine because you can really taste both the tangy kumquat and sweet sugarcane. I appreciated that they didn't fill the entire cup with ice so you actually get a good amount of drink. Maybe my favorite sugarcane I've had outside of Vietnam. Also want to mention how kind they were when we asked if they can fill our water bottle (context: we were having dinner at the next door restaurant but the restaurant didn't offer tap water). I don't live in the area but this will be on my list if I visit again. read more

We came in to order two drinks and were really disappointed with the hygiene practices here. As we waited, we watched the young woman at the counter (dark hair, glasses) prepare multiple açaí bowl orders for other customers without changing her gloves. She touched fresh fruit, then used the same gloves to write with a marker, answer the phone, and even pull up her pants. On top of that, her long hair was brushing against the bowls as she leaned over to scoop açaí from the freezer area across from the register. It was honestly pretty gross, and I wouldn't feel comfortable ordering an açaí bowl from here. Service was also slow--our two drinks (Koko Cane and Kumquat Cane) took 20 minutes to come out. Besides the strawberry and banana cut into slices, the rest of the fruits are diced. WHICH I LOVE. I can get every single fruit into one bite. 3. They have tangible stamp cards..theres nothing more satisfying than receiving a stamp that gives you an excuse to order more for that free bowl. Lastly, only thing that would've made everything perfect is if the acai was more frozen.
